Hands down the most efficient fast food location I've ever been to. Came in with a group of at least 15 kids on a field trip on a Friday night and the service was lightning fast. All our orders were delivered to our tables quickly and correctly. The servers continuously asked if they could bring us anything (refills, sauces, napkins etc). And then they came by and cleared the trash for us so we could make more room for additional kids who came in after us. Great service.

Food is delicious, employees have amazing customer service & there is a play area for the kids!

They deal with the lunch rush the best. They seem to have fast food down to a science(the way McDonalds use too). Always fast good food. Every once in awhile they get my order wrong a little bit ( I asked for well done fries and they were not well done) but nothing big usually. I wish other places would learn from them. Overall good food for an Okay price.

Chick fil a at this location is always really fast even though it seems really busy, which it usually is I'm still in and out quickly! Never had a problem with their food it's always delicious. Their frys seem rushed every once in a while and seem like they could be crispier at those times but again overall this place has been nothing short of amazing. They also have a really cool app you can actually move up tiers and earn more rewards and end up voting for things once in a while. Highly recommended

Everyone that works here is always smiling. They are eager to help make your dining experience pleasurable. I really enjoyed eating here and will definitely be back again. Chicken sandwiches were great, I prefer the spicy deluxe (with lettuce and tomato). Criscuts are light and crispy as well. 👍

I'm not sure if I have ever had a less than great meal from a Chick-fil-A. I'm not allowed to eat french fries any more. That was my favorite thing here, but I sneak a few every now and then. 😁

Great cleanliness especially for the location. The food is always great no matter the location. The cashier was very helpful and was smiling the whole time. Also, when customers walked in another cashier greeted them with a smile. Nothing not to love about this Chick-fil-A

Today was our first time ever visiting a Chick-fil-a, and Julia was so great! She was knowledgeable and sweet. Westley was on top of things for table service, refills, napkins, ect. Their staff was so great over all. Very clean restaurant. Our hometown doesn't have this restaurant but I'm hoping soon we can be so lucky. Over all i would give them the highest rating on everything. BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER!

After eating out all week at every dive around. This place was cleaner and put together than even some places at Downtown Disney. Very impressed with the cleanliness and excellent service. Easily had 40+ customers and I received my food before I could get my straws in the kids drinks.

The Cobb salad is my favorite with grilled nuggets and the lemonade is the best I’ve had at a fast food place. I always order for pick up.

Everything was good except how long we waited for a second Frosted Lemonade - the restaurant was crowded , busy and a bit unkept- Surprising for a Chick-fil-A... Not my favorite location - I prefer the location over the hill - but the Frosted Lemonade is almost always the reason I'm there !

i visited during breakfast hours (8am) and ordered a sandwich, sauce and a drink. i got to the window and they read my exact order back to me and i had everything in the bag. the drive thru line moved very quickly and all the staff members i came across were very nice. i'll definitely be returning during lunch or dinner in the future.

Our group was taking a while to order and we were holding up the line but everyone was so nice. The cashier, Hannah, was clearly new and a bit confused and I felt so bad! She was very polite and the managers were very nice and helping her. The managers seemed really caring. I was so sorry because our order was so confusing but she got it and was great. The person who brought our food had to take two trips because the basket only carried 3 orders. Felt so bad! Everyone was tired after their shift and just wanted to go home. So nice still! Food was pretty good. Got medium fries and twelve count chicken nuggets. Ate inside. Clean tables and god seating. Some parts of the restaurant was closed off. They forgot our sauce but it was definitely just an accident and gave us so much sauce when we asked. Like half a bag full. All staff is very patient, cooperative, and so so nice. Felt sorry they were probably dealing with groups like ours all day and people who are even ruder! Someone came and asked how we were doing which is pretty uncommon at fast food restaurants and I really appreciated it because they were closing in a few minutes but still took the time to make sure we were doing alright. They were very patient when we took a while to answer. I went up to the counter and asked what ingredients were in the chocolate chip cookie, and the cashier Hannah went and got the manager instead of just shooing me away or something. They were kind enough to print out something on the receipt machine and give me all the nutrition information. Very good cookie that has oats that I mistook for nuts. Cannot express enough how nice and patient the staff was, even so close to closing time. would give 100/5 for service if I could

My first time coming to chick fila and my experience was great . The food I don’t understand the hype but it was good and fresh . Now the Service now that was FANTASTIC.. VINCENT made the experience like I was at a restaurant. He was very attentive to all the customers . He was the sweetest man ever . Even while he cleaned and kept busy he still was able to tend to the busy dining room with a smile . His energy was everything .

