Best boba place ever. The cashier trinity was so patient and kind when discussing the menu to me. Got a mango and passionfruit tea and it was so refreshing. Will come back again.

We had the most incredible heartwarming, human kindness experience! My daughter came in to order some teas but didn't have enough money. A gentleman by the name of Nathan paid the remaining balance she owed with his own money, to insure she got her teas. As a mother, I came in and paid the remaining balance due. It’s such a great feeling to know that there are still people out there who genuinely care about their customers and making them happy. Nathan, thank you very much for showing such kindness to our baby girl! We appreciate it very much! To the rest of the team thank you for your awesome customer service! You guys are AMAZING!!❤️

Every time I come into Sharetea I have a great experience. Service and drinks are great! One staff member that stood out was Mia. She has helped me on multiple occasions when it comes to ordering. Her recommendations never disappoint. Definitely my favorite boba shop in town!

Love the pearls here. The boba alone is great every time and lately my favorites are the yogurt series and strawberry coconut IB. Perfect if you like to switch up the ice level and sweetness with your drinks along with the fact that most items are non dairy. Always give them your drink adjustments at the register before paying and if there's ever an issue with with your order, let them know nicely as they're always happy to remake it to your liking.

Probably the best boba spot in town! The drinks here are unique and customizable so you can get it just the way you like. You can see the staff making each drink fresh every time, so you know it's not that grainy premade milk tea. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always willing to give great recommendations. They have a cute little library at the front so it's great for bookworms like me to stop by, grab a drink, and read a book!

I’ve been to several Sharetea locations, but nothing compares to the experience I had here, all thanks to Diona. From the moment I walked in, Diona greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that instantly made my day better. She not only recommended the perfect drink (the Classic Pearl Milk Tea with the ideal sweetness and ice level!) but also took the time to explain a few new menu items I hadn’t tried yet. Her attention to detail, patience, and passion for great service truly made the visit unforgettable. The drink was perfectly balanced, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from a top-tier boba spot. But it’s people like Diona who elevate the entire experience. She’s a true gem and the reason I’ll keep coming back to this Sharetea again and again. If you ever stop by, do yourself a favor and hope Diona is working that day. She’s the definition of exceptional service. 👏🧋

My favorite shop to go to! The manager Mia is always super sweet! The workers are always very kind too! Sometimes it takes me a minute and one time a worker Lea was being very patient with me, she was very kind. Highly recommend this place out of all the other places!

The place is clean and cozy to sit with all the books and games. The drinks are good but too sweet even at 80%.

Located in the end of the trinity parkway shopping plaza. next to at&t store. plenty of parking, clean, good place to chill or do you school homework with free wifi for customers. definitely a must try. 👍

Good place to have boba tea and hang out with friends, they have board games too. There is nothing different compare with other boba tea shop.

I normally love share tea great customer service but recently got there matcha strawberry fresh milk with boba and I went to shake it up and I saw the bottom of looked rotten :( and tasted bad? I really like matcha and strawberry and wanted to try it but I will not get this again:(

I tried their matcha first time and on my first sip the matcha was not good as the powder was not well mixed up and i selected less ice and it’s still having half cup ice in it. Worst matcha i ever had !

horrible experience earlier today. not sure why the employees problem was. won’t be coming back.
