This Teahouse will be a hit if you’re looking for a good Instagram/Snapchat photo. Super cute and yummy place. They have bench and barstool seating. They currently have a special for buy 1 get 1 free on any of their drinks. They just opened a few days ago and the staff seemed confused but the manager/ owner was watching over the workers to make sure everything was made correctly. In my opinion I likely won’t return for another month since it was busy at 3:30 and staff was slow with getting drinks out. I’m sure the next time I return this will no longer be an issue

Decent! The signature cheese foam boba milk was really nice and rich, and tasted better than what I drank: the boba milk tea. I tried both but the boba milk tea had almost a similar taste to the base of the signature, which means there wasn’t much of a tea taste. It was alright, and the boba was a little hard and chewier than desired. Also, the sweetness tasted the same when one was 75% sugar and the other was 100%???

I love the dirty boba tea but am a bit disappointed by their service. It is the perfect place to have tea and spend time with friends or work alone.

It’s a pretty good boba place but the strawberry overload tasted kind of syrupy. I liked the matcha foam though, tasted almost exactly the same as Starbucks. Also a bonus for their aesthetically pleasing cups.

Really tasty drinks! We got our drinks at 50% sweetness. They were able to sub oat milk for me, I appreciate it. I had already ordered when I saw the flyers of the top 5 so I’ll have to try those in future visits. 😋

The Oreo cheese boba tea was amazing, not overly sweet but I did get it at a 70%, I love that they give you a chart for sweetness and ice. I was disappointed that all their pastries were out, but I will be back to try them. The girls were very sweet, hospitable, and informational. See you guys in 3 weeks, highly recommended

I love boba milk teas and Vietnamese coffee, so I’m always on the lookout for new spots to try. Unfortunately, the Vietnamese coffee here was one of the lowest rated I’ve had 😕. I’ve also tried the grapefruit drink, which is one of my favorites, along with the taro tea. The taro was decent, though I’ve definitely had better. Overall, I’d still come back I’d just stick to the drinks I know and already enjoy.😊

Drink quality is good. However, the cup size is smaller for the same price...I'm presuming due to budget cuts. I ordered an ube milk tea with boba and paid almost $7. The milk tea size was only 2/3 of what it usually is... If I knew they cut back on cup size and still charge the same, I would've gone elsewhere.

Very clean and busy boba place. They have self-service kiosk which is great. Staff were nice and helpful. The boba store has ample seating for small and big groups. There is a bookshelf, and games for everyone which is a nice touch. I had the Strawberry Overload drink, and the Strawberry Princess Cake. The drink was lackluster because the strawberry syrup tasted too artificial. I couldn’t finish the drink. Maybe other drinks would taste better. The cake was soft but lacked flavor on its own. With the additional topping of cheese foam, it added some flavor to the cake.

I decided to try something different. I thought their "dirty" bubble tea series looked good. I ordered taro "dirty" bubble tea, but it legit just tasted like milk. It tasted nothing like taro. I wasn't watching them make it, but they probably just put idk "frosting" on the sides of the cup so it looks good on the outside and then just milk. I tried to scrape off the "frosting" and mix it, but it still didn't like taro.

Feng Cha has excellent beverages and great service. However,this location is filthy. Dust all over baseboards and walls. Restrooms that have never been cleaned. The floors throughout the building are disgusting and tables are consistently sticky. Imagine what the place looks like behind the counter & curtain where we can't see if this is the presentation of places customers can see....In addition to a clean facility, it would be nice if the restrooms had a hook for women to hang their purse/belongings.

I get the cookies and cream milk tea every time I come here and it’s always so good. This time it didn’t taste right and had a really off taste like soap or a cleaning product. I took a couple sips and had to throw it out. I get jittery if I have any amount of caffeine on an empty stomach and sadly I trusted it tasted as good as always and didn’t try it until I got home with my food. Super bummed

Drink is good. But the handle of the restroom is wearing out. The coating is tearing off and it is VERY sharp. It cut my son’s finger. So watch out! Management should consider replacing it asap.
