Absolutely delicious. They upgraded our cheesesticks to a medium pizza just becasue they ran out of cheesestick dough and we really appreciate it. The environment is homie and clean and has the 90's nostalgia we grew up with. They even had 90's/japanese gotcha games that we won a few toys from.

Thank you to the staff tonight and especially the young delivery driver!! My baby girl was having a rough night we accidentally ordered a pizza with no pepperoni so then I ordered another one and he stayed later just to deliver her pizza, from a momma with a young teen. I greatly appreciate the cook, delivery driver, all staff!! Thank you so much for making her night better❤️

Wanted to actually DINE IN for pizza, and wanted to go retro (Gen Xer here!), so we decided on the Pizza Hut in Spring Branch, TX. Michael was the only person working the store, and he did a PHENOMENAL job! SUPER friendly, and his customer service and attitude was TOP NOTCH! Thanks for such an awesome experience, Michael! The pizzas were amazing, and they tasted exactly the way we remembered! YUM!!!!!

Just got a dinner box from our Pizza Hut in Bulverde and it was really good. What was even better was the young man who was working the front and the kitchen area. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he definitely knows what customer service is all about!!! Made for a very enjoyable experience.

Gave 4 stars because dining room was pretty dirty. That being said there was one young man by himself on a Saturday at noon. He was so polite and even brought my son and I napkins, plates and our pizza. He had more customer service in left thumb than a host of folks much older than him. Pizza Hut should be happy this young man is their employee.

Been here before. The food is decent, when they have your order correct. Please double check before you drive all the way home. Also, they don't deliver despite being closer to us than Papa John's is. Papa John's will still deliver to us. It's probably fine to dine in here. The staff was kind enough to refund and remake the order after we spent all the time coming back to the store, so I'll swap it from 3 stars to 4.

The ordering process was inconvenient. I called the number listed through Google and was told I had to call a call center with a Houston number for a pizza I was picking up in Spring Branch near San antonio. I ended up having to order online which I don't like to do. The guy working was wonderful and I feel he could have used some help. He was friendly and helpful and gets 5 stars but the ordering process gets 3.

Dine-in Experience: Pizza Hut pizza is delicious. No questions there. My family enjoyed the pizza and dessert. However, the table service was poor, inattentive and did not meet my expectations. Plenty of opportunities for improvement. Five stars would have been an experience with someone that was there to check on you and your drink(s), having more positive ways to say a menu item is no longer available, upsell dessert and remove trash or other unwanted items while eating. Lastly, in serving the dessert, bringing utensils and plates along with it helps the client to enjoy the product.

Mad for nothing like it was when I was younger gave me bad stomach for two days. Update, I ordered some pizza to have it delivered this was a while back and it was the wrong stuff when it was delivered so they delivered me the right pieces second time and the damn things were great! I don't understand why they don't make them That way every time but they can't seem to do it That's the only time I had good pizza from Pizza Hut although I don't order much from Pizza Hut but they were really good for once like they were when I was 18. I would get off work and stop and go at weidner and I-35 and it was already 11:30 so I ran over to the walzem Pizza Hut the only place open and got a personal fan pizza they were great pretty much every night for dinner but now it's almost impossible to get one like those were but I did

This was not the case on my most recent visit. Walked up to the counter and the individual asked me for my phone number. I politely said I do not want to give my phone number. The individual then stated that they must have the phone number to place in order. I explained to them that I've been going here for a while and they just take my order. In short they could not take my order if I didn't give him my phone number so unfortunately, I did not place an order. I don't see the need to give people my information for any reason other than tracking where their customers are from. If I don't want to give any information I just want food then why can't I get food? Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.

!BAD PLACE! Delivery takes forever even when the place is not busy, pizza is always extremely sloppy and under cooked. They won't answer the phone if you call them, so don't do delivery because chances are they'll mess it up and you'll be driving back there after paying for the delivery and tip like me. Every time I've ordered extra or double of a topping I get slices of the pizza that don't even have the topping(s) on it. Inside of the store is always dirty. Take my advice and go to Little Caesars next door!

We ordered a medium pizza over the phone because app wasn't working. My kids went in to pay and were charged 18 bucks for a pizza. When we called, none of the employees knew about specials, which would have been much cheaper. Employees were not wearing masks, nor did they care about their less than adequate customer service. Its pizza hut- we know it's good. But when I get this type of service I can just as easily go to Dominos or Little Caesars and save a lot of money.

