Shoutout to the cook who handled my online order on Tuesday at 8:30 PM—your wings and fries were absolute perfection! I honestly thought Wingstop was falling off, but this meal completely changed my mind. Whoever was in the kitchen deserves a raise. Keep doing your thing!
I had a great interaction with Bruce today! Good customer service was absolutely top tier! The restaurant was clean, my food was nice and fresh and the order was correct. Bruce was pleasant and extremely accommodating
There was a mix-up with my order from late last night but I called today and the team there helped me and remade my order providing me a good experience. Thank you for great customer service I appreciate the effort and my food tasted great!
Give this guy a raise , he is bi-lingual, very nice , continued to reassure us that our order was being prepared ( we had a really big order 50+ wings on a Saturday ) very helpful and attentive with all the other customers on phone and also the ones coming in and out, any small downtime he runs to the back to help his coworkers cook, I’m going to ask for his name before I leave , its difficult to find workers like this I hope he gets noticed. his name is Bruno G
Geraldine was GREAT! She was very friendly and welcoming. Customer service at its best!! I saw her interacting with other customers too. The ladies here were great too. I didn't see any males so if there was my apologies. The food was delicious!!! It was HOT just like I love my food!!! I appreciate the attention put into the food!!! THANK YOU TO THE CREW!!!!! DELICIOUS! FIRST TIME HERE!! WILL BE COMING HERE MORE OFTEN!
Had an awesome experience at Wing Stop! The service was top-notch, with a friendly and welcoming staff. Opted for the 15-wing meal with original hot and garlic parmesan flavors – both were a flavor explosion. The extra sauces on the side were a nice touch, and the seasoned fries complemented the wings perfectly. No complaints here; every item was fresh and tasty. This spot easily earns my 5 stars. It’s a hit every time, but I guess food days can be unpredictable elsewhere.
My biggest complaints, and why I don’t give more stars, is because customers don’t receive a SMALL RANCH with their wing order OR even with the Celery, Like MOST WING places! 😐 Thats really CHEAP and disappointing of you as a company Wingstop. As well, the wings have been overcooked to the point of the bone inside being cracked open anf shattered -making it where you can’t eat it -(on few occasions ordering here at this location). HOWEVER, When they are cooked right, the wings here are very delicious! 😋 Overall, I would be more inclined to order more often if this wasn’t the case.
The food at Wingstop is good—no major complaints there. However, the wait time for orders needs serious improvement. There’s a major disconnect between the promised pickup time and the actual readiness of the order. I placed my order expecting to pick it up 20 minutes later, as indicated, but ended up waiting close to 45 minutes. If it’s going to take that long, the pickup estimate needs to be more realistic. Additionally, they handed my order to someone else because they didn’t check last names carefully. That’s a simple fix that could save a lot of hassle for customers. Again, great food—but the service process could use some tightening up. (They did remake the order as quick as they could)
I usually never have a problem at this location, but today when we went to pick up our online order, we noticed when we got home that we got the wrong order. When we returned to the store to let them know, the lady at the front gave us a terrible attitude saying that someone else had already gotten our order and she couldn’t do anything about it. Thank God the kitchen employees were kind enough to figure out the situation to have our order remade. They should hire someone who actually checks what orders are being given out and is not distracted or is rude to customers. It’s been 2 hours now and we are still waiting for this order.
KEEP YOUR RECIEPT!! - THEY WILL MESS -UP YOUR ORDER!!! -Ordered on Tues, Feb 24th, 2026 @ 12:08 PM, I ordered my wings WET and was even charged for EXTRA wet instead of just "wet". ( $27.00) instead of $25.00 for 2 six piece meals, and did NOT recieve them WET at all.. very disappointing, ( we were also quoted $24.00 otp, which turned to $27 at checkout which was a switch and bait ) on top of the fast that I lost money and they refused refund becuase no manager was present when i called in, and told me come back next day. After a long and stressful shift in at work, sometimes all you want to do is pick up food and go straight home. I called the restaurant about 15 minutes in advance and placed my order over the phone. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in the parking lot a few minutes after placing the call and waited in my vehicle to give them extra time. Once the 15 minutes had passed, I went inside expecting to simply pay and pick up my food. Instead, I was told my order was in the system but had not been prepared. The explanation given was that phone orders are not started until payment is made because some customers don’t pick them up. This defeats the entire purpose of calling ahead and is a complete waste of people’s time.
I ordered on the app , however when i got there my food stated it was done waited an additional 10 minutes. Very rude , no customer service whatsoever. In addition to me getting home , a piece of hair was in my food then when i reached out to supervisor he asks to send him the picture then stepped away and say no one has that hair like what do you suppose to be . Nothing was done at all - all he gonna say is sorry like a dumabss .
These people don’t care. At. All. We get wingstop every single day and I mean every day and there’s always something wrong without fail we’ve tried door dash, uber eats, call in and in store order and there’s always something wrong. This time I’m literally in the store watching them make it and I tried to stop them from making a mistake on my food and they literally looked at me then at each other laughed and continued to make my order wrong right in front of me I’m super nice and passive but it only goes so far I will no longer be coming to this establishment I will drive the extra couple miles to get a correct order
It is always the same no matter which Wingstop I go to. Employees standing around, talking, not doing anything. I get my order that is ready for pick up and then I have to get my own drinks... For the price paid for food the least the Employees could do is have the drinks ready along with the order especially when they are just standing around anyway. Nothing more annoying than having to make my own drink while a paid employee watches me do it. If I have to work in order to get my meal, then I should get a discount. Make your Employees make EVERY drink!!
Ever since they changed staff the new people don't know what they are doing. I thought it was just the first time so I gave them another chance they never put enough seasoning on my hot honey wings they're always raw even if I asked for extra. I always call to ask for extra. And they are barely seasoned. The wings are not all the way cooked. There was one guy who always did the wings perfect and he's gone. I will never order from here again. I'm spending $50+ and calling to make sure and still get my order wrong. Come on now
I ordered a 6 piece wing combo , fries were good , but my wings my god I have a box of GREASES AND OILS ITS DISGUSTING. I ordered within an hour of closing which in my opinion is more than enough time to do your job CORRECTLY. This is disappointing because this was my meal before bed and I simply can’t enjoy it because it’s all greasy and not even well done like I requested. Trying to power through eating this disgusting meal because it was 16 dollars was complete torture. I will be calling the store tomorrow morning since they are closed and ignoring the phone smh.
I called to see what time they stop doing online orders and they answered the phone and said they couldn’t hear me and hung up in my face. This is WORST WING STOP EVER !!! This need to be handled ASAP the workers are very rude and get mad at you like it’s your fault and I’m just there ordering my food the service is horrible and something needs to be done ASAP Hanging up in mist of conversation and laughing about it like I can’t hear you and you hear me reason why when I was speaking they hung up and I had a simple question I didn’t want to order I will try my hardest to take further actions
Wingstop, has gone down hill. I ordered my wings extra crispy which were not crispy. I asked for hot honey and lemon pepper flavorings, just to find little to no seasoning. The wings taste plain because the cooks lacks of effort to make sure it was seasoned, $41 for wings that lack flavor. Do better.
Out of all the wing stops this has to be the worst one as far as quality and service. The flavors were good but the textures were all the way off. I ordered my wings extra crispy and I got the complete opposite. Also, customer service is basically non existent at this location. No hello welcome in, how are you, nothing. I feel like such a bother for asking if my order is ready and there were about 6 people standing the lobby looking just as confused as me.
