BRIAN!!!! The man who does it all! He is always going above and beyond to keep this store together. I see him directing customers, and then he’s order taking, and window and he goes the extra mile to make sure costumers are heard and get in and out as fast as possible. And he does it while putting a smile on our faces. Even had to deal with TONS of cars, and a creepy guy making guests uncomfortable. He was able to make it feel safe and efficient on different occasions. This guy deserves praise. I used to work at Chick-fil-A and this guy just reminded me of the above and beyond service that I’ve never got from other fast food places. :) thanks king!

Food is always awesome and taste fresh even the fries always have a good flavor. You can get the tater tots and so many different styles and ways for toppings just like the soda flavorings are many. Overall every time I go it's like an experience of epic proportions for the taste buds!!

Been to this location twice and recommend this location. The ice cream at Sonic is my favorite, especially the Master Shakes. Our food order was correct, out to us quick, and delicious. Their car-hop servers are kind and pleasant.

My 5 star rating is only for the customer service provided by Brian. GIVE HIM A RAISE! I went to pick up something quick to eat last night. Brian was taking orders, and taking payments and giving out orders at the window. I didn’t see anyone else there so Brian was probably cooking the food, too! There were so many people waiting to be helped, but that didn’t stop him from doing it will a smile, positive attitude and great customer service. Thanks Brian!

The staff here are SO nice and efficient with the line. I came back 2 more times and both times a young lady (heavy set, tall, Hispanic) gave such an attitude when my son asked for a handful of mints and only gave one .... When I asked for a little more ATTITUDE/eye roll. And handed over 2 more. It's the little things that made me pull over and show up but she ruined it.

Disappointed they don't make their homemade onion rings anymore, and the Sysco truck brings in the onion rings already made. The chicken strips were hot, the onion rings were hot, the foot long was good except it had ketchup its called the American hot dog.

It has been forever since I ate at Sonics and this visit did not disappoint! I picked a number 2, which is a double for those not in the know. Got a Coke w 3 flavors; vanilla, cherry, and lime. It was all drool worthy. The gal that took the order was very friendly and personable. If I'm in need a huge and tasty burger on the fly I'm going back. 10 outta 10 would do again!

Service and food was good, however prices seem as they keep getting more expensive. We got 2 combo meals and 1 additional drink for $33. Fast food is basically getting to be same price of going out to eat for a healthier meal. The app saves you money, if it works properly.

Took 20 minutes to get the food and it wasn't busy. Car hop handed me the food and didn't say anything. Forgot some food and other food was absolutely terrible. I would avoid this location at all cost. That's better options in the area besides this.

My friends and I come to sonic often and the food is always yummy and the service is always decently speedy. Brian the night time manger is amazing and so kind. We were having issues with the sonic app and redeeming rewards and he was very helpful even when he was busy with other costumers. Friendly fast service and delicious I did not come to this area for a long time because it had kind of slipped into the abyss but the recent renovations to the area improved drivability access and overall quality of the experience. I am wiring this review for Bryan, as he was so kind and made my and my sister’s experience a great one. He brought our order to us, read it, AND made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the side of our vehicle. He could have brought out our order and just gone about his day, but he didn’t because he cares. We don’t go to Sonic often. So, for us to be craving it and it HIT the spot, this was made so much better by Bryan speaking to us and taking care of us with kindness. This man deserves a raise!! Thanks Bryan!!

This review is for Bryan B. he was really kind when he came up too our car, and the service we had that day was really quick (we only got drinks but at the sonic close to where we live even that’s slow) I got the unicorn slush and it tasted amazing from this sonic, got it at my local Sonic’s previously and it tasted bad. But anyway Bryan really made my day with his service and cheerful attitude.

This review is for Bryan specifically. He is the one person holding this Sonic together. As soon as I pulled up, he roller-skated over to my car almost immediately, and after I ordered two drinks, he came right back with them, even doing a little trick on his skates! One of the drinks was made incorrectly (not his fault), but he handled it perfectly… no attitude, no delay. He came back with the correct drink quickly and the drinks were delicious. Keep in mind this is at 9pm where he’s probably been working for hours on skates. Bryan is a breath of fresh air not just in fast food, but in any workplace. He was incredibly kind and upbeat, and even though I could tell he was under a lot of pressure (he seemed to be the only person distributing drinks and food and running drive-thru), you’d never know it from his customer service. As someone who also works in the food industry, I can confidently say: Bryan is one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered. He absolutely deserves a raise and recognition.

We did not have to wait very long for our food and our waiter was extremely nice. I ordered the new bacon sandwich and it was extremely good. I enjoy having tater tots as an alternative to french fries. I love that Sonic has such a variety that everyone in the car can find something they like.

Good for a fast inexpensive bite to eat... Coney short and footlong dogs are great! Crispy chicken sandwiches and burgers are dry but not terrible. I had issues with the app and due to a car next to me blaring his radio, we couldn't order on the board so she came out and took my order directly.

Sontie was amazing she had the order ready when we got there to pick it up we did not have to wait she only works Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays. She's a nice worker. All the others in there. During the daytime are the slowest ever we have ever been, I cannot believe how slow the daytime is compared to her, she got us in and out quickly did not have a problem getting our food, no wait time whatsoever. If you go during the dates on you will have a problem and be sitting there for 25 minutes or longer. The day shift need training to be a little bit faster.

