Excellent family-run Genoese osteria. They always have a daily menu, never a fixed one, with all good homemade dishes. Extremely cheap compared to everything else they serve. For red wine, still water, two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes, two desserts, two liqueurs, and a coffee (there were two of us), THEY ASKED ME €40! In Genoa... a very expensive city. I gave them €50 because I was embarrassed to pay so little (and even €50 was a bargain anyway!). I'd go back a million times.

I had never been there before, my colleagues took me there and I have to say that I ate really well. We went to eat stockfish because they cook it very well, then we moved on to tripe and then to cheeses, all washed down with a good Barbera and an excellent Bonarda. Plus, outside the restaurant there is a wonderful view.

My wife, I, and some friends had lunch at this bar-restaurant located near Monte Fasce in Genoa. It has numerous tables inside and outside under giant umbrellas with a limited view of the mountains. The bathrooms were fairly clean. For appetizers, we had: vegetables in oil First courses: 2 baked cannelloni, then ravioli with meat sauce, then pesto lasagna. Second courses: veal with tuna sauce and Ligurian-style rabbit Desserts: Tiramisu 3 plain coffees We liked everything. My only concern is the cream-based pesto in the lasagna. I've never had pesto like that before, and I wasn't convinced by the flavor. Otherwise, everything was delicious, plentiful, and good. The staff was very kind and friendly, perhaps a little disorganized. In fact, several waiters asked us if we'd ordered, and we all said yes. They brought two appetizers right away, while the cannelloni took a long time to arrive. The service was attentive, if a little slow. Good prices

A very authentic Ligurian place visited by the locals. There is a bar and a restaurant with a good choice of different pastas: lasagna, ravioli, etc., as well as main dishes of meat and chicken.

Excellent experience, good food with just the right portions... excellent roast lasagna and veal with tuna sauce... fair price, courteous and friendly service... all topped off by the view you have all along the way and the fresh cm which for early August is a godsend... to be repeated...

È una trattoria che consiste in una sala di entrata (nella quale è presente il bancone del bar) e in un grande salone la cui acustica, una volta pieno, lascia un po' a desiderare. Il punto di forza è il prezzo: se non erro, abbiamo speso 25 € a testa per mangiare antipasti, un primo, un secondo. Cibo discreto, vino semplice, da tavola, ma senza mal di testa. L'antipasto consiste in alcune fette di salume (coppa, prosciutto cotto di bassa qualità, salame) e formaggio (non male). I primi: pasta al pesto con un pesto chiarissimo e poco saporito, ravioli al sugo di ragù buoni, lasagna al forno discreta. Secondi: solo carne, un vitello tonnato buono o arrosto. Andare alla trattoria Cornua è un po' come tornare indietro nel tempo: una trattoria degli anni '80 con cucina casalinga, più attenta alla quantità che alla quantità, ma genuina. Il personale è un po' freddo, ma cortese. De dovessi passare da quelle parti, ci tornerò.

Location ottima, in cima al Monte Cornua con terrazza ampia all'aperto. Camerieri gentilissimi. Nota positiva anche per il conto: 15€ a persona per due secondi, due coperti, un contorno, un dolce, due caffè, un'acqua e 1/2L di vino. Cibo discreto! Non quel: "Wow" da Trattoria che ti aspetti.

I was pleasantly surprised... being celiac, they gave me the opportunity to eat a lovely plate of gluten-free pasta. Perfectly cooked and with delicious pesto. My husband had the "mandilli" and a delicious Ligurian-style rabbit. Homemade and authentic food. Apple pie and panna cotta (gluten-free). We'll be back.

Sunday lunch, simple but delicious. I recommend the tagliatelle with mushrooms and ragù, truly delicious! The stuffed vegetables are also excellent.

A mountaintop trattoria with a sea view that's captivating for its location. The cuisine is also excellent, home-cooked, and flavorful. The location makes the trattoria a kind of refuge where you're always welcomed with open arms, even if it's just for a quick snack or a drink at the bar or sitting down. On Sunday afternoons, they make focaccia bread to accompany cured meats and cheeses. If you're passing by on the road to Monte Fascia, a quick stop is in order, but if it's mealtime, it's best to stay and savor the traditional Ligurian dishes.

Wonderful to eat outside high above Genoa

Ottima atmosfera di osteria ligure tradizionale, in bella posizione tra la Val Bisagno ed il mare di Sori, base per splendide escursioni. Purtroppo il livello della cucina non è sempre adeguato (pesto con la panna, sic!). Comunque ottima per merende e per mangiate di gruppo.
