This place is a staple in South Florida. Great atmosphere great menu and great food. I ordered a ribeye, medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. They colored pasta salad is first class and their coleslaw is delicious. They have great happy hour and lunch specials. Honestly if I wanna save money, I stay home so I order off of the adult menu ha ha

My mom loves this place especially for the lunch special. She gets wings and fries. They’re very cheap and reasonable. The servers are very nice and friendly. My only negative is the the food should come out hot and not room temperature but the food was still good.

We ordered steaks. We ordered a rib roll. We ordered Philly cheese steaks. Baked potatoes. Ceaser salad. Drinks. Came with these amazing almost doughy rolls in a butter sauce. Not one thing disappointed. Like legit, I tried to not like something. Everything was on point and cooked to perfection. Drinks were cheap. Service was great. Please expand North to Orlando. Let's start by saying--this is our must-visit spot before or after a Panthers game! The service is always quick, the food is consistently great, and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual, fun meal. One of my absolute favorites here is the side Caesar salad--they always make it just right. And of course, the wings are a standout--always flavorful, crispy, and cooked to perfection. Out of all the Flanigan's locations we've been to, this one is definitely a favorite. The quality and service never disappoint, and we'll keep coming back for more!

Sports bar and restaurant. Laid back and enjoyable. You can have a conversation. The music was totally in the background. Sharon was our waitress She was wonderful and on point. We did not have to wait for refills, she was on it. Our burgers, curly fries and fish tacos' were delicious. So shout out to the kitchen cooks too. You can make or break a meal. Also the bartender made me a fabulous drink. We tried a cocktail called a Rum Runner. So good easy to drink so becareful. Hahaha. Also got a lemonade to go. *****Management this is a wonderful location in Sunrise, Fla. They should be commended. Rarely do I have the privilege to say it was all 5 star from the atmosphere, the food and the waitress out of 5 stars. This location is not a hit or miss. Each experience has been perfect. We had a nice lunch here at Flannigan's. This was my first visit to this location. All of the usual things I like about Flannigan's were present at this one. Good food, great prices (my tip is to stick with the specials, all are good and we save money ordering them, and bring back the big green cups on future visits to save another dollar on a soft drink) and good service. Today my only issue was the time it took to bring me change. I paid cash for a party of 4. It seemed to take much longer than it should. Making change should not be a problem for a place with the large number of customers that this Flanigan's draws. As a football fan, another thing I like is the multitude of big screen TVs visible from every table. The waitresses were accommodating getting the right game on the TV we wanted.

Some of the best wings around! We love their BBQ sauce and anytime we are in town we try to make a trip to Flanigans. Highly recommend trying to go for their weekday lunch specials.

Love the dolphin fingers hate that you don't have Frank's RedHot hot sauce. Burgers are great as well! Servers can get "busy" and you'll need to get your own refills often.

I had not been to a Flanagan’s and probably 20 years but was craving their ribs and they did not disappoint. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious and tender. I also had onion rings that were very tasty and a delicious Mojito. I will definitely return

This is a recently opened restaurant...food, like always is good. Service was excellent (Tiara) was attentive and in top of things. My burger (Texas) was robust and busting with blue cheese flavor...I scraped some of it off because it was wow...but overall...juicy and tasty! Good experience and will return without question. We received a beautiful free drink coin as a courtesy because of a mini kitchen problem...nice gesture! Flannigans is a good place to eat...fair pricing and good service!

I came for the 7.99 lunch special! The food was absolutely delicious, quick, like always. I got wings and a loaded baked potato and it was phenomenal. Our waiter Angela was sweet very hospitable and quick! Two meals only came out to about 25 dollars with tip that’s a steal! Thank you Flanigan’s for your service! Will be back again.

One of the best Flanigan's I have dined at, recently opened (April 2022) and packed every night. The restaurant has the equivalent of 1 large screen per table. There are TWO bars and additional barstool seating off the bars. An outside dining area will be built soon. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Ask for Alex, a very attentive and knowledgeable server that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Joe's Meal Deals can not be beat with entres reasonably priced that include salad and beverage or domestic beer. Run don't walk to this location, you will not be disappointed!

Brand spanking new and worth the wait! We watched this being built for months with great anticipation. Love the cool theme. Speaking of wait, there was almost no wait to get in at 5:30 pm on a Saturday for a booth. No wait for a high top if we’d wanted that. People haven’t discovered this place yet! We enjoyed the half rack of ribs and blackened tilapia sandwich. All up to Flanigan’s great quality. Highly recommend.

The food was amazing. The service was excellent especially since they were slammed after the 3pm disney show let out at the arena. Our waitress, Angela was very attentive despite how busy she was. Her manager, Daniela, came by to make sure everything was okay. It's always nice when managers take the time to do that. Highly recommend!

