I love this location, they always make me feel welcomed and bring a smile on my face and not just that but they always perfect my sandwich! Mrs. D at Subway is truly the best. She is incredibly respectable and always patient with every customer, making sure everyone feels welcome. Her care and attention to the food is impressive she handles everything with great hygiene! Her kindness and professionalism make every visit a pleasant experience, its outstanding . Subway is lucky to have someone like Mrs. D!

I promise this is one of the best subway. The manager is always there and she is very friendly. Josh is also an employee there who also has a good attitude. Some may say they make sandwiches how difficult is that. I have been to many subways around Texas and it just isn’t a sandwich. There is an art to making them. I like to thank the manager very much who helps brighten up a not so good day. You just never know what a customer day is like. It is great to have someone wait on you who is friendly.

Amazing!! Came in this morning and asked for a large order for a clinic and she got it done within 10 min! Great customer service and was very quick and professional! Definitely will be asking for her again!

This location is always friendly, fast and delivering great customer service. Always making sure you’re satisfied with your meal. The manager is also very gracious asking customers how their experience was and always having a bright smile.

This is a high volume location during the lunch rush so they appeared to be well staffed… a dedicated cashier and 3 sandwich artist. I ordered as usual through the app..and even got a discount so I’m expecting prompt service. 10 minutes later, I refreshed the app and it says it’s being prepared. I went inside, expecting to wait a minute or two, but then when I got to the counter and acquired, she had no knowledge of my order?? She asked for my name and order number, which i showed her, so she hit some keys on the cash register then she finally located my order. This was my first amazement! One of the artist started to prepare my order as I watched them remove a burnt order from the oven and then toss it out.. So finally 25 minutes later after ordering inception, I received my sandwich and left. I didn’t have the heart to go back in and tell them that they had forgotten to toast it!!!

I stopped by today since I heard my regular Subway near work closed. I loved the manager (Miss D), the store was always clean, it was convenient and the service was very good. Miss D now works at this store I visited today, but it doesn't have the same "feel" as the other store. I got the idea Miss D was not managing this location - not the same good energy nor cleanliness. The guy who made my sandwich is not trying to get the "Sandwich Artist" of the year award. I wish they would make the sandwiches as if they were going to be pictured or at least make them as if they were going to eat them. I guarantee that would stop the sloppy sandwich makers! One bite and my toppings were falling out of the bread. No one likes mayo all over their hands - it should stay on the bread! He also had no clue what went on the sandwich I ordered, even though I repeated it 2x. He kept trying to add meat that was not part of the sandwich (according to me AND according to the menu board). I like the new concept Subway is taking with the 12 new sandwiches, it's just the care they are lacking. This particular Subway has a drive thru. That's not important to me for a Subway shop because I like to see the toppings in person. Some people may enjoy the convenience though. Hopefully Miss D's presence will change this location for the better.

Lady cashing me out (seemed to be the manager) charged me for a drink after I said I did not want one. I have been here many times and the same lady seems to always have an attitude and treats her employees harshly. If you want subway go to a different location.

I ordered here by accident and tried calling this store to get my order voided. I try calling and their phones dont work! I even contacted my local subways GM and they couldnt do anything about it either because theyre are not in the same franchise group. I come here every so often so it sucks that this is being given a one star but not having phones and not being able to void my order is insane. Dont understand how thats possible. Please contact me about this issue

I haven't visited this location in years, and today reminded me why. The sandwich was so poorly put together and sloppy that I couldn't even eat it. Between the low food quality and the unprofessional service, I’d recommend skipping this spot.

Manager is awful Placed a order online then we went to get them replaced she tried to argue with me then belittled her employees and when I stood up to make sure no mistakes were made because at subway you stand there and make your sandwich!!! When not ordering online when u go in u stand there and watch them make your food together the manager should be fired for talking to her employees and especially customers like that!!! 🤬🤬🤬

The manager is rude as heck. The sweet woman making the Spanish that speaks Spanish was amazing, kind, and she made a perfect sandwich. However the manager, the latina with the blonde in her hair was very rude and disgusting. While I was there she was also rude with two other people whom she had made mistakes on their food. She also was rude to the employee who made my food. Right in front of me. I won't be coming back and I hope my tip went to the person who made my food.

Subway, clean up your parking lot and exterior. There is a lot of litter, and the sidewalks and parking lot needs to be pressure washed. Be a better neighbor than this. Yuck 🤢. Customers, show some pride and dignity. Dispose your trash and gum in the proper receptacle. Don’t throw it on the street.