Horrible service and management not great I had placed a order through the app for Pizza Hut to charge my card and not refund me and says it’s the door dash people fault when I didn’t even go through door dash and my card says charged from Pizza Hut it’s crazy scamming people didn’t get my food or money back horrible service only for the guy to say I owe $38 cashwhen I had payed already

Seriously bad and incompetent staff. Ordered online. Not only is it never ready when they say it will be but the guy told me unless its on their menu they can't do it. I showed him how I was able to order it through their menu online and how it was on their menu in store and he had no explanation for why they didn't and wouldn't make it the way I ordered it: just that they wouldn't use the sauce I wanted. This was already 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they still hadn't even put my pizzas in the oven. I use different pizza huts at least once a week and never have a problem getting what I order on time. When my order was finally ready (30 minutes late!) I asked to have the manager ring me up as the guy working the register (William) was already giving me attitude because I asked why he was continuing to stop what he was doing to take the order for every new person that came in the door rather than getting the orders ready that were already overdue (because this kept making my wait time later and later). So the manager, James, came to ring me up. I asked if there was something he could do to apologize for the experience like an order of bread sticks or discount on my order. He just started giving me excuses about being short staffed etc and actually said to me that he was proud it was only half an hour overdue!!! Eventually he gave me a $5 discount on my $35 order which was A) not nearly enough to make up for their customer service and B) something he should have offered without me having to ask rather than make excuses and tell me that he was happy they were "only half ab hour behind". Seriously, their corporate office really needs to take a look at the problems they have at this location.

I order pizza to go. In the process they forgot to make my pizza. Waited another 30 minutes. Finally received my order. Before I left I opened it to check if it was correct. I order double pepperoni and noticed it was regular pepperoni. So I asked if it was correct and they proceeded to tell me it was correct. So disappointed in this place as this is not the first time it’s happened with it being slow and getting my order wrong. This place really needs to get it together. As I also noticed it’s always a new face when I walk in there. No one seems to stay there.

What a shame. Remember back in the day when you could take your family to Pizza Hut and sit down and have a memorable pizza night. The old checkered red and white table cloths. Salad bar. Video games. Families all over the place, maybe a little league team celebrating a win, birthday party going on too. Those were the days. Now in 2023..you go into this particular Hut and they look at you crazy if you even think of sitting down. When you do your told no menus, no fountain drinks, paper cups, paper plates and instead of your pizza coming out in the pizza dish it’s cooked in you get both of your pizzas in to go boxes with folded up paper towels for napkins. If I was the owner of this Pizza Hut I would be ashamed to serve families and guests in this manner. You should be ASHAMED. Please save your money. Go to the “other” guys. I know that the Marcos down the street will treat you right !! 5 THUMBS DOWN!!

Worse service ever. Manager and crew needs training on how to give good customer service. After taking a seat, the man behind the counter (store manager) said he would be right with me. As I waited for almost 10 minutes watching the manager count the money in the cash resister and talking to the cooks, he then went to the back and started folding pizza boxes. I finally got up, walked up to the counter and asked if I could get someone to take my order. The man behind the counter didn’t say a word so I asked to talk to the manager. He informed me he was the manager. At that point I told him he needed to do a better job at customer service and walked out. Will never go there again.

July 21st 2018 I placed an order over 2 hours ago. No delivery made but they sure charged my card. I attempted to cancel the order and receive a refund about a half hour ago and was told that won’t be happening. I continued to try to cancel the order and get my money back only to be told “I can’t deal with this right now” and be hung up on. Is this really what passes for courtesy and customer service. Rosa or Rose, I hope you get canned for this one so you can learn a thing or two about respect. Hopefully. EDIT: Call center is still in hot water but the local shop did rectify the situation. I received a refund. I’m still rather surprised at the bottom of the barrel quality that the call center provides...may the fleas of a thousand camels fall upon the person who hung up on me.

I ignored the other low reviews and ordered anyway. Never got it delivered. I specifically asked when I ordered to confirm they delivered to my address, an absolute yes was given. Pizza was taking long, I called, was on hold 25 minutes, then disconnected. Called again and was told by their answering service my order was overridden, meaning canceled due to non-deliverable address. Then was on hold again in attempt to speak to Mgr to confirm a reverse charge. Is it too much to get a courtesy call? The answering service answered again and was told that Pizza Hut had entered a note stating they called me 10 min after my order to tell me the couldn't deliver, and I declined to pick up the order - this is an outright lie, LIE! I wish they had called - would have picked it up. How hard can it be to get trained on basic pizza service and delivery! Never been so compelled to post a review. Order from Pizza Hut only if you don't mind bad service..