Just had dinner at Flanigan's in Sunrise, Florida. The food was great and reasonably priced. Our server Sara was outstanding! She was attentive and pleasant! Considering the Florida Panthers were playing at 7pm and the place was quite busy, Sara and the entire staff did a great job. I would definitely recommend Flanigan's.

Excellent, our server was efficient, quick drinks, orders arrived quickly. My Cajun shrimp pasta was delicious, I would definitely order it again. My wife had a lemon chicken pasta was delicious, again very good, I found the chicken not quite tender enough but very good. Generous portions for both. Our only complaint was we were called for our table the the front desk made us wait another 10 minutes while they seated 6 other tables.

We got there about 11:30pm. Fairly empty but still busy. I got the Caribbean burger and it was very good. The margarita was tasty also. It was a nice experience, I'll be happy to return

Estuve tanto tiempo esperando a que lo abrieran que al fin llego el día tan esperado. Fui con mi esposo y estaba lleno estuvimos esperando uno 30 minutos cuando nos tocó entrar nos gusto la decoración y el ambiente que había adentro. La mesera fue ok y la comida estaba deliciosa. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el refresco tenía demasiado hielo y sabía aguado. La música que estaba sonando me encantó ya que tenían variedad de todo. This location is more well kept that some others I've been to. My waitress Sarah was very nice and quick. I ordered the lunch special Cheeseburger. It was cooked correctly, the only complaints I have were that the bun and fries seemed a bit stale. Overall good lunch.

while this is usually one of my favorite locations, tonight was very disappointing for Rib rolls. Apparently they changed the ribs rolls and the now have a "dusty" coating which interferes with the flavor and also presents a weird texture.

Ordered the prime rib special. It was delicious, but small portions. The atmosphere was loud and very full.

Beautiful place service is incredible from the front desk to everyone. Wings are really good! Place is big and you can enjoy the games just be prepare I have to wait 30 minutes to get a seat...but my family love the food and the place we will back as soon we can!!!

Service was very lackluster. Server looked bothered when you asked for anything. You had to ask multiple times before items were given. Food was average at best. Served expired bottled beer.

So first off; I love Flanagans, but today wasn’t so great. First off the lady serving us was a kind lady, yet she gave poor service. She forgot the waters we asked for, she forgot about the dirty margaritas, and the service speed was just low. It took 7 mins for the napkins to come in and then be like “oh lemme get your waters” as much as I love Flanagans and the way they present and are kinda, sometimes it’s important to put your best service on top. As much as I would say go here also keep in mind that there are other Flanagans and that you won’t receive the service you wish.

I really like the atmosphere here and the service has always been top notch, definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The reason I’m giving 3 stars overall is the food. I usually come here for the wings, but the last few times they’ve been kind of disappointing compared to how they used to be. Hoping it was just a rough patch because I’d love to see the wings back to their old standard!

Our last couple of visits haven't been our usual experience; our family always enjoys going, but I even wrote a long email just before this last visit sharing feedback as I hope they can get back to better standards. I haven't seen someone who appears to be the manager in several visits.

Stopped by the get a gift card for a friend's Birthday present. Decided while I was doing that to grab some Clam Chowder to-go. I wanted to cash out the orders, but was told I need to cash out the To Go separately of the gift card purchase. Which was no big deal, and it made tipping the girl who filled both orders easier. My gripe is still being charged a $1.40 "to go service charge" which in my opinion is a bad idea for customer service. In this case it just adds insult to injury having dropped $100 on a gift card, to get dinged for a "service charge"! Full disclosure I did receive a $20 promo card (can't be used until January), and YES its "only" a $1.40, but again it's the principle here. I tipped the server well as none of this is her fault, and spoke with a manager to give my opinion. I did ask for or expect any compensation, but something better than "Meh, it's Corp policy" would have been nice. FLANIGAN's..... Do better!

Sherry is probably the worst server I’ve ever had in my life. Very rude, ignorant and raised her voice at me when she wasn’t happy with the tip. Can’t believe I even tipped her in the first place, but the food was great as always.

In the last 3 visits within a 6-month period, we've noticed that the quality of food and service in this particular branch has suffered significantly. From ordering to serving, it has been very slow. Just last night they brought us someone else's food, multiple waiters seem to all be in an unpleasant mood, and the overall experience left much to be desired. We had a small chat with Lauren, the manager, and things improved a little bit, however, no one should need to speak to the manager to experience good service, and an overall great experience.

