This pub & grill is the perfect, comfortable spot for a great evening! It has a fantastic, relaxed vibe for hanging out and grabbing drinks with friends. So far, I can personally vouch for their excellent wings and juicy burgers—they are definitely worth ordering! I'm looking forward to trying more items on the menu next time, but based on what I've had, this place is already a top-notch choice for casual eating, watching sports, and socializing.

Came here last night with a friend and everything I ordered hit the spot! I got the fried catfish with loaded mashed potatoes and waffle fries. The portions were generous! I was feeling extra large and tried the wings. I personally think they need more sauce but still great wings! Service was absolutely fantastic! The gentleman who took care of us was quick and would check in on us frequently. Definitely will be back and will make sure to take a picture of the food!

Thursday happy hour has some big delicious chicken fried steak and the fried catfish friday is also an amazing deal! Bartender Elsy provided great service and manager Brandy even checked on me to see if anything else was needed. You guys need to check this place out!

Service was great, definitely some good old fashioned southern hospitality the moment we walked in. Wasn't very busy during lunch so great for nice quiet place for lunch. Asked for recommendations and told to try the Strawberry Lemonade drink. Tasted great!! Not too strong but the liquor was there. Ordered the oscar dipping sauce with extra bread and that was amazing!! We will definitely come back again and try more things!!

Very fresh made cajun food. The fried mushrooms are the best I've ever tasted. Get their spicy 242 ranch sauce to dip the mushrooms in. Wish it was closer to home.

The seafood mac & cheese is TOO DIE FOR!!! I'd recommend this place over and over. Love the good food and dj on weekends. Service is hit or miss but usually decent.

The manager Rachel greeted me with the assistant manager . The mushrooms and onion rings are a must. I brought the onion rings home and had them for breakfast..the service was great. The crowd was alive, Astros were playing, and we even got a home run Crawford beer for 5 cents. I posted several pictures of this location so you will know what to expect. So when you go get a bucket of beer, onion rings, mushrooms and the burger . Love this atmosphere. They have live music Kenny Cooper was the entertainer that evening and hopefully they have him return. Thanks Rachel for a great evening. Definitely recommend and will return.

Once upon a time, This used to be tailgators and it was always on point. I have to say, our waitress was friendly and super attentive, granted the place was not very busy. We came for the crawfish, which was extremely well priced but the quality was not what I'm used to. I don't know if it had anything to do with it being a Tuesday.

NICKLE BEER NIGHT WITH ASTROS!! When Astros hit a home run get a small beer for 5 cents. Good food good service. Seems slow on off hours and only opens after 2pm no real “lunch menus”, but ask to see what’s on special. Large dining and bar area, large outdoor patio. It’s not a bad place to stop in for a drink and watch the game.

I’m not sure what happened, but I came on this day and everything is different. The weight staff, the atmosphere the environment. Even the quality of the food might I add wings are no longer on special Mondays it’s crazy. These are supposed to be well done wings and they have no crunch to them at all even with the sauce. This is just makes no sense.

Upon entry no hostess to seat my party of 4, the busser actually told me to sit anywhere. The waiter took a while to come over but overall he was friendly and attentive. We've been a couple times and the food is great including their crawfish. They have the cheapest price for this early in the season (late Feb) and the drinks are okay. Service has been a problem though every time we go. For one reason or another, there's always a massive delay in getting service, we're talking sometimes 10-15 minutes to gave our order taken.

I’ve been coming to this place for a while, but I’m honestly disgusted by what’s been allowed to go on here. One of the employees regularly comes in/drinks heavily after his shifts and then starts ranting about his racist and sexist beliefs in front of everyone. He’s even made threats toward minority customers, saying his dog would bite them (yes he had his pitbull at the time when he said this to another customer directly!!) It’s disturbing and completely unacceptable. What’s even worse is that nothing ever gets done about it. Multiple customers have complained, and he openly admitted that he’s “close with the boss” and won’t lose his job — which is unbelievable considering how he acts. The rest of the staff look uncomfortable and embarrassed whenever he’s there, but upper management clearly doesn’t care. It’s sad to see a place with good people and good potential ruined by someone like that and by leadership that refuses to hold him accountable. Until something changes, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and I strongly suggest others do the same.

Went there on a Friday night around 5:30/6pm for my son's birthday because he really wanted crawfish. The place was pretty much empty and we were about the only ones in there however it took forever for us to get our food and bar drinks (we were a group of 9 - 6 adults and 3 kids). We ordered 4 draft beers and waited about 20-30 minutes to receive them (again, no one was there but us). Food trickled out about 1-2 plates at a time waiting about 5-10 minutes between each. My 8 year old daughter ordered a hot dog, probably the easiest thing on the menu, yet she was the only one who didn't receive her food until the very end after everyone else had already finished their meal. Now, you can imagine how upset a hungry little 8 year old girl would be watching everyone else eat and continuing to ask where her dinner is. By the time she got her food she was so upset that she didn't even want to eat it. Overall, the food was okay. The 242 Pub Club says it comes on Texas Toast, however, it does not. It comes on soggy wheat bread and has no flavor. Other than that, everyone else seemed to like their food. The crawfish were just okay. The flavor was good, however, the quality of the crawfish were not great - small and soft. This was our first experience at this place, and I do not believe we will be back for another.

We came to this bar one night, and it was dead; so much so, even staff didn't seem present. We waited at the bar for a good minute until someone finally showed up just to tell us the bar was closed! This was at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. Horrible service, I would never recommend.

Service was terrible, we came pretty late I understand but to have the bartender snicker" they better not order any alcohol" as if her loud remarks wouldn't be heard was crazy. The floors were sticky. One of the servers ignored us as a group of her friend or family was there and their convo was more important. The server who finally noticed us was sweet and the only reason we stayed. I forget her name she was a bigger white lady( sorry for saying bigger) the food was a bit salty but okay I guess for bar food. But all in all the experience was bad. Won't ever come back.

This place was going good. I was even discussing to my wife how this place had low reviews. Then I saw a roach crawling by my plate of food. I was disgusted. I moved my baby and was shocked to see how a roach could crawl on a baby carrier. Then a manager came and checked and said he believed us.
