Went there a bit late in the morning like 11am. But had Great Service. Lady who was taking my Order was Friendly @ Helpful. Wwnt there with a friend. Took me the coupons that they send by mail. Used the Spicy Crunchy Chicken Sandwich. I enjoyed it very much. Not like those Supposedly Spicy Sandwich that claim they are spicy but there not. This One was it had A Kick. With a Suicide drink.. I Can also say that This local restaurant was Very Clean.. And Lots of Senior Citizens. Sooo Cute.

Reason for 5 stars is because this place aside from the Ihop next door has awesome customer service. Cashiers there have a great attitude super polite and always ask you if you need anything else and on top of that food is hot when you receive it not that mild warmth you get from mcdonalds or any other fast food chain. Good place good food and just great staff. Keep up the good work.

The morning manager is awesome. She always greets us with a smile. As of now, all my orders have been correct unlike other fast food chains that forget to add itens or give me the wring order. This Burger King in particular, is a fast food place to visit.

I only have one thing to say i miss the 8 nuggets for 1.50🫠 if they can bring that price back, I would have more visits there for sure.😀

Max has been our server twice. He's been pleasant helpful both times. Our orders were correct. He makes sure the dining room and bathroom are clean.

The cashier Oscar, was rude to me. I said hello to him when I approached the counter and he totally disregarded my salutation. He addresses the customers by saying "What can I get for you?". Apparently he has not been trained the proper way in how customers are supposed to be greeted. What a shame! But not everything was bad, the chicken sandwich was hot and tasted good. The coffee was good as well.

Recently remodeled looks beautiful. Have been going here for years good food & great friendly service.

The restaurant is brand new and clean but they still need to try to keep the soda counter clean they need to work on it.

Overall, the food itself is great, but not the playhouse (which I'll get to later of the review). Quite frequently, I receive coupons from Burger King and of other fast food restaurants. There's some great bargains and much of menu is affordable, especially if you're in budget. These restaurants are quite popular among teenagers and parents for that reason alone. Now to the children's playhouse, it's very unsanitary and I'm astonished the city authorities or inspectors haven't declared a citation. As a long time resident of South Gate, this playhouse was not presentable, even when I was a child. On the contrary, that's not to say that the employees are careless, but they should make some attempt to address the issue. As cliche as it sounds, the sooner the better.

The plus side of this BK is that it's not in a bad area. This way if you are feeling like eating late give it a try

There was a worker mopping the floors with dirty water. All she was doing was spreading the dirt all over. And it was by where we order and pick up the food. No one wants to fall or slip while trying to order. My fries were luke warm. The whopper was good but I didn't want to go back in that place to complain about my cold fries, I was afraid of falling on a dirty floor... So disgusting...I definitely won't be back.

I have two experiences, back to back. The other night I put in an order and showed up about 20 mins after I put it in. The guy over the speaker was very rude and after he finally heard us after repeating ourselves, told us to pull up. We were then ignored for another 20 minutes. He opened the window then walked away. Finally he came back with the order and we left. This was over 40ish minutes of me initially putting on the order and then having to wait. They didn’t have it ready as they were supposed to and he wasn’t attentive. Then when we got home we realized the burger has no cheese after we paid for it, and we had no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and no chocolate sauce for the churros. I brushed it off and that was that. Today my partner and I had a rough day and didn’t have much time to eat before he had to leave for work, so we went back to BK. I mainly just wanted churros again and with the sauce this time so I wanted to try again. After waiting in line to order we were told by a man to order off the screen. We were a little frustrated since there was multiple open screens and we wish he had disclosed that earlier so we didn’t waste time. Then after trying to order; the screen timed out and told us to order with the cashier. He told us to try again. We tried again, same thing. He comes over and tries to see, the screen reset and he told us to try again. Frustrated we move to another screen and the same issues happens. We ask him to please take our order. He comes over again and watches us use the screen for the fourth time to show him. Same issue. He walks away and doesn’t take our order. Now we’ve really lost a lot of time in our time crunch. Then a woman steps in and helps us way better than the guy did. She takes our order and is kind about it. Then after I ordered coffee she made a new batch and brought it to me. We finally felt heard. So thank you to this lady because I had already been sad and crying not long before this and kindness goes a long way. We got to eat and my partner made it to work just on time, so it all worked out. (Except the marinara sauce was left out again lol) but I was just happy the woman helped. She stepped in and picked up the slack from the others. Hopefully the guy working there can take notes. I understand working food can be rough and suck and is demanding but please do not project it onto customers.

