This location is always courteous. We love the playground! And it's always clean. Especially like their new Christmas decorations this year
Even though they kept wanting to put egg in it even after we had it sent back(gave up and just took the egg off) 🤣🤣 the food is always amazing here! And the staff always has amazing customer service! Just next time, no egg please lol! Love yall McDonald's! ❤❤❤ Okay I have been coming here for the past week (don't tell anyone) but i just have to brag HOW AWESOME this McDonald's is!!!! Everyone working there has TOP NOTCH customer service, and EVERY TIME I come here they hook it up! I seriously love y'all! Y'all really are appreciated with all the hard work and effort y'all put into it!
Gabriel was amazing with service very nice! And there was this young lady that has black with a little blond in her hair who was also very generous.
The food is excellent I would come here everyday if I had the money McDonald’s is my favorite fast food place wouldn’t go anywhere else

I loved the costumer service and my food was fresh and warm along with a very clean atmosphere
Clean, well-lit restaurant. Restrooms clean as well. Food was hot & fresh, however, the employees continued to serve car after car after car that came thru the drive thru after we arrived, never once even bothering to greet us or give a friendly warning that we would be put on the back burner for an excessive amount of time in order to increase drive thru speed of service @ our wait time's expense.
Check your order , Purchased a apple pie that they forgot , management said they wood make it right , well the next time i went in i had to go through a questioning like felon over a apple pie , so i told them to just keep it my order was getting cold . So they dont make it right .
Excellent! Great employees, (whoever hired this crew is good!) fresh hot fries and food. Very clean and they come check on you. That’s what I’m talking about. 🙌 We drive from Weatherford because their McDonalds is awful. Worth the drive to Springtown. 🥰
My order was incorrectly made but I was very thankful to speak with the manager Alejandra who took very good care of me and corrected my order very sweet lady I will definitely be back. She was definitely the version of great customer service.
I went to the Springtown Mcdonalds location yesterday. They missed a couple of things I went inside and showed them what i had and didn't have, the young lady checked my receipt she had black hair I could not see her name all the way her vest was covering it I know it starts with an A and had lashes. Her and gabriel was very respectful and kind and they did not hesitate to get me my food quick and resolve my issue!! The rest of the employees they act like they do not see you. Very respectful on the young lady and gabriels part! I will be coming back to this location food was fresh and great! Good job springtown 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Had an amazing experience yesterday morning. Went and had an order slightly wrong(probably my fault) Cammy took the initiative and fixed it with no hesitation thank you for the pleasant experience. If you need a friendly staff and quick service visit please his McDonald’s.
Seems clean and friendly. Just do not take instructions well. We asked for two hamburger patties. No buns. Plain. We got the pic below... we even said it was for 2 small dogs so...plain!
Hit or miss on the food. Usually pretty good, sometimes cold fries. stale meat. Never really know. Some workers are great in the window, some could use some work seem very snarky and short.
I went through the drive-through, but the speaker person was very pleasant. The food was fresh, and anyone who has eaten McDonald's knows this is hit or miss. I stopped eating at all of them for this reason. However, I will try this location again to see if it is the norm. Will keep you posted.
Always friendly hometown feel. These people seem to care that your happy and have everything you want. Smiles are genuine and as always McDonald's delivers consistent quality.. liked it just fine. Mmm mmmmm gooood.
5 years ago was Quick and friendly staff. Now today they have installed a to go counter blocking view of doors and anyone at the counter. Which they never check! Worst thing McDonald’s ever installed. Should have made it opposite end so they will still serve customers!
(2023) Again, sigh. (2020) Things are still tough going. The sandwiches often have the cheese out and melted to the box on one side rather than on the meat, and if you ask for extra pickles you get a stack of them all in one spot. Sigh, where is the quality and service pride? (2019) The Springtown location is struggling to get in sync lately. I've had consistently bad service lately. For example, on one recent visit, I sat outside in the Curbside pickup for 20+min. When I finally went in to inquire about my order, they said they couldn't make my frappe. Nobody was sent out to tell me. Then when I tried to dine in the next time, all the orders (9 on screen) were backed up and scrambled or lost, and the employees actually had a shouting match in the kitchen. All the waiting customers had to provide receipts and start over. I think local or district mgmt needs to step in. Thank you
Sunday morning at 915 am. Waited in line for 16 minutes from pull up to pull out. I see that's not very long since other people have waited in line for 25 and 40 minutes! I wanted an apple pie, they said it would be a 13 minute wait. They don't have apple pies prepared in the morning?! Get to the window, they were polite but no sorry for the wait. This area in Springtown needs more fast food choices. The line is outrageous.
