Curbside pickups should not take 20 to 30 minutes. That is a ridiculous wait time considering food is pre-made and only needs to be assembled.

I’m gonna be real: the food needs more salt. That’s it. I had to add my own at home on the fries (yes, the pinnacle fries) and nuggies. Also the chili sauce doesn’t hit, I’d recommend adding more spice to it.

Hopefully the owner or store manager reads these poor reviews and takes them as a wake up call. This location's building is brand new and is already once again struggling with poor staffing and/or management. On March 1st around 615pm, the drive thru line was wrapped and standing still, so we decided to order inside. After waiting over 35 minutes without getting our order, we requested a refund (something I've never done). It was clear that they only had the capability to service the drive thru at this time (albeit poorly). This was not a one off. About 10 people had the same experience that were huddled around the counter. Standby for an auto generated response from a McDonalds Customer Care Team, instead of the Store Manager or Owner Operator taking some ownership over this dismal reopening.

Worst Mcdonals ever always have problems here management is the worse always getting order wrong and when asked to fix it the think they fix the problem but make things worse. For example asked for Mcdouble no pickles and they gave to me plain, went back to tell them to fix and they add extra onion thinking they fixed the problem.

Always under staffed during breakfast hours. You can tell managers don't care. Also didn't have large soda cups. There are homeless constantly hanging around this place. Consider another McDonald's to eat at. Came back, they still are slow. Manager is lost. Took 15 minutes just to pay.

Went through the drive thru this morning. The girl on the intercom sounded like she was asleep. Not rude or anything just barely there. I pulled to the side to eat next to the drive thru. I got the deluxe breakfast. Food was lukewarm at most. The sandwich was thrown in sloppily. The eggs were cold in some spots. Never going again. No thank you.

The worst place to order breakfast. I waited 20 minutes for a muffin that it was never ready🙃. Very disappointed. I will never return to this place. How is it possible to have such a bad experience at McDonald's?! Fortunately, they returned my money quickly, I was worrie they take another 20 minutes😵‍💫.

Whose bright idea was it to install giant screens to take your order? The wait to get your food is twice as long now.

Since they have reopened orders take almost a hour for them to be ready. There's no staff at the front and there is so many people who were waiting on their orders. It took me a hour to get my food.

No caramel sauce for the 3rd time in two weeks. Today is 9/23/24, 6:50pn EST. My daughter is pregnant and has been craving. Every time I come to this location to get her a sundae, they simply fail us. Unacceptable.

I ordered online and go-to the pickup spot and look for my bag when the front counter attendant yells, "HEY, what's wrong with you don't do that". She gave me my bag and I go fill up my drinks and she cuts the machines off because of a homeless person (over a water cup). She was being very rude to him from the start and left it off for several minutes and then that was just the cake 😠. I then had to go back up and ask if she would turn the machine back on so everyone else waiting could get a drink. My fries were also raw and half filled. Like literally dipped in the grease and immediately took them out. I called three times to get in contact with someone to sort this out and was not able to. I would honestly recommend driving the extra miles to go-to the other one instead of this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎🏾👎🏾

I am sad to leave this review as someone who used to love McDonalds many years ago. I haven’t had poor service per se, but the food is either poorly cooked, the wrong size, or I get a different order altogether from what I ordered. For the prices we pay nowadays I find these painfully consistent mistakes to be unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. Until I notice better quality control I will not be visiting or recommending this for quite some time.

I just went in placed a large order and spent close to 80 dollars. The wait time was to get our oeder nearly 30 mins, the food was warm and hash brown were soggy. They also forgot our drinks. You would expect with a full crew you get your meals hot and in a decent time prior placings order.

happy meals never include current toys. They give out 2+ year old toys. Very disappointing.