That noon shift drive thru has Bad customer service. Incomplete order even after having to pull up and wait longer. Gotta make sure you ask for napkins too. At least the fries were crispy.

They are very stingy with ketchup and napkins. They only gave me two packets of ketchup and two napkins. When I ask for more they only gave me only two napkins and one more ketchup packet for a king size double whopper meal.

Don't order there breakfast, stick to there regular menu which they do best. I ordered the french toast dippers and they were under cooked or just extremely soggy and mushy inside, I also ordered the double croissant and my egg was really runny.

The food was decent, as it usually always is any Burger King, but I when I went into the bathroom, I knocked on the stall door, but it wasn't locked so it sort of just swung open slowly, and there was this guy bent over the toilet grabbing onto the pipes connected to the back of the toilet, and another guy was behind him pounding his backside like a jackhammer. Once I realized what I was seeing, I looked down and both of their pants were around their ankles. I immediately vomited as I was turning away, but I think I might have splashed both of them with the vomit, because the panting and moaning stopped, and they both started yelling at me saying, "What the Fu*k man!! Don't you know how to knock?!" Of course, I was in way too much shock to even answer, and all I wanted to do was get the hell out of there. My entire Burger King meal was totally wasted, and all over the restroom floor and apparently splattered on the two sexually active men, who decided the best place to bang each other out was the stall of a Burger King bathroom. I got the hell out of there, and haven't been back since. I recently made an appointment with a therapist for possible PTSD symptoms...Oh, and after that incident, I am always praying for allergy attacks with severe congestion, because the smell in that stall, at that moment, was as repugnant as you could possibly imagine. I have actually woken up to that smell in nightmares I've had since that day...But other than that, the service was pretty good, given the circumstances....

The last couple of times, they've gotten my order wrong, but today was an even greater disappointment because they weren't even busy. I always order an eggnormous sausage burrito no cheese no sauce, and they always get it wrong. I tried to let it go since I would sometimes come when they had a generous amount of cars at the drive thru, but today was empty except for a man with a small order ahead of me. I ordered my usual eggnormous sausage burrito no cheese no sauce, and they got it wrong again. Why did I get a bacon eggnormous burrito with extra cheese and extra sauce? I used to work at an extremely busy Burger King, so I know how stressful this job can be, but the staff here is just lazy. It's not that hard to get an order right. Please stop encouraging lazy behavior and train your staff properly.

The last time I visited this Burger King (1997) I asked for a cheese burger at the drive through. I received a cold burger. I immediately complained and was told to park at the side and that they would fix me another one. Well, I waited patiently thinking they would make one "to oder" to keep the customer satisfied...when the employee brought it to my car the burger felt hot. When I bit into it I burned my mouth...these incompetent idiots microwaved the first burger, waited a while then delivered it as they said. I called the corporation with a formal complain and I haven't gone back again. I see that it has not changed.

Today at roughly 10 pm 8/10/24 I had a rude encounter with the girl taking the orders she had dyed hair she refused to give me her name she ignored me throughout the interaction at the window.(She had the headset for the drive thru orders) All cause I was on a bike. I went up to the window and she gave me the no hand signal swiping her hands back and forth on her neck. I asked for her name in English and Spanish and she ignored me even after she went to the cash rester next to window to take take the order behind me ....... If it wasn't for mar I would have left empty handed. I spoke to the manager at first he didn't want to give me his name after he said Jorge. Heavier set guy about 6 feet with glasses. He told me her name was on her name tag, after I asked for her name..... I explained the situation. I will be back tomorrow to write a corporate review when I know the girls name that ignored me. What customer service ....... Give mar a promotion this guy Jorge needs to be punished along with the other young girl with colored hair nobody could give me her name...

