The best onion rings I've had. So crispy, and the onion doesn't slip out of the coating. Perfectly seasoned and the honey mustard dip was the perfect compliment. The burger was very good as well, traditional, no nonsense burger with fresh veggies. The patty was a little too big for my taste so maybe I'll get the junior next time with their grilled onions and jalapenos. The service was quick, and the interior is classic with its teal walls and mid century memorabilia.

One of the top best burgers we’ve ever had on our list! 😄 The Cowtown Deluxe had just the right amount of spiciness from the grilled jalapeños and the onions were perfectly grilled too. Texas Firecracker was a very nice mix of savory, salty and slightly sweet flavor from the habanero honey, while the jalapeño cream cheese sort of tones down the heat (we asked for light cream cheese) Everything was phenomenal! Lots of seating for big parties and have a very family oriented kind of atmosphere. Definitely can get busy at times, though it’s well worth the wait for delicious food Very friendly and amazing staff as well, great job! 😄👍 Also highly recommend the onion rings 😊

My husband got the chili cheeseburger - pretty good!! I had the firecracker. It wasn't bad, I just felt like there was too much cream cheese on it for my taste. (It could also be spread a little more evenly.) The onion rings were fantastic!!

Very friendly staff, I got the bacon cheeseburger, condiments are very fresh, kids got the kid cheeseburger. If you get the 1/2 lb patty get ready for a filling meal! Shakes are really good as well, onion rings are seasoned very well and crispy.

I’ve been here twice and both times I have enjoyed my food and experience! The burgers are so simple yet delicious. The fries are fresh. I haven’t had a milkshake yet but I’ve heard they are tasty. The service is fast and employees are kind. There is plenty of parking at the plaza. Definitely recommend trying!

I am a DoorDash driver and a foodie as well. Today I decided to take a break and treat myself to lunch and I have been wanting to try this place. First thing is the customer service was great. I was greeted by Karen as soon as I walked to the front which is big with me. I got the Cowtown Deluxe, Homemade Onion Rings, and a Dreamcicle milkshake. The food was delicious 😋 and well worth it. The burgers are natural real beef handmade patties and not processed. The milkshake was thick and actually tasted like a Dreamcicle. One of the best milkshake’s I’ve ever had. The environment is very comfortable and a peaceful ambiance with plenty of room to dine and great music. This place definitely did not disappoint! Thank you Karen and the Kincaid’s team for a welcoming and great experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Burgers like dad used to make! They’re using high quality real beef! You cannot go wrong with any of their burgers. And get the onion rings. They’re great. Kincaids makes their own dressing for the fried items. I thought the chicken tenders could have been bigger, but they are tasty. The burgers are big! I get the junior size, and that’s plenty! The shakes are great. The banana pudding is awesome as well! It’s like mom used to make 😉 Everyone there is usually very friendly and helpful. It’s one of my favorite places!

An awesome place !! Staff is super friendly! Our food was perfect! No complaints from us. Hamburgers were made perfectly with the right toppings. They listened to what we wanted . My cheeseburger was hot, juicy and delicious, onion rings was just so so but the ranch was good. Staff taking my order was friendly. My food did come out quickly which was good as I was starving. I didn't give this a 5 star due to the onion rings.

Nothing beats enjoying a classic hamburger from a Fort Worth institution that’s been serving them up for 79 years. I still remember driving crosstown to the original Camp Bowie grocery store location just to get a taste. Today, the Gentry family still owns Kincaid’s and has expanded to five locations in the area. It’s counter service here, with plenty of friendly staff, checkered tablecloths on the picnic tables, and lots of space to sit and enjoy your meal. The menu has a good variety, but for me, it’s all about the old-school burgers—the beef is simply better than what you’ll find at most fast-food spots. Walking into Kincaid’s feels like stepping back in time to when life was a little simpler. Sharing that experience with my granddaughter made it even more special—especially when she devoured her burger and gave it a big thumbs-up.

Went here today for a birthday. Gotta say they have the best onion rings I've ever had. I'll go back just for that. The bacon cheeseburger was really good, too. There is no real service to speak of. But the cashier was pretty bad, did not communicate well, and was all around inept. If they hired some managers from chic fil a this place would be unstoppable... I'll still go back for the food as stated before.

This is an old fashioned style burger joint with made to order counter service.We ordered the cattleman, bacon cheeseburger and a pimento cheese sandwich with a side of onion rings. We had the 1/4 pound JR. size. They are about the size of a Wendy's bacon Jr cheeseburger but with way more bacon and a fresh fluffy bun. The cattleman had an onion ring in it with some BBQ sauce. The sandwich had fresh bread that was not as thick as Texas toast bread but thicker than your regular sandwich bread. There is only one size for the onion rings. They were crispy and not oily at all. My only disappointment is that it was six onion rings to the order. We do not eat fries so not to sure what that order looks like. Overall the place is large and clean with picnic style tables for seating, only. 8.26.2022

It's a better level of fast food burger, although perhaps priced slightly on the higher end of the fast food chain. What I found most odd was that the burger patty itself, cooked to a uniform grey/brown, looked drier than it tasted. Unusual not to have any juices coming out of a burger. Maybe it's a good sign, and comes from using beef with a lower fat content? If I was local to the area, I might give it another try ... although the more I think back on it, probably not.

My husband and I visited this location tonight, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. I watched a worker pick up one of our orders from another customer’s table — a customer who had already opened the burger and realized it wasn’t hers. Instead of remaking the food, the employee took it to the back and then immediately called our name as if nothing had happened. They fully intended to serve us food that someone else had already opened and handled. I had to call it out before they even considered remaking it. Absolutely unsanitary and unprofessional. As someone who works in PR, I can tell you this: treating customers fairly matters, because you never know who you’re serving or the influence they carry. Every guest deserves honesty, respect, and safe food. This location needs to do better.
