I don't usually leave reviews but I honestly got triggered that I asked for boneless, but the blonde employee didn't listen and got me classic instead, making my order cost more than expected. This happened around 10:50 pm on 7/9/22. Still decent food I guess.

I order from here often. Recently ordered on 10/13, and my fries were cold and you could tell that the chicken had been sitting (and not due to the delivery driver) because as I said I order often and I live close. I called to voice my concerns, and someone took my number and told me that the manager would call me shortly. No call back. No time to get something else, so my lunch was wasted. 2 stars for poor customer service and communication.

I did not like their service, the staff was rude and argued with each other. The staff wasn't very professional. I don't usually like complaining or being rude about service but I just really do not recommend anyone go to this Wingstop location. As far as the food... I see a lot of complaints in other reviews. The chicken was okay. The fries were soggy-ish(but that could just be how the fries are since they did not taste bad). Their soda fountain does not taste right, usually, I can stand it if it's only a little bad but the sodas that I tried getting out of the machine tasted stale and gross. I asked for 2 atomic wings out of the 10 boneless ones I got, and they did not even try to separate them. I don't know if that is my fault for requesting 2 of one flavor, so I will not hold that against them. I only gave 2 stars because of the service.

Would love to give 5 stars because food is amazing, but customer service is horrible. Young kids always have bad attitudes. We came Tuesday 15 at 9pm, asked the young girl for a cup for water and she replied, “We don’t give out cups for water”. They should know that not everyone drinks soda for health reasons . They should always be ready to serve water no excuses! My wife had to wait till we got home to drink water. Pathetic. Yall better fix that before someone sues you!!! They have water to serve on the machines, but don’t give cups for waters, don’t make sense smh

I ordered the bucket bundle deal that came with veggies and payed extra for fries. They didn’t give me my veggies and wanted me to swap out the fries or pay extra for the veggies. I give their wings a 4 star. I come here often, i do like wingstop a lot. However, I rate places based on food, and also customer service. I ordered for carry-out of 75 wings. Upon pickup- i asked for plates and forks- she gave me 14- i needed more so i asked for more. I had an order of 75 mind you. please don’t roll your eyes at me or any other customer. It was a simple request and it was not too much to ask for. No matter how good the wings are- bad service will always drive people away. Its customer service- not “dis-service”.

I am writing this review due to a terrible experience I had when I Ordered a 50 piece party pack. I have always ordered wings from this place and never been disappointed. Shortly after receiving the wings we ate them and a couple of us had extreme diarrhea, I am taking about straight water coming out, it seemed as if there was a laxative that was added or something. I was so disappointed as we were celebrating my siblings birthday and had family come from out of town. Immediately I hopped online and submitted a report. The following day I was contacted by the store manager and asked a couple of questions. Shortly after he contacted me back and proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to issue a refund because according to the guidelines the timeframe in which we got sick did not align with their policy a food borne illness. It is highly disappointing that We literally paid almost 100 dollars for us to get sick. I would issue no stars if it was an option.

I will never come back to this wingstop, it should be shut down I order yesterday only to wait an hour for my food it was cold like it was sitting there. The manger herself is totally rude no manner and her face is so unwelcoming. This place need more people with happy faces I will NEVER come here again

I’m not saying all their employees but some of them do not have good hygiene. I understand they are busy but they should take some time of the day to clean out the soda machine. Soda does not fast right. The quality of the food has become an issue.

The fries received with three combo orders, were nothing but crumbs and burnt fries. This is everytime I order take out. I find it ridiculous and today I finally contacted the location directly. Manager teach your employees not to serve something you wouldn't eat yourself.

Poor customer service! I ordered from the app, they delivered someone else food. I had no car hence why I had it delivered. Spent 50 dollars.
