Pizza was done by the time I arrived to pick it up, the cashier was friendly and the pizza was delicious

Steven was awesome. Patient while we made our decisions and split the pizzas. Then helped us make the best choices to get what we wanted. Great service and atmosphere.

Wanted a decent pizza for cheap. Tried to use their website from my iPhone, and it crashed on the credit card. Walk in was still fast. Pizza came out great in my oven.

It was the first time I’ve ever had Papa Murphy’s pizza and they did not disappoint, on point with everything and I will definitely be back for more, I had the Bacon, Chicken, Artichoke pizza and it was fantastic

Papa Murphy's Murphy's make their own pizza and they're very very good. They also make salads and they also do cheese bread and salads and they have a cookie dough and chocolate chip dough and drinks. Staff is very friendly. I went later tonight and there was only one staff working but she certainly knew how to put out the pizzas and do her job she did excellent. I need to get her name though. Try it you'll like it

Papa Murphy's is famous food it's we make you bake concept. I placed a phone order for 2 family size pizzas, one from their menu and another my special toppings. I picked up my order, from start to pick up, in 30mins. Their pizzas are in the expensive side but they tasted great. Their service staff are nice, friendly and courteous. I would definitely come back again.

Papa Murphys has pretty good take n bake. The 5 cheese bread is also the bomb! Parking isn't the greatest. Wheel chair accessible. Not a bad location. Safe I'd say.

The service is friendly, quick, and efficient. They are very fastidious when it comes to Covid precautions. The food is great and we've never been disappointed. We're regular customers and 45 minutes away, but they're worth the trip.

I think his name was steven, the guy working had green hair. He was so nice and made my order the way i like it. He made my day and I really loved the friendliness and the welcome atmosphere he brought.

This particular location is also near a Safeway & a Walmart, so you can grab extra fancy toppings to add to your pizza nearby if that's your sort of thing. I would highly recommend ordering ahead on their website, not only to skip much of the wait, but also because they tend to have coupon codes you can take advantage of.

That’s what used to be great about Papa Murphy’s pizza. You can’t blame the facilities or the people that worked there franchise has gotten out of control, I doubt I buy any more from them for a long time

I use the delivery which I believe uses door dash. The only thing I don’t like is the $5 delivery fee. They don’t do the delivery themselves so it seems superfluous. They should eliminate the fee and let us just tip the driver instead of tipping on top of the fee as well. Everything else is great otherwise.

if you haven't tried the dessert pizza your missing out. its sooo good, and the price is only 7.99 and using the pick up through the app was a breeze and always check their promo page, I love the 6.99 deals

I haven't been here in a long time, still so good and worth the price!

Called our order in, the phone service was a little snappy and the gal was short. However, she took our order accurately, and we always enjoy our pizzas from this restaurant.

Not always the best pizza because of the occasional order mistake or something, but usually very good and a great value for the price you're paying.

We used to go there all the time! It was always great! I'm pretty sure my older sisters Wynter works there, if you see her if you go there give her a tip!

Grateful for the ability to pay with EBT and also the special deals like the $9.99 thin crust pizza in the special deals menu.

Papa Murphy’s is usually pretty good. But noticing lately that the deep dish has very little sauce for the bread. It’s not easy to chew and the taste then is not there. Otherwise customer service is great and friendly, but don’t forget the sauce on your thicker pizzas! Ty

I've been in this store many times over the past 2 years and have found their staff to be limited. I often have to wait to have someone answer my questions... Especially regarding ammunition and fishing gear.

Varies by who's working. Sometimes good customer service efficient and fast pizza making skills. Other times lousy service for pizza making skills and inefficients it's roll of the dice however they do have gluten-free crust and dairy free pizza. Don't forget their breadsticks salads and fresh cookie dough pick up the two litter here if you forget one at the store

They offered to remake it and I said no, I don't want the pizza to be thrown away, I can just move the veggies to one side. The staff assured me the pizza would not be wasted so I agreed to wait again for a remade pizza. After 10 minutes my remade pizza was ready. It was more like 70/30. And the price for the whole pie is the more expensive half. I did not want to wait a third time so I took it home.

Pizza was just alright. The thing that really brought this score down was the fact that i called in my order and they told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It ended up taking them a full hour and fifteen minutes after i called to make it. Needless to say i was not happy about that.

Thin blond haired younger lady at this location was extremely rude. I ordered a pizza and when I went in to pick it up she practically tossed the pizza at me as I said thank you. She completely ignored the thank you and turned away from me. Living up on the hill im pretty put off when I receive undeserved rudeness especially in such a quaint little town. On the other note the pizza was ok.

I ordered online, specifically choose a Cowboy, then added extra pepperoni, green onions, white sauce and chopped garlic. What I received is a white sauce, single pepperoni and green onions, absolutely nothing else. When my wife calls to complain, she is told that the person making the order didn't see the rest. So I go down personally, and take the messed up pizza with me, and show the exact order as confirmed to me both online and in an email confirmation, both of which list EVERY item to be on the pizza, and the supposed manager makes an excuse that the person making it "didn't see the order as a Cowboy, but only saw the add-ons" (major attitude as well), and shows me the order tag that they printed, which PLAINLY says COWBOY and goes on to list the added ingredients. So, I ask is the person not able to read? And then I get accused of being rude and degrading.....

Manager not very nice, not sure if she spit on my pizza, because she turned her back to finish preparing it. Wasn't hungry after that. Dogs loved it.

Its okay, have not been here for about 2 years they are always rude, an god forbid u forget to ask to change sauce then ask to have it remade an they just throw it together like a sloppy joe an miss the canadian bacon u payed for but its okay is what i get for coming.

I stop here every once in a while because of the double stuffed pizzas, but the customer service is atrocious. The first time I encountered the girl at the register (I truly wish I had paid attention to name tags) I assumed maybe it was a bad day, but after several encounters with her and now seeing her manager treat another customer like dirt in front of the whole store, I've realized that they are just rude people who don't care about their store's image or their customers. I do apologize to any employees of this establishment who treat customers with respect.

So I have to wait around for whoever to remake the pizza, it’s annoying. It’s not hard to not put a certain topping on the pizza especially when I ask on the phone not to put it on there.

VERY disappointed!!! They've changed to tiny sausage crumbles, and seemingly reduced the quantity. I couldn't taste the sausage, and the sauce was all but missing. Honestly, I've had better pizza from the freezer. I've enjoyed PM in the past, but things have changed.
