Been here a couple of times now and continue to be impressed. Always a great selection of craft beers to make a beer flight for me and my wife! The staff is very friendly and welcoming I recommend coming here to anyone!

The burgers are awesome. Tasty and juicy. The fries are also outstanding. Service was quick and efficient. If you leave their hungry... Then it's your own fai🤣🤣🤣Stop by and sit for a while and have a great dinner in the family friendly atmosphere. For the adults who like beer, they have a boat load of craft beers.

We have eaten here many times. Yes the burgers are “pricey”, but they are worth it! FYI- we recently ate at a local diner in Mahopac and in comparison to BB, their burgers were just as pricey. What BB offers is a great modern style burger with quality ingredients. The burgers are huge and you can always modify or create your own in addition to a great assortment of gourmet style burgers. The John Hancock is my go to burger. If you’re looking for a lighter meal, they have a nice assortment of salads. The salmon salad is my favorite. They also have a decent tap menu. I usually ask for a fruity ale. That’s what I enjoy most of the time. I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My hubby and in-laws took me here to celebrate my birthday because they know how much I love burgers 🙂. The place was great, our waitress Jen was awesome. She was friendly and efficient. The food was so good. I had the bbq wings and a burger. It was great. Would definitely come back

Well decorated, clean. Mike our waiter, was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. Food was prepared exactly as requested and served quickly, even though there were quite a few tables occupied. I can tell you the Cuban Burger was absolutely without peer. Outstanding!

Clean and quiet atmosphere with a separate dining area from the bar area. Friendly and polite staff greet you at the door and the experience continues right through till you leave. Attentive servers are available for refills or additional ordering seemingly right when you need them. The food is top notch and portions are generous for the reasonable prices they ask. All in all, if you're looking for a meal that is big in the stomach with out being heavy on the pocket, you are going to want to stop by The Burger Barn and enjoy one of their many choices.

Our server Sara was great, friendly and attentive! The food was terrific! A class is cheeseburger and very good buffalo wings! Our friend Dan Zlotnick was playing, so the atmosphere/entertainment was excellent!

This place is incredible. Went there for the first time tonight. We were immediately greeted at the door with a smile. The staff was on top of everything, so incredible and friendly. The food was quick and by far one of the most delicious burgers I've ever had in my life. 100% will be returning and trying everything on the menu.

The nicest people working here plus the burger was delicious. I forgot the name, but it has jalapenos and this fried cheese. Even better is that they serve Pepsi, not Coke. I would definitely come back again. Oh yeah, the bathroom was super clean.

Excellent place to get a burger. From the fried pickles and special truffle Mac and cheese as apps to the sloppy poppy burger, turkey burger and good ‘ol’ fashioned cheeseburger, everything was great! Service was excellent, beers on tap were fresh and crisp (they clean their taps!) and everything came out nice and hot! Looking forward to coming back for trivia! Takeout review coming soon because the burger barn deserves the credit!

The Burger Barn is next level! We discovered BB on our travels & we've been to tons of burger places but they're the best! The location is our of the way for us so we can't enjoy trivia night or the live music....but the staff & food make our trip worthwhile!

I don't typically eat burgers but I would definitely go back to have a burger here...(I had the smash double patty(boyfriend took one)..so juicy)!..we ate out back...beautiful view..seems like it would be good at night.

