This Taco Bell locations is amazing. I’ve been there mostly every night after my working shift and they never disappoint, the taco Doritos supreme with the Diablo sauce are always on point, the customer service is amazing, they work fast they always get everything just right and shout out to Alex and Miguel for always making my experience great! 10/10 recommend this location!!

The restaurant is very convenient when traveling in the area. The food is good if you're not expecting real Mexican food, although the crunchy tacos are pretty close to real. The crispy cantina chicken tacos are also good. But please BEWARE of the traffic turning off Gateway East, the merge lane actually turns into the turn lane for Taco Bell and QT Gas station. There's I've seen and been in a lot of close calls because don't yield when you're turning. Be safe and enjoy! Be sure to download and turn on the app to earn reward points if you're ordering to go. Website specials don't earn reward points.

I knew they just didn't want to give me access but if you buy food and then need to use the facilities then common sense is where are the customers supposed to go relieve themselves seriously not cool, very inconvenient. :(

This fast food restaurant is a relatively new one in our area of town. The personnel were friendly, courteous, and somewhat efficient. We ordered and were given prompt service, however, it was missing some of the order. Personnel quickly brought the missing food when informed it was missing.

This location is fairly small and no dining in. You can sit outside if the weather permits. I tried the Diablo hot sauce, and it went well with my tacos and chalupa.

City of ElPaso needs to start towing vehicles and giving citations, to anyone who operates without a permit. 👍

Going through the drive through and when paying for food, the cashier, gave us such a rude attitude for no reason as we're asking about the sauces. Won't be revisiting this taco bell.

My Crunchwraps, tacos and burritos all had half a scoop of beef in them. I was mostly biting into just lettuce and tomato. I see this is a reoccurring issue in this Taco Bell, won’t be coming back.

Been here a few times, have it few opportunities and my experience here is always bad. They take their long aah time and when they give you the food it's cold and it's always the worst service. If y'all don't wanna work here go somewhere else man. Taco Bell, help your workers, compensate them better so they do a better job! Dont be that greedy.

If I wanted just the damn taco shells I would have ordered just that... The damn cooks need to do better or if you don't want to work there find something else.

The restroom they have for the outside customers in there words. "Out of order"! We'll where's the sign I have a reason to believe you just have a lazy gm or manager who doesn't care about the outside guest and they Don't want to clean it. Don't come here unless you are a drive through customer. They don't want your outside business and this location will never get another dime from me.

Recently purchased $9 Luxe box from this location and it’s received a “5 layer” burrito of just beans and rice , the cantina tacos were a mess and every time I come to this location it’s always something. Worst location in El Paso

This place is Garbage. They put next to no meat on all items in our two combo. Avoid this Dump at all costs… This is a Garbage Franchisee that runs this newly open place

This place needs to replace the entire staff from the Manager to the staff. They didn't get one thing right in the order but had time to Ignore us. we asked for cause and they put 5 packets for 14 tacos and 4 burritos. they was to have had sour cream. which we paid extra for and not 1 had it. I was going to go back.but for what to.get caught on that corner traffic stop for 20 minutes. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN OR REPLACE THE ENTIRE TEAM

For as expensive as Taco Bell is getting you’d figure they’d put a decent amount of meat. SMH