I have been going to this location ever since I moved to the area 3 years ago; this is my absolute favorite Chick-fil-A! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. In the entire time I've been going here, there's only been one time something was wrong with my order, and that was just that they had forgotten my sauce hahaha. Seriously the best location! Even if the place looks busy, the line moves super super fast! Getting into the parking lot can be a little tricky though if it's after 5:00 p.m.

Best chicken sandwich ever! The staff is very polite, helpful and easy to communicate with. Very generous with the condiments, unlike other places. Clean restaurant, and bathroom. You can tell how good the food is by how busy a restaurant is, and this place was really crowded. Even so, we received our order/food in a reasonable amount of time. Overall as usual this was a great experience and will definitely be visiting this and other locations again. If you are craving chicken with a friendly atmosphere to dine in, than this is where you want to be! Enjoy! 👍 👍

The staff is always friendly & helpful. The food is always good no matter what you get. The staff remembers me when I go in & are always genuinely friendly. They aren't fake like a lot of places. I miss the peppermint chocolate chip shake. It's seasonal but so good! The frosted coffee is definitely a must. If you're looking for a healthier option you can order the super food side instead of fries. And if you get the app, you can scan for points every time you order. A couple weeks ago, my lunch was completely free! I used my points! Today I got my breakfast burrito for free by using my points!

Even though initially I was given the wrong sandwich, as soon as I let them know, they gave me the correct sandwich. For $6.95 this as always was excellent. My experiences had always been good. With that said, I saw a few people waiting around for their food and saw a guy bring food back because it wasn't done right. I know my husband waited because he didn't want to overwhelm the staff in asking for seconds on drinks but it took a while before he could get another drink. Things happen because we are human.

Food is small af now. I ordered for me and my brother and had to eat the whole order before i can give it to him change the name to chicken fries or pinkies instead of fingers. Spicy sandwich is trash now since its so small also! The lettuce tasted gross as well!! Sent from my iPad

Long line. Very organized getting people in and out as fast as they can. Just disappointed because we waited on drive thru almost an hour ordered our food and we getting get the chick fillet sauce. Which is the best part. We got home and there was noneee!

Although it can get really busy at times, they always get through with us in the drive thru. Very nice and organized as well. My only con is that lately is that whenever I order fries, it's always either undercooked, unsalted or they just give me the bits. The sandwiches don't seem to be as good either with them just giving you a single wilted piece of lettuce or a soggy-like chicken patty.

Super friendly, as usual. Our cashier, James, was in training and he was very patient with my small grandchildren as they ordered their food. The drive-thru line is very ling but we still received our food quickly.

The menu was decent as far as options go and the cost was surprisingly inexpensive. I want to stoked about all those off flavored condiments tho. Customer service was great and as for the cleanliness of the establishment it gets an A+ in my book. I recommend trying the strawberry shake for those of you going for the first time. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I always have to check condiments because they forget or don’t give enough. They will give you one sauce for meal with fries. Its happened to me a few too many times but its the nearest location near my job. Theres construction in the area so traffic is heavy.

Chick fil a is one of my favorite places to eat. So I'm comparing to others I have visited. It took a long time to get the food and they didn't appear that busy. The chicken was great but the fries and soup were warm at best. There were a couple people working diligently, Kim being one. The majority were having very loud conversations with each other. Kim was super friendly, as we were leaving she asked if we wanted any mints to take or sugar lol. So great job, Kim! Really appreciated your customer service.