The most garbage and unprofessional Restaurant ever! Never have delivery drivers. They will take your order for delivery and never send a driver. After calling over and over just to get a busy signal, we have to drive up to figure out what’s going on. Not once do they call to let you know there is an issue. It’s been a while as the last time it was over 3 hours before we revived our order, after going up to pick it up. We figured some time had passed and have them another try today only to be sitting again, two hours later, no phone call, no update, and their line is busy! Piss poor and need to be shut down! If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I ordered pizza at 7pm and it arrived 3 hours later. Pizza and wings arrived cold. How does it take 3 hours to reach my house when I live 3 minutes away from pizza hut. I do not recommend ordering from this location. Papa johns and dominos will now be my go to for pizza in spring branch.

Ordered online at 5:35 and it showed my order to be ready in 35 minutes at 6:10. I prefer to not go inside so I chose curbside. I show up at 6:15 and check in and by 6:25, I went inside to pick up and my pizzas were not even made yet. The one large man working was very apologetic, but also annoyed that people actually wanted to keep their orders or make new orders. He was sweating profusely and not wearing gloves. I would have just cancelled my order, but we really wanted pizza and I was invested with my time already. I think we will just be sticking with Domino’s from now on.

Went in today since they where open. Took an hour + to get our pizza. Then when they came out it wasn’t even close to what we ordered (missing two toppings on each). Not wanting to wait another hour we just ate and left. “Oh the chef came in and just made them this way”. The good news is I don’t have to go back. The pizza we got tasted as if the dough was old. Overall was just not worth even a penny of the money we spent.

I love Pizza Hut, but this store here in Spring Branch is the worst. Five times they forgot something on my order. Three times the drivers left the food at the front door and left without notifying us that it had been delivered to the house. Twice when the food left at the front door, the boxes were not properly sealed and flies got into them. The last time I dealt with this store, the manager was very unprofessional and rude when trying to order after their call center transferred me to the store. I will not be doing business with this store ever again.

Ordered two pizzas from here for delivery, was told it would be a 45 minute wait. After an hour and a half, I called to see how much longer it would before they would be delivered. I was told that they had tried to deliver them but couldn’t get in the gate, he read me back my phone number which was wrong, which was his explanation as to why I was never called. To make a long story short, my husband ended up going to the store, the manager had lied, my phone number was very clearly written on the receipt that the driver had. Never did get our pizza. We will NOT be using Pizza Hut again!!!!

I just ordered 2 pizzas. 1 a pan and 1 a hand tossed. I got 2 pizzas. 1 hand tossed with burnt crust edges, another hand tossed that was so soggy with grease it literally dropped. Gross. Won't order the hut again. 🤢I have pics but it won't let me put them in the review.

Everybody make sure y’all check y’all’s bank accounts this store has someone charging cards after you leave the store I looked at my bank account 2 days later and noticed I was overcharged and I called the store and Emily the so called manager acted like this was my fault she told me I must of left a tip i DONT leave tips at pizza places someone at the store wrote in more money than what I checked out with and I did all my order through the app so just to let everybody know CHECK y’all’s accounts make sure the price you agree to is the final price at the bank

Was asked by the gal when I was paying how everything was, I replied "not great" got no response, paid & left. Won't be back & won't be ordering from this one ever again.

There was a large man sitting down at the cash register watching some comedy show on his phone (I could hear it) and when I went inside, he looked up, no mask, and welcomed me to Pizza Hut. When I told him that I was there to pick up my pizza's, he yelled for someone in the back to come get the pizza's even though the warming oven was 5' away from him. The pizza was too soggy in the middle of the pizza and the sauce kinda tasted funny. When I reported this problem to Pizza Hut headquarters, they just said they were sorry that I had this experience. I would prefer their competitors pizza more than these pizzas..better quality, better service, and cleaner restaurants at least in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area of Texas.

Check your account. My husband went in, placed his order, there was no place to enter tip amount, so he signed the receipt, and left with order. A few days later we were charged for more than what was on the receipt. Come to find out they decided to enter their own tip.

Again today, Maria was the DoorDash driver, and she didn’t even bother to call to find us. And there’s just picnic tables sitting out here randomly. So she just decided to put it on a pick table and take a picture with the back end of an RV. All the RVs in 281 have a front door also have stairs that you can walk up to on the front door and there are stairs or decks where you can leave the pizzas… We are all starting to go to Papa John’s now 281 RV Park. They are giving us discounts because of all the crap we go through with Pizza Hut. And them using DoorDash. The DoorDash drivers don’t care because they still get paid and they still get the tip that we left them when we paid out for our pizza. I do not recommend you having anything delivered from Pizza Hut. This area is too wide and spread out and sadly it’s hard to see people’s addresses. If you want pizza, go pick it up. Do not do delivery.
