I just buy some tacos , a teriyaki chicken bowl and I Sweet tea Service was great but my sweet tea taste like coffee 😠 I tried to call nobody answer. Please try it. It is nasty

Sourdough jack was cold. I asked for a fresh one and it was lukewarm. The cheese should at least be melted some and it wasn't either time. I won't be back

It was supposed to be a 24 hr place and it was closed m this isn't the first time I've made a stop for this. Please do better?

Worse experience in Texas with online ordering for this location . I also was charged twice as I was advised online that it didn’t go through so I updated the payment method just to be charged twice a still got an error message an no food ! I also had my car payment pending so I couldn’t pull nothing out I called store location no answer ! It’s a mess to order an then take my money and not get nothing while. A person has to wait for the pending transaction to go through ! I have pictures of all of it I will be filling with the better business bureau cause it’s definitely a scam to have to wait days just to get your money especially when no service or food was provided or given !

This staff just needs a complete rebuild, went Saturday around midnight, ordered 3 items, one being a large fries. Of course they leave the fries out, came back 4 days later to have them replaced and yep... They left them out again. Dude on the DT was very hostile too when I asked for my replacement, what happened to the customer is always right? Ain't nobody trying to hustle you out of some fries. Oh and the phone they have registered on Google is from Cali and the voicemail is phone so you can't talk to anybody and you can't leave a message.

Horrible staff!!!! My husband, my son and I came into the restaurant and I immediately went to the restroom to find the doors locked. My husband (standing at the counter) asked if we needed a key and the manager said we had to buy something first in order to use the restroom. Ok fine, but please open the door so I can use the restroom. My 18 year old son came into the store at this part of the conversation since he had his wallet out already, I asked him to hurry and buy something. He proceeded to buy something with my husband standing next to him. He paid and my husband asked them to finally open the door. The manager ignored my husband and asked my son if he even knew us and if he rode here with us. My son and husband are not the same ethnicity. I have never in my life had to explain to a complete stranger by family dynamic in that manner. The audacity of a fast food manager asking my child to explain himself in relation to my husband is ridiculous and uncalled for. I felt so bad for my son being questioned by this sorry excuse of a manager.

I placed a mobile order and chose to pick it up at the drive thru. Was told I had to drive around to get it at the door dash window since I placed the order in the app. Why even give the choice to choose the drive thru if I have to get out and stand at a window.

Same experience as Raymundo. I got a very quick notice on the app that payment declined but the money is gone from my bank. I have no receipt, no confirmation email or text and no food with no way to go get any. I also tried twice thinking it was a glitch. Now I have to deal with what I'm reading is a crappy manager.

Order a crispy chicken fajita rap got the chicken with pretty much nothing else in it no value overpriced waited 20 minutes just to get three items won't go back again ever I get better value at Kroger's

Order my food through the website and it wouldn't let me order the it said there was an error ended up being charged for my food that I did not receive I tried calling Jack in the Box on Bluemound Road and the telephone number is incorrect so now I have no food but I was charged for it Beyond piss will never go there again

Placed order on app. Went through the drive thru got my order, looked in and counted correct number of items (first mistake) I received a Jumbo Jack instead of Bacon Ultimate in mine and my wife's was supposed to be curly but she got regular. I asked the manager who called me for a refund difference from what I ordered vs. what I received. He would not. He was condescending and wanted was wouldn't stop saying I received my correct number of items. I just wanted the partial refund... or my Bacon Ultimate. Never going back.

Well this location is close to my work and I have been waiting for it to open forever when it finally did I was very disappointed. Food was cold, took forever to get and it wasn’t even correct. I didn’t have time to correct it because I already had to go back to work by the time I got my food. Another day I decided to give it another try pretty much the same scenario except the food was hot this time but order was still incorrect. 03/12/2025 Today I ended up using the wrong application and ordered Taco Bell (I know that’s my fault) As soon as I get to the speaker for drive through I had to repeat myself a dozen times that I ordered through the app and when the young lady on the other end finally heard me she gave me attitude and was extremely disrespectful. I roll up to to the window and show her my phone and she was again disrespectful and snarky and told me I ordered Taco Bell. Instead of just saying you know pull up to the window let’s figure this out I was completely disrespected. Poor customer service. Poor quality food. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

My first and last time at this jack in the box, Manager was very rude. We asked to pay full price for something and substitute it for regular fries instead of the waffle/potato wedges. He slammed the drive thru windows in our face and refused to give us his name or Corporates number. If I could give them zero stars I would!!

Worst experience ever I don’t mind waiting as long as my food is fresh, chicken nuggets seemed like there hold time was out not fresh at all for the wait they were hard as well as looking old, asked for no lettuce on my tacos was filled with lettuce on all of them & as well as ordered 4 small fries to only receive 3 & asked for croissant bread on my sandwich sadly was charged for the croissant bread to not receive it waited in line for over 20 minutes all for to get old food, a wrongly made sandwich and missing fries, not happy at all. Will not be back to this location, they are horrible from the kitchen staff to the service staff,

Ordered through door dash and ordered an orange Fanta with my meal. I got a reddish colored soda drink I assumed was maybe red fanta. It tasted like it. After drinking some and consulting the menu I later determined it was some sort of mixed berry drink with red bull in it. I don't drink any caffeine as I am sensitive to it. This has been an incredibly uncomfortable experience for me. I hope to have normal blood pressure and be able to sleep again sometime tomorrow, maybe the next day. In the mean time I guess I'll deep clean my entire house and clean out the garage. Maybe get a head start on next year's tax return. Hey, so maybe since we can't trust the receipt that's taped to the bag , maybe you guys could start labeling the drinks like we used to do with the lids? Remember that ? Anyone ? Ya know like Starbucks does? Caution, this has like an insane amount of caffeine in it, not the zero caffeine drink you ordered ?

If I could give this a 0 star I would! I was in the parking lot and made an online order, actually 2. I go through the drive thru and let them know I have an order to pick up and they proceed to have the worst attitude and say “next time you need to wait 5 min after placing it” I say okay and they ask me to pull to the window. I see the guy bent down on the ground on his phone!! Him and another guy look over at the window, I’m guessing talking about me? The other guy making the first order brings it to me and I say “thank you, I also have another order to pick up” he says “yea you have to come back around” I say okay and the guy that was on his phone stands up and comes to the window with a horrible attitude and says “do you even know how to use the mobile app?” I say yes I do and he says “well you need to pull up where the exit is” I say “okay, can I get ranch with my order?” As soon as I start asking he slams the window in my face and turns his back and walks away. Food was fresh but service was terrible!!! I work in fast food and deal with rude customers all the time but for the whole shift team Saturday around 12:26pm was rude and very disrespectful! I will not be back at this location!

I’ll look at their website says it’s open 24 hours a day I go to get food and they’re not taking any orders a big waste of my time and gas so I guess between 4 o’clock in the morning they don’t work at all