I have only been to Chick-fil-A once and thought the same. Its fast food chicken. I went through the drive through and the young man seemed annoyed with me after I told him I never really go to chick fil A. And I needed to look at the menu before ordering. You would think they would have a posted menu to look over before you order, like other drive through places. I asked for a chicken club sandwich and it was pretty tasteless the bacon was blah and the chicken was chicken If there was sauce in it I didn't notice. I asked for unsweetened ice tea which was good at first sip, but had so much ice in it that it watered down the flavor quickly. To sum up Mediocre food, too much ice in drink, and felt pressured to just order anything.

I had been craving chick fil a for the longest and I finally went expecting the fresh crunchy fries like usual, I took a bite and it was SOFT not crunchy whatsoever… I don’t wanna bug but I’m offended because now I won’t even feel chick fil a for a good two months now. Plus the fries tasted like tap water. 😔

I came here to grab lunch for work I ordered the 12 piece chicken nugget meal only to have tiny pieces of nuggets (as if 1 whole nugget piece was broke into 4 pieces)counted as whole pieces. The food overall was delicious the service was fast and friendly. But to find that once I opened the container was very disappointing. So disappointment that I went to get my favorite cookies, and they were so hard.😕 I hope it was a one and only time because wouldn’t want anyone else to get hard cookies, especially if it’s a kid. They were so hard to bite. I got two of them. To put it behind me I went to the location in La Habra this morning and got two cookies again, and they were nice and soft.😊 Other than my chief complaint about this time, I’ve never had a problem here.

Food is great, just a little peeved that literally no one talked or made eye contact with me for the whole 10 min I was in carry out area waiting to pick up my food that was apparently ready THE WHOLE TIME I was standing there. Multiple employees came and called out other orders that were ready but didn't acknowledge or ask if I had an order. The issue was not that they were too busy either, I was there at an odd time. I'm really not one to leave reviews but this one just really got to me I guess.

Placed a mobile order and had to wait 10 minutes to receive my food. Came in with multiple people who’s orders were fulfilled before mine, watched people literally walk in place and order and get their food prior to myself and I ordered 2 things. I normally get really great customer service from chick fil a but this one left me a horrible experience and I won’t be back.

The food is good but the one consistent negative with this Chick-Fil-A location is their inability to fill up the containers for the waffle fries. When you order large fries, there is a very strong chance you won't be getting what you paid for at this CFA. The latest one I ordered was what prompted me to write this, the fries were hardly filled halfway, picture included. This repeated occurrence makes me think twice now when Chick-fil-A is suggested despite the quality of the food.

Drive thru, made my order and the total was 26. Okay they missed up on my order by one sandwich. They tell me they have to cancel the whole order to replace the one I want. Why can’t they just switch the burger instead of allowing my bank to take 4-5 business days for a full refund. And then they have the audacity to make a re order that 52 bucks straight from my bank account. Do you not release how the economy is right now? Couldn’t even offer me a gift card or something just how I seen it done for others issue since their skin is lighter and my is brown. Whoever was the shift leader or manger is definitely hating on me.

I stop by here on Thursday May, 30th at 1:00 PM . I was confused by their lanes and entered the wrong lane . Keep in mind there was no cars there at the moment. The manger named Charles came out very aggressive and rude . He was super unprofessional being a manager he should have taken the situation much differently as we the customer's are the ones that pay his check. I also asked for the fries with no salt and they put extra salt. Horrible customer service!

I love Chick fil A but my experience here was not great. Lesson learned. Don't come here on your lunch break or use mobile take out. There are 2 lanes and the man directed me to the right lane. The left lane right away moved and the cars were ahead of me. New cars were coming and the left lane kept moving. The right lane not so much. Even the man that was in front of me had to move the cones to get out of the line. He was probably late for something. I waited and waited. The left lane was moving so fast. New cars came and they ordered before me. My patience was definitely tested. As I finally moved up to order after 25 minutes of waiting I noticed that the left lane had 2 ladies taking orders and the right lane only had a man taking orders. I placed my order and everything was fine after that. They were nice and asked what type of sauce I wanted. As you know the sauces are popular and definitely are a game changer when you add them to your food here. After I placed my order and paid the line moved quickly. I even saw the manager cleaning a sign that had graffiti on it. They gave me my order and I quickly just checked to see if I had my sandwich and fries and i left because I was already running late to go back to work. When it came time to eat i checked if they gave me my sauce and no sauce. What was the point of asking me what type of sauce I wanted? It was all just disappointing.

