It's a Mexican Subway in Sonoyta. We've been here twice as a quick stop after crossing the border. Quality is typical of a subway, it was clean. The manager was sitting at a table the whole time we were there playing on her phone. The staff person behind the counter was nice and friendly and had a big smile. Subway doesn't have a restroom, but the next door VIP has spotless bathrooms, a true rarity in Mexico.

We visited Subway and, while the restaurant was clean (which is why we're giving two stars), the experience was disappointing. The manager was not helpful and came across as kind of rude she seemed like she just wanted us to leave. No suggestions, no guidance, not even a hello. Definitely not welcoming. You can only make changes to the regular menu, not the numbered menu items, and for those, no substitutions or add-ons are allowed. We ordered one of the sandwiches where you can supposedly add whatever you want, and I asked for everything, but they only gave us what they thought was “good enough.” If you're hungry, the sandwiches are decent, but overall, this location doesn't operate like the typical Subway most people expect. Muy mala atención, no tenían más que pan blanco y la lechuga toda manchada no tenían buen servicio y los ingredientes feos sin estetica el pan como que lo abren con las manos todo mal partido y en lugar de baguette parecía pan de hotdog. Lo único bueno fueron las galletas

They use bad ingredients. The most cheap ones. Especially the cheese. Malos ingredientes. Son muy corrientes especial mente el queso.

Mal servicio y de mala gana siempre te tratan como si no les fueras a pagar y te hablan en tono molesto y ni se diga en esperar hasta que ellas quieran yo no recomiendo nunca ya ese lugar

Están buenos pero es pésimo el servicio de las personas q atienden parecen a las tienen a fuerzas trabajando la verdad no recomiendo el lugar

I hope the owner reads this, because the service is terrible. They don't want to give you vegetables, which here in Mexico, as in the US, are just for the taking. Another thing is that they never have bread. They don't even want to give you chili or hot sauce. The attitude of the waiters is quite something. I'm going to recommend it so that those of us who pass by on the other side don't stop by.

Terrible service! If you don't like their job, you should look for another one because it's not your fault they're being rude. And on top of that, they're rude. How can you not add something extra to a footlong? I'll never go back again.
