Went there on Saturday order a cookie cake the young lady was polite too me she explained all the decorations that can be on the cake and how many people it can feed I also order 13 cookies and the was very delicious .

Rebecca (at the food court location) helped me out with my purchase today. She provided excellent customer service and was super fun to chat with while I ordered. She provided samples and made sure I did not miss out on knowing the current promotions which I was happy to take advantage of. The cookies, of course, are delicious. My favorite stop on every mall visit!

By far my fave GAC location! They’re cookies are always fresh and they will make cookie cakes to your exact specifications. Also, my favorite part is the excellent customer service I have receieved every visit! Stay amazing!( I called on the phone asking them to make a birthday Pickle Rick cake (posted a photo for those curious) and it was perfect and cracked my Bro up on his bday)

I've order several cookie cakes from here. Never really had any problems, cookies always taste GREAT!!! Orders have always been ready on time. Only reason for 4 stars - it's quite expensive!!

They are always closing to early. Wanted to buy a big batch of cookies for a party, but they said there were closing. It was 5:30 and all cookies were put up.

They sell old cookies & I waited over 10 minutes because no one was behind the counter. Terrible service & taste.

Had an order from too good to go placed with a pick up window of 10-11 am and nobody has shown up by 10:30 am. The offer sold out so they should’ve been expecting business from open

Worst experience Ever! I walked up to the counter , and there wasn’t anyone in sight “customer wise”! I proceed to wait on the employee to place my order and a lady walked up to the counter and asked for a drink as if I WASN'T STANDING THERE! The professional thing the cashier should have done is waited on the person who was there FIRST which was me, but instead she went against common etiquette! The lady proceeded to YELL at me for speaking up and addressing the fact that I was there first. She called me rude for speaking up for what was RIGHT! The employee never intervened and she knew that I was there first! I would not have had a problem with letting the lady go first had she approached me RESPECTFULLY, but what you’re not going to do is paint me as a bad person because I stood up for MYSELF in a respectful way! Never was I rude to her or the employee! And even after everything was over the employee never apologized for the unprofessionalism that she possessed! WORST customer service ever, I will drive miles to another location just to avoid being treated unfairly!

Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there and it was at another store. He gave me bad directions to the other store and I couldn't find it. I called, and they wouldn't let me cancel the order until it gets approved by the district manager. So hopefully the manager sees this and realized they completely need to redo their system. So now I'm out $40 and got nothing except an empty gas tank.

The service was terrible. Employees do not know what customer service is. Young black guy just stood there looking at us til we finally said we would like to purchase some cookies. Before that latina girl passed us to speak to a friend on the side. The display were the cookies were looked gross. Will buy from here again.

Service is not what I would have expected! Ended up going to Nothing Bunt Cake, who will have my future business!

I went in to buy (2) cookies of the Chewy Pecan Supreme but they did not have any ..... one of the most popular cookies, I'm sur, but they did not have them. I was so disappointed. If I were owner, I would make sure that my most popular cookie was available ALL times !!!!

Went to counter to buy cookies and the young lady did not have a mask on her face. She pulled out a tray of cookies from oven still no masks. I left, I refuse to eat from someone handling food not wearing a mask!!!

This place is so dirty The General Manager Amanda, has a serious issues, forcing people to buy stuff even they told her no this place has no good management, they have flys touching the cookies... Donation doesn’t to the organization, the cookie cake are done 2 days because you need to be pick up.