The soda was hot they had no ice, I had ordered chicken fries so I asked for barbeque and they said they didn't have any! Usually this is a good place every time I visit. However, it’s been twice now that I try to use my offer codes from the Burger King app and this location has said both times that my offer is invalid. My offer codes were not invalid because I had the location from this exact Burger King and I would redeem them in the drive thru.

Umm first of all I had to explain my simple order to 2 different people about 3 times. All I ordered was the regular chicken sandwich combo with small fries and a drink. Second it was my first time trying the new chicken sandwich and it was not good at all. Over cooked, no taste, pickles did not even taste like pickles. Needless to say I won’t come back here anymore but I will try the sandwich at another location.

If I can give this store a 0 star I would but, horrible experience with the management. Just one in particular due to the pandemic I’ve been using mobile app to order my food or whatever but this is the only place that has issues with there mobile app and aren’t fully aware of how to even use it. I can go to Taco Bell have issue and the managers are super kind to show me how to cancel my order or where to go to get my refund back. But hard times are here and I felt customers should be there #1 priority and if they have a problem they should know how to fix it as managers. They aren’t trained to not sure why they have managers I feel there crew are nicer than the manager that just talked me down that she didn’t know how to help me and that’s my problem to call the app when I don’t even know how to fully use there app specifically but importantly if your store is going to be using a way to also bring customers as mobile orders your entire staff should be aware of how to help customers when the app is having issues or the order is not received on there end it’s business I’m Trying to give trying to buy your product which means the staffs should treat there customers correctly and not rude especially when it’s a manager. Not going to bother calling or going to the store and complain because if the manager is rude and uneducated I can’t imagine the type of store manager they have. Not going there anymore will stick with McDonald’s or something else. Super bad experience.

You think someone who’s rushing your order and won’t let you finish your sentences at the drive thru would at least get your order right, right? No. They put mayo in one of our whoppers after we clearly told them not to, even shows on the receipt. We asked for a bacon cheese whopper, they didn’t even give that to us. Royal crispy and it came with no bacon or condiments. We asked for a plain burger with cheese, no cheese. This was all even clearly printed on the receipt. Maybe their cooks aren’t paying attention to the orders. When we thought it couldn’t get worse, we found a long hair in our burger. Do not come to this Burger King, there’s better ones out there.

This Burger King is just terrible. We went through the drive-thru and I was curious about the new chicken wraps, and wanted some onion rings. We pulled up and waiting for 2 minutes to be greeted ( at this point I knew we were in for it ) the girl on the headset popped off with immediate attitude! I was so shocked, and confused and curious on why she was giving us attitude. All I asked her was about the sauce used in the wraps and this little girl said “ you see it on the menu, it’s right in front of you, open your eyes “ so that got me thinking, and it got me heated… so whatever, I let it go and we drive up and she’s brings another female to the window acting like she was going to do something! Not only that, we could see the manager wearing a headset in the background, and he didn’t even think to take action or anything, I put my car in park and waited because I stay ready lol me and my partner just looked at her and started laughing like she lost her mind. Granted, we didn’t feel comfortable at this point to trust the food, for all we know they probably would spit in it. Lol We ended up ordering a large fry because you can’t go wrong with that, and they had us waiting 10 minutes! She aggressively handed me the bag, and slammed the window !! It took every ounce of energy in me to stay in my car!! At the end of the day, I decided not to act upon that, or break my character, because after all how terrible it must be for her.. given the fact she chose to work at a fast food place. I drove off and we both agreed that we would never come back to this place. so I definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here. I wouldn’t trust it if they’re allowing their employees to treat innocent customers with disrespect, I can only imagine how they’re handling their food. Not only that, it’s just embarrassing overall.