I’ve been coming to Flanigan’s for years and have never had a bad experience—until now. The service at this location, specifically from our server Jaime, was absolutely terrible. We sat for over an hour and ten minutes before receiving our food, and during that entire time we had no drink refills, no napkins, and zero attention to the table. When the food finally came out, my child’s meal was ice cold because it had clearly been sitting in the kitchen waiting for Jaime to bother bringing it over. This isn’t just a kitchen delay—this was a server who simply wasn’t doing her job. To make matters worse, we weren’t the only ones frustrated. Several other tables around us also ended up complaining to the manager about her service. If you’re going to this Flanigan’s, I strongly recommend avoiding this server. She ruined what should have been a normal, enjoyable family dinner. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Flanigan’s, and I would not return to this location again if this is the level of service they consider acceptable.

WORST FLANIGAN’S EVERRR!!!🤢 As a Flanigan’s regular, I would AVOID this one at ALL COST! I’ve never had a more horrible experience with food than I’ve had here! My fries and shrimp stale!! Hard as a rock, I’m guessing reheated / overcooked leftovers. But inedible nonetheless! The wings overcooked! This is so disappointing and whoever served this in that kitchen needs training or a different job completely. I will not be back, you’d have to pay me.

I was disappointed with my order. The chicken was very dry and didn’t look like the photo on the menu. The sweet potato fries were soft/not crispy, and I also didn’t enjoy the taste of the rice. I ordered carryout, so I’m not sure if that affected the quality, especially since reviews were mostly positive. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order from here again.

Ordered some rib rolls. Twenty minutes later, still nothing. Server Katy was upset that I even mentioned the rolls. Then ten minutes later the rolls come out. They were burnt crisp. I mentioned it to Katy who stated that is the way they are. She left. I called for a manager. He looked at the rolls and quickly realized it was wrong. Katy gave me a dirty look. My main dish, Bbq chicken was super dry and the dirty rice was room temperature. Not a good day for the cooks or my server. It was a Saturday afternoon without a croud. No excuses for this.

We went there last Tuesday. My husband ordered tuna salad, which took 40’ to be ready, but that wasn’t the worse part. The tuna was ROTTEN. Yes, as you read. We noticed that because of the ugly smell and look. Service was awful.

This Flanagan’s is the worst. I ordered a tuna hoagie and it took them more than 30 minutes to bring out the food. When they finally got me my food my tuna hoagie came with steak in it, yes mixed with the fish. I can’t have steak. When I finally got one of the workers to notice me and get the manager, After 30 more minutes the next tuna hoagie came, completely raw!! I found out after eating half of my sub. Nice but slow staff. Manager apologized. This Flannigan’s clearly lacks management.

Terrible management experience. I was extremely disappointed with my visit here. From the moment we sat down, my partner and I felt completely ignored. Our server didn’t know the drink specials, left empty beer cups on the table, and never checked on us once. When my partner ordered a Spicy Joe Margarita, she actually asked us if it was a new drink — how would we know? You work here. And when we asked about it, she just gave us a rude look instead of an answer. What made it worse was the management. There were two managers actively checking on other tables, clearing plates, and engaging with guests, yet neither one came to us but made eye contact with us , WEIRD ! We felt very discriminated! Even as we were leaving, the hostess said goodbye but the manager lady standing right there couldn’t even acknowledge us. As someone who works in the food industry myself, I know the standard, and this was simply disrespectful and unprofessional. We left feeling discriminated against and completely unvalued as customers. This restaurant truly needs better managers who understand hospitality and treat all guests EQUALLY!

Food & drink were good, but the service here absolutely horrible. The manager nick needs to put back though basic hospitality training, I don’t understand how some people get in the positions they are in without mastering the basics. Our server Dani was really cool and collected.

If you care about you and your family’s safety, DO NOT come here! A few months ago, I went to this Flanigan’s location with my family on a Friday night. It was a bit later and the restaurant had people, but it wasn’t packed. My son ordered a burger and in his burger was what seemed to be a bristle of a metal brush. My husband caught it by the grace of God as he happened to look over and saw a shiny object sticking out. We instantly freaked out, and kept asking our son if he felt ok. Was this the only piece? Had he already swallowed metal?!? Our waitress brought the manager over to our table. She seemed like this was no big deal. She was practically rolling her eyes while repeating “accidents happen.” She was so disinterested and unapologetic. The absolute gross negligence of this place is honestly disturbing.

Horrible experience besides the food, me and my friend experienced Rascim from a another person at the establishment, what made it worst was that the manager JIMMY stood there watching everything unfolding, with who it looks like was his friend, this is our last time coming to this establishment, so disappointed because their food is actually good, bartender was good, management horrible, needs to get FIRED!!

