Great people. I'm there just about every morning for 8 years. The owners are just genuinely nice people. The staff is always friendly and the service is mostly superb. If you're a regular, they start making your coffee as they see you walk through the door. I've seen them handle all sorts of unruly customers over the years and they are always polite and accommodating - even in the face of the occasional ignorant customer arguing and being very disrespectful. If I go to any other dunkin donuts I feel I'm cheating on them!!! They're the best.

Been then average Dunkin Donuts located in a Gas Station. Staff is friendly and service is quick. The beverages are always hot and flavor is intense. Payment for Dunkin products is separate from other items in the convienent store/gas station. I would choose this one over others if given the choice.

The bacon, egg, cheese, and paper sandwich was delicious. 10 out of 10 attention to detail by the staff leaving the wax paper between the slices of cheese.

It's a hit & miss at this store. Sometimes, bagels are too burnt to consume & other times, it's just how you want it. Same with drinks. It depends on who does what. It seems like they have a revolving door of staffing. But it's Dunkin!

I ordered a cookie dough frozen coffee and unfortunately had a really bad experience. Two ladies were working at the time — one of them told me they were out of the cookie dough cream, so she gave me some options and I chose chocolate instead. I was clearly disappointed, and the other woman actually laughed at me for it, which I felt was really unprofessional. Then, when my drink was finally ready, there were no cookie dough chips on top either, so I didn’t even get what I paid for. As a respectful young man, I didn’t want to cause a scene or start anything in the store, but this honestly wasn’t good service. I paid full price and didn’t receive the product the way it should have been made, and being laughed at as a customer was unnecessary.

I only wanted a cup of hot coffee and had to wait in line while all the foofoo drinks were made. The blueberry muffin I was going to eat later I should have thrown it out the windows as I drove by the next day.

I can't believe the manager wanted to charge me for honey in my coffee because I wasn't putting honey in tea😒 He said because I wanted more than 4 TINY packets. So if I wanted extra sweet with sugar would they charge me extra for sugar🤔

When you walk into this Dunkin’ Donuts in the evening, you would think it’s cyber Monday every night and the entire crew is glued to their phone awaiting the next big deal. They don’t even realize your standing two feet in front of them looking to order because they are fixated on their phones. Before you do any business with Harry, pretend your a tourist coming to NYC and learn all the 7 tips not to be scammed. He once tried charging my grandma a dollar off her scratch off ticket because she did not scratch the barcode to be scanned. I have proof in my bank account statement that in a matter of 15 days, he increased the price of a cookie from 2.25 to 2.75 to 2.99 because he saw I was purchasing it on a daily basis. When he tried to charge me 2.99 for the cookie, I sent my friend in later on to ask how much the cookie was- 2.25!!! The “take a penny” on the counter- I wouldn’t even bother leaving a penny there for the next customer. Harry probably has one of those sticky hands you get out of a 25 cent machine to snatch it out of there every chance he gets! What a CROOK! I will NEVER walk into that store again or pump my gas at his station

I have a video I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and there is a speck of cream cheese on each side I have a video and I’m about to go back and return this bread this is disgusting

I was asked if I want flavor, I said no regular. I then see the word "black" pop up on the register. So I said, no I didn't want it black I want it regular. I was told, nothing comes in it. Which I know is not true. Another employee states, it only comes with cream. Well then, that's obviously not black then. When I explained I get it everyday, I don't ask for sugar or cream/milk it comes that way. The only thing I should be asked is if I want flavor or whipped cream. I've never been told it comes black. I just said forget it, I'll go to another one. I get close to the door only to hear this CHILD employee yell back at me "ADIOS". Is that the way you treat customers?!? I am a grown woman and will not be treated this way by a child. If you don't like the job you have or can't seem to learn it or how customer service works. Find another job. Sure enough, when I went to another dunkin donuts all I had to ask for was a medium frozen coffee and it magically appeared with sugar and light. Teenagers were just plain nasty! Don't worry I will not give this establishment any of my money any longer.