My issue with this McDonald’s, and many of the fast food places nowadays, is with the stupid metrics that get sent down from corporate that only allows them to have a car at a window for so long before they probably get dinged on their numbers. You cannot order a simple meal at the drive-through without them having to pull into one of the slots because they don’t want you sitting at the window. So basically every drive-through order turns into a curbside order so it looks like they’re getting orders out very fast. Probably has very little to do with the actual employees, but from the metrics and numbers that come down from the mountain top that are probably unrealistic to begin with. Update for February 3, 2026 same issue as always. What’s the point of having a drive-through if everybody still has to pull up and park and wait on it
CAN YOU PARK IN NUMBER ONE!!! No, I can’t, your parking lot and drive through lane is too small, and there’s a car right in front of me… but sure, yell louder at me… or just give me my food. I eventually got to spot number one and a bunch of items from my order.
Normal McDonald's food wise. Grabbed breakfast and took a while, could hear what I believe to be kitchen staff screaming at each other. That alone ruined the atmosphere. The service was alright, but the a bit slow
I always have an issue with this McDonald's. Today I had two orders, 1 for me and one for my wife. When we got to the windrow to pay they could find my order and couldn't find the order for my wife. The lady finally just told us to go to the second windows and she would take care of it. We get to the second window and the guy was totally confused. We explained to issue and he said he would be right back, he came back and it was like we had to start all over again. We finally ended up leaving without my wife's order as this was going to make her late for work. Plus they said they have stopped and no longer make caramel machiatos, which is why we went there to begin with.
This is fast food, I ordered two meals, at 6:52. I am have watched my ticket 988 now for 28 minutes sit taped on this shelf. And have observed at least seven people order in the kisok behind me and receive their meals. 30 plus minutes for our order to come out. As I brought it up to an employee he ridiculed me, not to my face, behind in the back as if we couldn’t hear him, expressing that I must feel like I am more important than anyone else. No I am not, however I chose McDonalds because it should be fast. If I wanted slow fast food I would have found wataburger. I will also add, our fries were cold and semi stale ish as we made our way back to the horse trailer to eat in the parking lot.
Best part of the experience is that from what I could see, it was mostly clean. My issue is that they never called my order out. Just literally everyone before and after me. Eventually, I went to check out the situation and found my food. Only to then discover the forgot several items I paid for. Rough.
Wife went to this local McDonalds' to pick supper up. She paid for four (4) meals. Upon returning home we noticed that a meal (minus the drink) wasn't even in the bag. Not only that she placed an order for a Quarter pounder meal and was giving a Big Mac meal instead.
Everytime we decide to roll the dice at this McDonald's they short every fry. For the prices they charge is it too much to ask for a complete meal. Maybe so.... Might eat here once a month but every time they skimp on fries and the chicken sandwich or burgers are thrown together. Wish we had more options here, we need a Chick-fil-A At least they don't screw up the Coke....
Had to wait 15 minutes to get my food, and it comes out soggy and soaked with ketchup.
It's the worst McDonald's, you have to check your order as it is ether missing something or it was made wrong. The wait is really long which explains why the food is always cold or barely warm. No one is at the front, they want you to enter your own orders on those touch screens in the front.
Who manages this place? I put in a to-go order 12 minutes ahead cause I know these people are slow and what do you know! I’ve been sitting in the waiting spot cause they can’t get anything out quick. And guess what, They messed up the order after all the waiting.
To start off I completed a mobile order for breakfast around 10:15 AM ensuring I met the timeline for them to stop serving breakfast at 10:30 only to find out that they cancelled my mobile order because I didn’t arrive until around 10:45 am. I spoke with a manger asking why my meal wasn’t prepped when they received the order and was informed that had I requested to pick up IN restaurant they would’ve completed it but because I chose curbside pick up they don’t make it until I confirm I have arrived. I don’t understand why that makes a difference? Make it make sense! Anyway, to add insult from I injury after deciding to still order food now from the lunch menu not only were the fries stale (mind you they just switched over from breakfast so why would fries not be fresh?) but they got my order wrong forgetting to put bacon on my bacon buffalo ranch McCrispy sandwich! Can’t say enough that this is the 2nd time I’ve had a horrible experience at this location. Where has the customer service gone? 🤦🏻♂️
I had to sit on the floor in the play area while my girls played because there were no tables. While they were playing they found a whole hot pink fingernail in the play area that they brought to me and dropped in my fries, which I didn't want anyways because they were cold. The bathroom had a pile of wet toilet paper on the floor and it had an overpowering smell of urine.
"Please pull forward" to help us make our times look better, and be ready to sit and wait for 20+ minutes for a single cheeseburger. Absolutely ridiculous and mismanaged
Just moved to springtown 6 months ago and visited this location multiple times. If I could give it no stars I would. I always use the mobile app and my food is never ready when I get there. I’m always pulled to a parking space, and still wait 5-10 minutes. When I finally get my food, it’s usually wrong or I get someone else’s order. If I didn’t have a child who loved McDonald’s, I wouldn’t return because it’s not worth it. Get it together! Seriously.