I stopped by the sawgrass location to order some food to go. I go through the front and asked the greeter if I could place an order to go. She advised that she could not and directed me to the to go section to place my order. I walked to the back and I did not see anyone around so I grabbed a menu to see what I wanted. That’s when a young guy asked me what I was doing. I told him I needed a menu to place my order and if I could sit down to make my selection. He said no I can’t and that I have to place my to go order from there. I said that did not make any sense I just want to sit to place my order and I did not want to wait standing for the food to be ready. Also there was no place to sit and wait by the to go section. So I sat down and looked at the menus till I was ready. No one came To take the order so I asked a waiter if she could take the order since I was ready to order. She said no that only the to go people could take my order and that I need To go back over there for them To take my order. So I finally just got up since they would not take my order sitting down.. I started to tell the young man that takes the to go orders that it did not make any difference if he took my order from one place or the other

Worst Mahi sandwich I’ve ever had! Paper thin piece that was way overcooked and dry. Bartender didn’t know how to make a mojito, what she gave me I couldn’t drink and had to about beg for a glass of water.

I’ve been visiting this location for over a year, regularly. Uses to be the best wings in town. Lately they are Either undercooked or extremely greasy and undercooked. Need some new cooks. Last 3 weeks (2) visits. Terrible wings. Good service and great atmosphere. But the wings. Uhhh. Reconsidering going back.

I have never had such a disappointing experience at Flanigan’s until today. While the food itself was good, the customer service was so poor that it overshadowed everything else and made me want to leave. Sharon was our server during this visit, and unfortunately, her service was the most careless, unwilling, and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. I was dining with my family of four, and she brought out only three plates. When I politely requested the additional plate, she brought it over with clear reluctance, handing it to us while looking away. After our food arrived, she briefly stopped by, asked “Ok?” and walked off immediately, without waiting for a response or making any effort to ensure we had what we needed. Her overall attitude felt dismissive and as though she simply didn’t want to serve anyone. I left extremely disappointed with the customer service during this visit. If you do choose to visit this location and Sharon happens to be your server, I would recommend requesting another server to ensure a better experience.

STOP!!! Do not go to the Sunrise location! It is horrible! Customer service poor. Loud as hell. The alarm after waiting 45 minutes, when they told us 25 to 30 minutes, was going off in the waiting area and when we shared this to management they said they were "not shutting it off again, it only comes back on." It was a warning of some sort, but they didn't care. So we had a flipping headache to boot. Every table around us was complaining and turning away their food. Manager Daniela's statement to us when they gipped us on our Nacho toppings = cheese was not melted with no chili or meat to cover burnt chips is "the Pembroke Pines location is not supposed to layer the nachos like that" when we showed her a picture of how it should look. She then wanted to give us "20%" discount instead of taking it off the bill and when they tried to rectify it was sparse they brought us chili and cheese and tried to charge us 1.99 for chili and .99 cents for small plastic cup of cheese. WHAT? You're charging us for your incompetence. They forgot to put my daughter's meal in, so 5 of us had their food and she did not. There are TOO many restaurants to deal with this atrocity. Not going back! Do not recommend!!! Horrible, horrible experience!!!!!!!!! 👎👎👎

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at Flanigan’s was beyond disappointing. I was going to let it all slide but when I heard a manager with a white beard talk about the kids who were pulling on the tinsel decoration which he had no Idea those were my kids. He made the comment while standing at the host stand I was sitting inside while the rest of my group was in the breezeway. Management here clearly has no idea how to control the flow of the restaurant. We came in as a group of 13 — which I fully understand can take time to accommodate — but what happened next made absolutely no sense. Instead of preparing our table efficiently, the staff allowed a group who had already boxed their food, paid their check, and were no longer consuming anything to sit for almost an hour while we waited. The table we needed was literally just sitting there with people who were done with their meal, and yet management did nothing to politely turn the table or move the process along. Meanwhile, our entire party was standing around watching the situation unfold, getting more frustrated by the minute. This isn’t a staffing issue — it’s a leadership issue. Flanigan’s corporate seriously needs to step in and send this management team back to training. Basic restaurant flow, table management, and guest service protocols were completely ignored. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that claims to pride itself on hospitality.

PÉSIMO👎🏻servicio, la atención de las chicas de la barra del Día de ayer en la tarde PÉSIMA atención duramos tiempo esperando a que nos atendieran para pedir unas cervezas, después de un tiempo se dignaron atendernos, queríamos comer y eso fue otro buen rato esperando que nos atendieran 🤦🏻‍♀️ hasta que decidimos irnos, que triste que a veces por empleados que prestan su mal servicio vayan dañando un negocio, nos sentimos ignorados por completo pasaban por encima de nosotros y jamás una atención en realidad nos hicieron sentir muy mal, mi esposo y yo jamás volveremos a este lugar.
