Tried the mango smoothie and and it was sweet and delicious. The staff was so nice and patient while I tried to figure out how it all worked before choosing one of the smoothies. Nice little outdoor seating in the back in addition to the seating out front on the sidewalk. A big selection of acai bowl toppings were all in display and looked so tempting. I'll save that for a second visit.

I think I found my fav Acai Spot. At first looking at the photos, I didn’t like that most of them had all these nuts and seeds toppings. I felt like this isn’t my type of Acai place. I like the basic.. just blueberries and bananas. I tried them out anyways and was surprised to know that they have UNLIMITED TOPPINGS! And you can mix the base! No wonder all the photos looked like an exotic bird food mix.. it’s unlimited!!! I got the Acai and Mango base with Chia Pudding. My fav fruits and all kinds of drizzles! I will definitely return with my family. Parking: Street Parking , Good Luck

The staff here over the past few years have always been amazing. They always remember who you are and you really feel like family. The sizes of the bowls are great! And you get to choose your own toppings. I come here so often and I just want to say how much I love it here!

Here, they fill up to the top (See first picture , second is from the Northridge location). I will ONLY return to this location. A very tasty bowl. I created a medium 16oz bowl with banana, strawberry, blueberry, mango, pineapple, toasted coconut, peanut butter, almond butter and oreo and it tasted great. The fruits are all very fresh and taste very good. I ordered from there twice a day (morning and evening) and the delivery was always on time and tasty.

First I’d like to say I love the food and service. Seriously, it’s my favorite açaí place anywhere in Los Angeles and the service is always excellent. Why the one star? Because the owners of this place absolutely insist on forcing the employees to put a plastic lid on an açaí bowl I am literally going to eat the moment I walk out of the store. I’ve asked every time I eat here and they will not serve it without the lid. Every time the explain that the owners won’t allow it to leave the store any other way. Please stop doing this. Plastic is choking the earth. Until this pointless and wasteful practice is ended by the owners, my one star review stands. Hooray!!! The policy changed and my excellent açaí bowl was allowed to leave without a lid!! Thank you for listening 🙂🙏🏼

I love their acai bowls! They have the freshest & best selection of toppings. Oh and the Empanadas are so delish! Try the Beyond Meat Philly Cheese Empanadas. You can Thank Me Later!

After getting a work out in at Runyon Canyon, I was feening for a good Açaí bowl and this place hit the spot. Street parking is available and some parking in the business area behind a cornerstore/market but don't quote me on if you can park there This establishment looks small from the outside and a little slim once you walk in but the true gym is the patio area in the back! It's no better way to enjoy your bowl on a sunny LA day than a nice patio with some optional board games and a cute grass back drop for photo ops! The second best thing is how they have the build your bowl option and they do not skimp on portion sizes! They were very heavy handed on fruits, nuts an drizzles! I can't wait to visit them again the next time I'm in Cali!

My buddy Lucas and I went into uba tuba not knowing at all what to expect. I was enthralled and overjoyed with "Jane's" customer service. She was very pleasant and gave me (and Lucas) great recommendation's on what we should order. I ended up getting a mango based bowl with some of her topping recommendation's and was blown away by the taste. 5 stars isn't nearly enough to describe my experience that I had earlier today at Uba Tuba. Thank you Jane, and the rest of the Uba Tuba team. I will surely be coming back soon for some more delectable acai!

This place is really good. Too bad they don’t open till 9 o’clock, it makes it impossible for me to get one on the way to work. They should be open at seven or eight

Best açai spots, ever. Parking can be tricky as they’re mostly meters, you can park in the neighborhood and walk. Customer Service is a little questionable at times, but the Açaí smoothies and even the little Brazilian bread are all so good.

This place was closer to the one me And my girlfriend would go to in tarzana. Slightly different because they dont have a preset menu, more of just customizing it yourself. The down side is that it's pretty pricey for example a medium is 10 dollars

The lady and guy working there were super rude and stand offish- no customer service at all, just condescending energy. Food was pretty good with a myriad of options to choose from for the bowl , but the empanada was kind of soggy. I hope next time the people are nicer, because I’d like to go back for the food.

Emily was very passive. I felt rushed. I come here all the time and get my usually but she said one item in Particularly I get more of I couldn’t get. Once again I come here all the time and no one ever says that idk if she was having a bad day but do better

The bowl flavors are awesome but the customer service is awful. They act like they don't want customers here and act as if our presence is an inconvenience. Sad..

Their large acai bowl used to be $14 a few months ago now it's $17. They've gone mad with greed. And they didn't want to give a side of goji berries either because I wanted to share the acai with my mom that's why I bought large but I was gonna get the goji berries on the side for her since I don't like them. Not worth coming here anymore I'll just get my acai bowl from whole foods from now on which is even more delicious anyway

It’s such a shame! The food here is AMAZING but those workers in there so so rude! I’m choosing my toppings and one of the ladies keeps pressuring to pick them at her pace like I can’t decide what I want? You go in there no greeting nobody wants to take your order they literally make it so obvious that they want you out of there and they just want to go home, so uncomfortable and miserable I’m sure whoever is in charge is better than this.

I ordered once, and it got cancelled by Uber which I was understanding of, so I placed the same order again. I ordered a Pitaya Passion smoothie(which is advertised as purple in photos) and received some milky white protein shake. Even if they were short on supplies and couldn’t make what I asked for, they could have either A. Told the driver to call me(that’s what customer service is) or B. Give me a drink with fruit or something that’s not completely different. I called and she tried blaming the driver after pretending she couldn’t find my order. Really disappointed. Don’t come here.

Really bad customer service. Came here in the evening and they were making the bowls rushed and sloppy. Every other location puts in a good amount of toppings but at this location they are stingy with the amount. The manager was unprofessional alongside the employees.

I wanted to keep my review brief, but I did call up to your store and whoever your employee was did not have a response nor apologize, That’s for one. number two, What you have failed to realize as an owner is that your employees lack comprehension skills or just don’t care When fulfilling online orders. instead of addressing Your team to reassure that this doesn’t happen again, troubleshooting the system with Uber Eats Followed by a simple apology, you choose to respond to my review with a smarty-pants, backhanded, undertone, andlack of customer service skills. You responded poorly not taking accountability as the owner and the leader of this location, your response was horrible. I never said I was allergic to açaí, I said that it upsets my stomach and in the past, I’ve come to realize that it breaks me out, Your response to that was “I didn’t know you can be allergic to açai. Thanks for teaching me something.” This is how a lot of places go out of business because a large percentage of the problem is because they lack customer service skills, Had I been a social media influencer I guarantee you that this would not have been the response and it shouldn’t take for me to be one in order to be treated with respect and dignity when I’m supporting a business that I actually like. Had I been a social media person I guarantee you you would not have responded to me like that because you would be afraid of your Location going out of businessDue to the chance that it can go viral for your lack of customer service.