This place was awesome. The location is great. Awesome scenery. The establishment is very well kept, clean lay out and enough room between tables. There's a full bar, with it's own atmosphere separate from the dining area. The service is very amicable and courteous. They come around often to make sure you are having a great experience. The menu is very creative and plentiful. There are many dishes and varieties of them to accommodate any age group. Obviously burgers is their specialty and they are very good at it. The burgers are phenomenal and the presentation is very unique. Needless to say you will not regret stopping by for a delicious lunch. I was glad I did. A very great find. A friend brought me to the Burger Barn after dining there many times herself. We went for lunch and there were plenty of people eating on a Thursday afternoon around 1pm, but still wasn’t crowded. It’s a cute, hip place with great food and good atmosphere. The service was pretty good for being a little busy. They have a $17 lunch special which is a drink, choice of burger and 2 sides. I had a cherry coke or Pepsi with a bacon cheeseburger and my sides were sweet potato fries and I paid extra for onion rings cause I really wanted them ;) This was the best burger I ever had. The sweet potato fries were crispy and the onion rings were awesome and didn't fall apart. I tried my friend’s fried pickles which are to die for. Love the dipping sauce. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a regular customer here for years and truly enjoy the food. The servers are always friendly and attentive, and I really appreciate their consistent service. However, I’ve now had two separate instances where I ordered a turkey burger but am almost certain I was given a beef patty instead. These things happen but my mother wanted a refund for the burger because she paid for it this time so she called to let them know it was a beef patty and that it has happened before. I am certain that it was a beef patty because I have a beef intolerance—my body has a sensitivity to proteins like myosin and actin found in beef muscle tissue, so I’m able to tell pretty quickly when I’ve eaten it. So They did refund the full order, which I appreciated, but I had only asked for the burger refund. I actually didn’t want the whole order refunded because I still wanted the servers and chef to get their tips for their service. That may not have been completely communicated on my part, I had just seen the receipt sent to me with the full refund and I would have called back to tell them I didn’t need the other food or tip refunded. I also want to say that on the take out order it said CB for cheese burger and it did not say turkey, which it is written every time except the two times it has been beef. So They called me back a few minutes later to say the chef was 100% sure it was a turkey patty, and then added that he wasn’t sure if I “just don’t like their turkey burgers.” That comment—especially paired with a little chuckle—was uncomfortable and felt dismissive. I’m not sure how it was intended to come across, but that’s just how I felt during the interaction. So regardless of that, I’m still giving 5 stars because generally burger barn is very good and I love their food and turkey burgers. I appreciate the servers and chefs. I just felt very uncomfortable with this interaction and I feel anxious to go back now.

Excellent knowledgeable staff and very tasty comfort food.the fries are hand cut, the meat is fresh and we have never been disappointed in a single meal. They have a good beer selection and a happy hour most days of the week. This is one of our favorite spots.

It's our go to place to order out and also a nice outting for the family. They have great burgers! I get mine without a bun. They just are so flexible with ordering!

From the friendly greeting and tasty popcorn, you get as soon as you walked in the door, to the decadent burgers and extremely attentive staff… You cannot go wrong. Oh, and did I mention the great ambience? We popped by on our way home from our son’s lacrosse game. And we’re not disappointed at all! If I had to complain about anything… I would say I like fries a little bit thicker… But that is literally the only thing I could say that I was not in love with… looking for a reason to head down that way again soon 😋

The barn burger was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Drinks were phenomenal, service, and A+. I would definitely recommend this place, and we will definitely be back.

My father and I stopped in when looking for a new place to eat - we absolutely love The Burger Barn! Not sure what to expect, we were treated well from the greeting to the exit. We both had the same burger (sorry, cannot remember the name... it has avocado , pico, and bacon!) - it was an amazingingly delicious GIGANTIC burger with a side of perfect fresh cut fries. Our server was attentive and super nice, as well. I highly recommend stopping in!

We really enjoyed this place. The food did not disappoint and the staff was exceptional. They made accommodations for our large party on short notice and with a friendly attitude. Steven made the experience an overall 10/10 and we will come again.

I’ve passed Burger Barn so many times, and today I finally decided to stop in—and I’m so glad I did! It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they offer a bottomless brunch, which is an incredible value. There’s plenty of parking, which already made the experience stress-free. The brunch includes unlimited coffee, tea, and mimosas, Bloody Mary & Bellinis plus you get to choose an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert. My choices did not disappoint: • Chorizo and egg phyllo cup to start—flavorful and perfectly portioned • Cheeseburger with Swiss and mushrooms—juicy, satisfying, and cooked just right • Berries whipped cream dessert There’s ample seating indoors, as well as outdoor seating for nicer days. The back room was my favorite—it has large windows with a nice view. Great food, generous brunch options, and a welcoming atmosphere. Burger Barn is officially on my regular rotation now!

I went to Burger Barn over the summer for the first time. I ordered a blue fig burger and it was absolutely WONDERFUL. But what was even more wonderful was our waitress Gabby. She was super attentive without being overbearing. Im around her age and she made me feel very comfortable. I went there with my boyfriend and he got a sloppy poppy. He also enjoyed very much. Gabby explained everything clearly and knew the menu very well and gave great recommendations. (what we both ate). I went back this past week with my family, gabby unfortunately was not there but our server gina was also super sweet. Overall amazing experience, great food, and super amazing service!!!!!

