An out-of-place restaurant. Few places in Mexico are as good. The town, the location, and the food are exceptional. Nothing typical on the menu, everything unique with a European touch. Highly recommended. The only drawback is that there are six tables and you have to wait, but it's worth it.

It's a magical spot in the town of Susticacán. The restaurant has an extensive menu of food and drinks. All are beautifully presented and delicious. The staff is attentive. The wait time for food is approximately 30 minutes, but it's well worth it. A 100% recommended place if you visit Susticacán.

It's a small café with a wide variety of drinks and signature dishes. Their food is handcrafted with local ingredients and supplies. The dishes are unique, unusual, and delicious; the chef truly takes care of every last detail of the plating. The drinks range from Italian sodas to coffees and craft beer. The desserts are amazing! Delicious, a break from tradition. The staff is attentive and attentive; they think about your total comfort. They have a basket of blankets at the entrance in case you get cold, they lend you board games so you can have fun while they prepare your order, and they were kind enough to place a basket of sanitary pads in the bathroom. The town is a truly peaceful and magical place. I rarely write such extensive reviews, but it was truly a pleasure to be able to enjoy such a wonderful experience.

It's a beautiful, peaceful place, the food is delicious, and the drinks are even better. We loved the lavender Italian soda and the Pumpkin Spice frappé. In my opinion, I'd choose dishes that are easier to understand or easier to prepare (lasagnas, pastas). Everything else is excellent.

Excellent place, great atmosphere, and I highly recommend their wide variety of drinks. The terrace is a little small, but that's what makes it special.