Have to order on kiosk, but kiosk won't let you use your rewards. No one at the counter the entire time we were there. Order submitted from the kiosk was filled wrong by the hidden staff. Drink machine was broken, but no one is available to even tell.
Check your order no matter how many people are behind you. I had a $30 order missing a Mc double and a small fry, first window didn’t give me my receipt I came around and said I’m missing a fry and a Mc double 3 dollars worth of food they said do you have your receipt? I said no I didn’t take it. I said sorry can’t give you your food even though the girl at the window had just served me, i’m 80 years old. I don’t look like somebody who’s trying to get over. I need for four bucks. I just tipped the window two dollars.! Check your order at the window once you leave they do not care. I don’t care if there’s 100 cars behind you check your order. That’s what happens when you have a business run by children! Absolutely no customer service There was six of them planned I mean, everybody’s still gonna eat at McDonald’s
The cell service there sucks. I was trying to use my mobile app. Sat there for 20 minutes and the app never worked. So I decided to go inside and use the Wi-Fi and it still didn’t work. What’s the point of the app if you can’t use it.
my friend emely taht worked there said there’s maggots in the sweet tea and they hardly are clean or are sanitary . AND RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT SLAM WINDOWS IN UR FACE
McDonald's app shows this location closes at 12:00 I ordered food on the app and turns out they close at 11:00 rude employees looked at me sitting at the window just wanting my food I paid for and walked away. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen.
Horrible experience. Young kids using profanity while I have my young children with me, playing very bad music. Will not be returning to this location !!!!!
drive thru workers are so rude and lazy they could not even fill my smoothie up OR give me a straw had to go in they clearly don’t care abt their job at this mcdonald’s
I wouldn't give any starts but it makes you. This has been the worst mcdonalds. Its starts with management thats what creates and teaches your employees. So somewhere is really needing help. Im not one to complain but enough is enough. My kids love this place so I continue to come for them. But everytime it's missing something. They Wana call you a liar and everything else under the sun. You know I spend anywhere from 20 to 57 dollars a time times about 5 to 6 times a week. 2xs a day. Its crazy. Left the condiments out of the bag that is suppose to go woth the meals tell them nicely can even prove it and they charge me for what comes with the meal and what's left out. So you pay double double for mcdonalds mistakes how is that right. We pay for our own mistakes daily and it's not right to go somewhere all the time and pay for others mistakes. Why is it so hard to read a screen or take an order and actually listen pay attention and not rush your guest. Im sorry but something has to change. Iv been in food for over 20 years as well thats why I dont complain. But nothing has changed in 8 years it gets worse.
I am always getting my burger wrong. no matter how many times i ask for no specific condiments i always get them. my sandwiches are always wrong. i’ve never had to call a place back so many times or ask for something to be fixed this many times. please can you focus on food quality instead of speed.
Just went into McDonald's today for the first time in a while. They still can't get their crap together. Told me that I had to pull forward because they're waiting on Patty's on my order I'm not even pulled up a half a second and here comes the lady with my food. Do better McDonald's. Cheating times to make you look better like you're doing good. All you're doing is cheating your time to make you look good.
I asked the guy that gave me my food is there honey in there to go with the nuggets I ordered and he said yes. Well honey does no good without the damn nuggets I guess it is a good thing I ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps. Eating at 11pm after being up at 3am and having to be up at 4am again kinda pisses you off when you get home and your order is missing things
We just went through the drive thru and waited in spot number 2 like they asked us to. 8 other cars behind me got their order before they brought us ours. I asked if there was a reason our order took longer than the others behind me? The guy said oh I don't know I just make the coffee. No apology for the wait, no explanation. I had a toddler in the back frustrated and crying. I'm just frustrated that they didn't do something more to make it right.
Several of my items were missing from my order, and I had to drive back to get them. By the time I returned, my fries were cold and stale, but the staff didn’t want to remake them. The employees seemed more focused on joking around than helping customers.
This location is horrible! It never takes less than 15 minutes for me to get my food, regardless if it's a fry, mcflurry or 4 burgers, and something is always messed up or missing! I will never come back to this location! The Azle location is 1 million times better!
People who work here just completely ignor the customers in the lobby. Seems their olny concern is drive-thru. Which is fine but standing in the lobby waiting I could see a sign in the back that reads ( work on getting food orders right) as People are coming in from drive-thru with incorrect orders.
This location has become terrible — and it’s consistently the same disappointing experience every time I visit. Today was the last straw. Me and three other customers were left waiting for our food while the employees were cussing loudly and playing rap music behind the counter and talking about how they are not working on Saturday. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This place has gone downhill, and I’ll be reaching out to corporate to report the poor customer service.
