It was my first time ever trying on the grind so I didn’t know any of there specialty drinks. But Mady was supper patient and she helped me find the drink I wanted. I definitely recommend their strawberry Red Bull! And will be coming back

This is a great drive in coffee spot just off Highway 281 in Texas Hill Country. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Don't quite know what you want to drink? The baristas will happily steer you in the right direction for an amazing beverage experience. We don't bother with that OTHER mega coffee franchise that is just around the corner. On the Grind is a Texas based company and our go to coffee spot in the local area. Give em a shot, you won't be disappointed

The baristas are very friendly, with quick and very efficient service. The drinks are amazing. My favorite is the Mach-10 and the 6 shooter (if you're brave). I love how they can take the different flavors from the energy drinks and make it into an Italian soda/flavored lemonade for the kiddos. 10/10 would recommend

On The Grind is a straight-up game changer. The service is sharp, fast, and friendly like they actually enjoy being great at what they do. I pulled up expecting the usual, but left questioning every other coffee shop I’ve ever visited. The cold brew? Strong enough to revive the dead. Their flavored drinks? Somehow not too sweet but still hit every craving. And the crew? Locked-in, efficient, and genuinely cool. This place doesn’t just wake you up it hypes you up. If you haven’t been yet, fix that. On The Grind doesn’t miss. Ever.

The Spring Branch OTG surpasses Starbucks in every single way. The employees are all friendly and never make you feel like youre wasting their time. The drinks are superb and well made. Ditch SB and start going to OTG

His energy and enthusiasm are consistently top-tier and incredibly contagious. Would have starred 5 stars but lately I am paying full price for a "blended" drink that is just syrup and foam and half full. Used to love going to this location but will longer buy here unless they get there machine fixed or start charging for the amount we are actually getting.

Updated my review. I initially rated this place 5 stars. The coffee was great and the staff has always been friendly and polite. I would come here daily. Unfortunately, as of late the quality of the coffee has gone down. The drinks taste watered down. And because of this I had to stop coming here.

I ordered a large vanilla latte with two extra shots of espresso. I paid for two extra shots of espresso. I got a large vanilla latte without two shots. I PAID for two extra shots. I didn't get them.

I visited the Bulverde location today and asked for a flavored green tea with no ice, as I have done several times before. This is what I was handed, a half empty cup. When I asked if there had been a mistake the young girl at the window launched into a long explanation of how they sell the drinks by the ounce and if I wanted a full glass with no ice I would have to buy two drinks. Ridiculous. I tried to politely explain that this had never been an issue before and there was inconsistency in their service. She clapped her hands together, pursed her lips and said something to the effect of “I don’t know what you want me to do” and then just stood there and stared at me. I was so taken aback by her rudeness that I just took my half empty cup of tea and left. $4.78 plus tip for a half empty cup of tea and snooty customer service. I will not be back. Service inconsistency and customer service skills need to be addressed by management.

I didn’t find this amusing and it made me more upset. I want to rate this experience a zero, but since that’s not possible, I’ll give it a one. Please do better.