We found The Burger Barn while en route to my cousin’s wedding in Connecticut — a lucky Google Maps discovery that turned into a weekend highlight! The burgers were freshly made and cooked to perfection (medium, just the way we like it) — juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Their lunch menu was a great deal, including a burger, two sides, and a beverage — generous portions and great value. What really stood out was the management’s hospitality. Before we even made it inside, they noticed us walking from the parking lot with our pups and proactively set up a table outside with an umbrella. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel immediately welcome. We enjoyed a relaxing meal on a beautiful, cooler summer day — good food, great service, happy people, and happy pups. Highly recommend stopping here if you're passing through!

After being turned away from Harvest Moon Farms, my girlfriend, her sisters and I were looking for a place to eat. We saw this place on the map and decided to give it a shot. I will say it's the BEST DECISION we made that day. We were immediately greeted by a server at the door who welcomed us in and held the door open. The woman at the front desk was training a new hire. They were very friendly and courteous! I was taken back at how friendly everyone who worked there was. It was like going back in time and experiencing genuine southern hospitality. Not only was the place welcoming and inviting, the burgers were delicious!! It's all made to order, and everything we had was as good as it could be. The burgers are $16.95 and are served with fries. That's a fair price in comparison to prices in NYC- where I live. They also have a full bar and 2 big screen TVs!! The waiter was very friendly and accommodating whenever I asked him for anything. If this place wasn't an hour and 20 mins away, I'd be there as a guest on the regular!! It's REALLY worth checking out of you're in that area!!

I had passed the Burger Barn many a time and always thought it was just another burger shop, but what a pleasant surprise to find I was wrong. I will most definitely be bringing friends and family here. The service was great. Incredibly friendly, and attentive. And it was pretty impressive in their use of headsets for efficiency. When we had a question about the menu, they simply pressed the microphone on headset and asked. They didn’t have to run to the kitchen and then come back with the response. We had the response immediately. You usually only see this in the city. There were four of us, and each person was happier than the next with their order. They had a good menu full of a variety of burgers (along with other options!). There aren’t many places that offer a salad with “baked” goat cheese anymore (must’ve been a fad!)so that was a pleasant surprise. They have a great avocado burger as well. The decor is inviting. Comfortable for families as well as those that just want to stop in at the bar for a drink and appetizer.

This place has delicious burgers! I highly recommend the Sloppy Poppy burger and Truffle Parmesan Fries. We have visited a few times now and the food has been great. The Deconstructed Jalapeno Popper Burger has quite the quick (if you love spicy this is your go to burger). The hostess was friendly and so was our server. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our food.

I had a great experience at the burger barn. The staff were very friendly and the food was even better. It was the first time I tried fried cauliflower and it was great. The jalapeño burger was Especially good. I usually get it or I’ll have it as a bowl. As well as the fried avocado burger I would definitely recommend. Both can be made as a burger bowl which I find to be more filling, comes with rice. If your looking for a great restaurant to relax with your family this would be the place to go. They even have tables that you can color on which could keep your kids occupied. They even had popcorn at the front of their store! I tried signing up for their text messages and so far it hasn’t been annoying and they give some good discounts. Would recommend if you don’t mind a text every week or two.

Good food, better atmosphere. Burgers were not as excellent as I've heard but the rest was quite good (fries and buffalo wings). Our server (a tall, blonde girl) was very bubbly and extremely helpful and polite. The bar had the NHL and NBA playoffs on and was not too loud to enjoy the game and our food.

Great burger. Super juicy, well sauced and the shoulder bacon was awesome, a step up from regular bacon. A multi-napkin burger.

Very good burgers just what I was in the mood for. Found this on a drive back from Saratoga and glad we stopped here. Very clean establishment, attentive wait staff, fresh food, good beer selection, fair prices what more can one ask for. It's about an hour's drive for me but wouldn't hesitate to make that trek for their food!

I had the Barn Burguer and it was ok. Meat was juicy ,portions were great too..but MY burger was a little salty to my taste...other that.. service was welcoming , a very comfy atmosphere and food looked delicious.

Low key place with a nothing-special atmosphere, but WOW, the food! Creative combos, like the Fig-Olive salad and Baked Goat Cheese. I don't eat bread, so they served my burger on top of the salad. Husband had a cheeseburger and said it was Perfectly prepared. Soooo good! Service was friendly with average wait time, but we'll be back for the food.

Had heard such great things but won't go back. Service was ok but fiod was just average at best. Burger came out rare instead of well done so had to be sent back. We were done eating when it came back out, wine was just bottom of the barrel. For 3 of us (fries as an appetizer and two glasses of wine) spent $100 without tip. There is better out there.