Surprised I had a bad experience today getting dinner for my family. Two issues with my order #1 forgetting an item causing me to drive back #2 whoever took my order messed up and 2 items were wrong; a club sandwich they put as a regular sandwich and 12 count regular nugget they put as grilled nuggets . I didn’t notice that it said grilled nuggets until after they gave me the order . Letting them know it was supposed to be regular they wouldn’t fix it and I had to pay for another 12 nuggets. I’m so Upset that I had to pay $ again for someone’s mistake on Messing up my order…. I felt robbed . I’m honestly not going back to this location they lost me as a customer . Usually, I don’t write reviews, but I ordered from this location on April 17, 2024 and ever since right after eating the food my stomach has been hurting so bad non stop cramping. Up until now it hurts really bad which is why I am writing this. Won’t be ordering from here again..

First time and last time here. Employee Kylie at the register had a disgusting attitude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a medium iced tea saying “we only have one size” when it said Med. Large. On the menu behind her lol. Can’t even make this stuff up!!! Go elsewhere!!!

I never want to do these reviews but today was day I did. The drive thru was fine until I got to the window. I ordered a sweet tea and a unsweetened tea was given. No big deal, I mentioned it to Stephanie the employee who was at the window, which then turned and sighed. Do your job and don’t give an attitude for a simple hiccup.

I'm really disappointed with how this Chick-Fil-A location handled a health violation. My boyfriend & I ordered some chicken tenders where I found the last piece with fly eggs (maggots, refer to photo). When I called, I didn't feel like the man I spoke to understood the situation. So I drove back with my boyfriend to inform one of the managers. She apologized and quickly gave us a $10 refund. Given that I wanted to be very subtle about it as customers stood near us... I really wished Chick-Fil-A employees had at least asked for my name and contact information to check up on me in a few days to show that they really do care about my well-being. Eating rotten food can cause food poisoning or worse leading to medical attention. Please do better so this never happens again.

First time at this restaurant, I don't get the fuzz. There's nothing amazing about the chicken on the breading, the bread tasted old, and if you know, you can taste all the preservatives in it, it was awful. The sauce wasn't memorable either. To top it off, I got the wrong flavor soda, and to make it worse, I got my least favorite flavor. Bad experience not coming back.

Not only does Mirah have a smart mouth but they took out fries out of my original order because I had a coupon for a medium fries rather than large fries because on my previous visit my sandwich tasted like old oil. Like why not just honor it? After I pointed it out she had no comment or feedback but before I left she said have a good night and since I didn’t respond to her she then said as I was driving away “well my pleasure” keep your rude attitude at home. I ordered two chicken burgers, two eight-piece nuggets, and two fries for the kids' lunch today. I asked for them to be packed into two bags, but they put two burgers in one bag and two eight-piece nuggets in the other. I could tell they did it on purpose because they thought it was a bit annoying. How can they be so rude while smiling? The employee was really rude. I brought each kid a bag for lunch, and one kid got only nuggets, and the other got two burgers, which was disappointing. I don't want to go there again because I feel bad about spending my own money.

I have never encountered such poor customer service. I received an incorrect order at the drive-through, returned to the restaurant with my receipt, food, and the card I used for payment, yet the executive assistant manager denied any reimbursement. Both she and Diana were exceedingly rude and unprofessional. They conspired against me to humiliate me, ensuring their voices were loud enough for the entire store to hear. (There is more to this situation, such as when I previously called to explain the issue to the manager, who instructed me to return for a refund without mentioning that I needed to bring the food back. Consequently, I went to the restaurant, only to have to return to retrieve the food, and upon bringing it back, they still refused any reimbursement, among other incidents.) This was an atrocious experience. Attached is a photo of me returning the food and receipt. The biggest hurtful thing was the fact that they laughed at me while I cried out of frustration. They gave me the Cobb salad without chicken ( clearly you can see scabs ) & because there were scabs they couldn’t refund me the salad. Ridiculous
