This location has always been our go to after concerts and LAX. It's right off the freeway and out of the chaos. We were welcomed and seated quickly. It was really warm. Only one waiter, he gave us our drinks. Our iced tea tasted old. Once we got out food he never checked on us. Our food was great. No complaints. A waitress arrived but our waiter was still to busy to check on us. We had to ask for our check and he said he'd get it but did not. Watched someone else ask for theirs and he brought it over. We just got up and walked to the register. He was ready for us by then.

I normally am not a fan to do a bad reviews but I had one of the worst service experiences here. The lady who served me and my brother was not welcoming at all. I came for samplers, drinks and dessert to stall time. I love Denny’s so this was disappointing. This was also my second time coming to this location and I will not be coming back. The server did not ask us if we wanted refills or check on us at all after she gave us our food. I am a decent tipper and normally tip 20% and up, but this server I declined tipping due to her only tending to the customers in back of us the entire time. She came back to just hand me my check did not ask me if I wanted more. A refill and dessert offer would have been great. The only person who said thank you was me the entire time. Very disappointed and very unwelcoming experience. I hope the service improves. I don’t expect a 5 star treatment just wanted to be treated as the people in back of me with great service.

5.24.21 @ 2pm - walked in to order one meal, and pretty much knew what I wanted. The male did not address me until I asked for a menu, and then he disappeared. There was a lady on break, who took a man's money when he and his son finished eating, but did not address me. I stood there for close to 10 minutes before I said "forget it." I'll just write a review explaining how NO ONE would even look at me even though I stood directly in front of the counter holding a menu inquiring about ordering. When I stated I would complain to cooperate, the lady (who had returned from break and immediately took care or the guy standing BEHIND me first) finally asked if she could take my order. Not cool! Not kind! Not professional! Nevertheless, I ordered because I DID NOT want McDs. Ordered country steak, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, wheat toast. All was good for $13. Management needs to address the customer service/ line issue, but oddly enough, I was the ONLY customer standing there most of the time. I would love to know why neither of the 3 employees I saw (spoke directly to 2) refused to serve me. My guess is that if I were Mexican, the employees would have taken care of me as promptly as they did all the other customers (who appeared to be Mexican). TSK

I usually give a good /fair rating to any Dennys in general, but today was one of the worst experiences, waitress was not welcoming nor nice, plates were greasy, food was charred, servings were not enough, specially the oreo shake and seating was not cleaned properly, found greasy floor under table and silverware too! very disappointed

Worst service ever, really slow service not right orders and food bad

Gotta say, I've been to many and various Denny's through out the Los Angeles county and other counties around, but I have never had nor seen such horrible customer service from any of them. Everyone seems to just have this attitude and serious face as if they were just told they getting fire that day!!! Please do yourself a favor and find something else to eat around here. Or if it's Denny's you craving, find another one!!

They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. They expect you to choose from one of the dirty booths with crumbs and sticky tables. The floors were dirty. The kids menu had been previously used. I didn't stay to eat this time.

Older woman guarding the front was incredibly rude. Stopped in for a coffee and first looked for a restroom. This woman barked at me and my young girls and said buy something or leave. Just wow. Nice manners. I was so put off put by this person I just left. I don’t support businesses that can’t show up with basic kindness.

Food came out cold and not accurate was missing the chicken and sause from my skillet ordered sunny side up eggs that came fried . Sever was inattentive waited 10min before first coffee refill. The huge hole in the front of the establishment let in cold drafts that made it uncomfortable.

Eating in this Denny's is not great and that's putting it nicely. The table service is non-existent and the server I had was an older Hispanic woman who was very rude and inattentive. The food was also very lack luster, it's something you could make at home yourself for far less money and it would probably taste better. Unlike other Denny's this one is a miss, hopefully they do better soon.

A disgusting organization. They couldn't unload one car for two hours. No one comes. No one cares. They don't value other people's time. I don't recommend anyone to use them.

I’ve come here a few times. The first time was amazing. An asian lady helped us and went above and beyond. The last 2 times there’s been some 2 Hispanic ladies, vey bad service. Feels like they don’t care for customers. They a while to get us menus and I don’t like the way they talk to us. There tone is very aggressive. They are loud with their comments. Today they were taking about a customer not leaving tip. How they shouldn’t dine if they have no $ for tip. I’m sure it was their bad service that got them $0 tip. Food is always good. Environment can be better. Customer service needs to improve. Where’s the Asian lady and Asian cook, we miss them. I don’t think I will tip some arrogant ladies.

Went to eat here right before the holidays. It was around 7pm on a Sunday. The place was dead. Our server was the worst, the manager seemed nice, but he only greeted us. The food was bland. The only thing we enjoyed were the hashbrowns. Never again. Waste of $80.