A dining room, dining area and a bar, this place has real potential to shine. There are even underpinnings of greatness in the food and atmosphere... But overall, they just fell short for me this time. First time since the pandemic - and gotta say I'm not going to be rushing back again. Server was good. Solid "B" work, overall but sliding to lower rating towards the end. Most importantly, the food recipes are great. Overcooked basics, however, take a toll. Both fries and sandwich were well overdone. Even the appetizer was overdone. Not unpalatable, just cooked too long in all cases & taking away from the meal quality significantly. The atmosphere seems to have slid since the early days. Is anyone genuinely happy to work there? Attention to detail was below expected levels on both cleanliness and service, but the servers good work in the first half of the evening kept that score higher. The general energy seemed lacking, even negative at times despite the server making a valiant effort to display otherwise. Possibly just an off night.

The service for takeout was overwhelming positive. The service ordering over phone was just as amazing. The food however was super disappointing. The wings had no flavor. I asked for no tomato on one but definitely had on it. The other burger had way too much sauce. Fries were beyond mid. Pretzel burger bun was smacking though. I would give a little on the score but not when I price paid was way over priced to begin with. $20 for 4 small chicken wings is diabolic.

Visited here and was quite disappointed. Sat out back and was promptly seated and politely served. The back area was nice to sit in. That's where the pros end. Blue Fig burger is 17 and change. Burger was overcooked and not juicy, too little cheese, too much blue fig jam, fries underdone - the flavors were right but execution was not. The positive reviews make me wonder if I've just visited at an off time, but my experience won't have me returning.

Not a bad place just lacks any kind of personality. The room was cold and we noticed a few people dining with their winter coats on. I had French onion soup and it was good but average. Nothing original or inspiring. I ordered a basic burger as I like to start with the baseline and work my way up on subsequent visits. It was lacking any seasoning and I had to add it myself. The patty looked hand form but lacked any meaty flavor. The fries were hot and great. Homemade for certain and made up for burger. The beer was tap beer was cold and service was good. I just feel that for a burger place their signature meal should be of better quality and taste.

Third time at burger barn and last night was absolutely horrendous. The service was terrible, drinks took forever to come and they never came back to check on our food, granted the waiter seemed to be waiting on every table but that’s the owner fault. Burger wasn’t even good, won’t be returning

Went with my family for the first time. Waitress was really nice and welcoming. Food tasted good. Another waiter brought chicken fingers, they were soaked in honey mustard. 😳 Few hours later 2 of us that are the fries vomited 🤮

Went on a Saturday night after making same day reservations. Restaurant was very busy and we were seated in a very unappetizing bar area. The waitress was very attentive, but food was extremely slow in delivery. 50 minutes to get hamburgers which did not come as they were ordered. These burgers were pretty much tasteless. For a place that specializes in burgers, they failed miserably. Will not be going back.

Amazing setting, great dining room. The service team was pretty rude about IDing us but it’s fine and we didn’t mind too much. The appetizers took a solid 30 minutes to hit the table and it was just the wings and then 10 minutes later the next appetizer which was the truffle mac n cheese which tasted good. The entrees took about 50 minutes after ordering to hit the table and then to top it all off, they forgot one of the entrees which the manager apologized and said their server forgot to put it in. It was pretty frustrating. Burgers were alright but not worth an hour wait.

It is unacceptable that a place specializing in burgers has as its gluten-free options “No bun” and Lettuce. Oh, you have a dietary request? No problem - we’ll just deduct the bread from your sandwich. It’s 2024 - get with the program. Offer a gluten-free bun, charge for it and move on.

Food took over an hour to come. Fries were not tasty at all. Very dry. Burger was not even warm, it was room temperature. Wings were extremely dry. Ketchup bottle empty. No utensils brought to us. We had to ask for them. Please hire some more cooks and help. I don’t understand, there’s empty tables. How can they possibly be this backed up. I will never eat here again. Update: 1.5 hours later, my son got food poisoning.

Second Vist was not great but I was willing to ignore the horrible service because the food at that time was eh….ok. Third and absolute LAST visit there were a ton flies! So much to the point that we relocated to another table to see if this would help. It did not! The manager, poor thing, came out with an old fashion fly swatter, 😆! It was kind of ridiculously funny yet not funny of course because there were so many flies within the restaurant! He got 1! But by then we were done and chose to take our burgers out! Should have just left without the burgers. My brioche bun was stale. My husband ate his burger and just the same as I, abruptly became terribly ill 🤢!! Overall, I hate to reduce my 5 ⭐️ review. However, getting food poisoning is not a good thing to ignore.