While the food was typically pretty good standard Soni Drive-In fare, the service experience was very frustrating in that the voice behind the speaker was totally unaware of why the prices of items changed from what is posted on the giant menu you're talking into and the Amount Due portion of that same giant menu. It ended up that the on-duty manager came out to my car and initially acted as though I we're being difficult but as he witnessed what was happening he understood what was causing me to have questions.

My daughter came to have lunch today. While we were eating the Manger bought an employees out to the tables and starting correcting him very loudly. Just mad us feel very uncomfortable. That should have taken place where Noone else could hear what was going on. Very unprofessional. Let me add this employee had brought our food to us right before he was brought to the table. He was very polite and pleasant.

First time visit to Sonic. I wasn't impressed with the food. I asked for crispy tarts, & they wasn't and just warm. Burger was over cooked, not hot and lemonade was not flavorful. I had to put the food in the microwave for heat. Spent $10.95 + tip. The lady that took my order and the server was both pleasant. Not on my list of a place to return. 😐

I do not like the location of this Sonic. It is put in a weird area, in my opinion. I rate 3 stars because of the wait time. Arrived on a Saturday night at 10:30 pm and did not leave the drive through until 11:20pm. May have a been a bit crowded but fast food shouldn't take so long. Food was great, I ordered an American dog with tots and a slush. I wish I was offered ketchup, but i wasn't. I wish i was asked if I wanted everything on it but i wasn't. Service missed some important points in making sure my experince is good. Other than that, the food was good and i enjoyed it.

They got my order wrong. I asked for a chili cheese coney with bacon and relish. When I got home, I found out that I had no bacon or relish. When I called to tell them so,I was informed by the person who answered the phone that I should have checked my food before I left. No apology, not even a nice tone. I'm not the one getting paid to make sure my order is correct, they are. They were not willing to correct my order because I had already left Sonic. If this is how they treat customers, I don't want to visit any of their establishments. Thanks for making me aware of how you treat your customers... Good luck.

Disappointed 😞 this Sonic used to be great I service and in food. My food looked like it was just thrown together and my tater tots were cold. It made it so unappealing that I had to spend more money somewhere else on breakfast. The service wasn't too bad; they're doing what they can with the amount of staff they have.

The restaurant offers meals for the car or outdoor sessions. .. I ordered a cheese meat burger with halebino and got a great taste.. And I did the rings of the onion and the fingers of Mozrella and Fengir. Which really surpasses Mozzarella fingers. And in the end I ordered fresh strawberry slash with lemon .. I hope to develop the idea of orders in a car table. People will be able to enjoy more.

I usually enjoy Sonic, but this location was disappointing. It took forever to get my food, and the servers seemed very slow and lax in everything from making change to answering questions. I was told they couldn’t provide a receipt, which was frustrating, and when I asked about a special, I was told it was only available on the app. The food itself tasted great, but the overall experience wasn’t good. I’ll probably try a different location next time.

Service took forever. The milk shakes were melted. My chocolate sundae was melted. Apparently fixed and sat there. There were only three other customers. This is not employee shortage. Sonic is just getting worse and worse. Expect to be there an hour. If you only have 15-30 minutes do not stop here.

Not sure what the issue was but the drive thru was extremely slow. Almost 10min for 3 items. The guy at the window had to ask everyone what did they order as of the system was down or he was clueless. Food was hot & fresh but service was Sonic needs to do better.

This sonic is always out of something we try to order. Staff is lazy and don't want to work. This time all my husband wanted was some onion rings and root beer after leaving Moffitt.... They were out of both?! How?! Order screen didn't work, had to move, and then couldn't pay at screen. The person taking orders through intercom was horrible, not knowledge, and rude(probably bc she didn't wanna work), and probably part of why the guys coming out didn't know which bay food was supposed to go to. Guys coming out were nice and helpful, but lost. Blind leading the blind here. Haven't been satisfied with this place the last few times we've been. Either this franchise owner needs to get it together and hire a completely new staff, or they'll continue to see profits fall.

Unfortunately todays issue was so bad I have to go against my "never post a negative review" policy. Not only did my husbands sandwich not come as he ordered it (missing bacon) but we found small fibers of glass in our milkshake. I'm pregnant so this is an extremely concerning situation. Based on the piece my husband pulled out of his teeth, they were small enough it probably wont do any damage but it's concerning to know how much we may have ingested before realizing

As an Oklahoma native, I am familiar with Sonic and expect to receive great service. Unfortunately, not at this Sonic. At least not the order taker anyway. Whomever is taking orders needs a serious attitude adjustment and perhaps a different job. She refused to speak up so we could hear her. Nothing was on the display for me to verify my order or to pay and she did not confirm my order. I hit the button again asking her to confirm my order and she asked if I called in an order. I said I thought I just placed the order at this stall. She then proceeded to take a new order. She then asked what size of fries. I didn't order fries so I asked if she was talking about the tater tots. Her reply to me was "I didn't say anything about tater tots." At this point I knew she was a lost cause. Then suddenly she said they already had my order. When I started to ask why it was not on the screen and how to pay, she just started talking over me so it was clear she was not going to listen to me as a customer and only wanted to dish out an attitude. I have no respect for this young lady. She should not be in the customer service business as she does not speak with a smile in her voice. At this point, I am writing this Sonic off and letting corporate know this location is not a good representation of their name..

I generally find Sonic to be the best balance of quality to price among all the fast food chains. They lost a few points with me at this specific location because they forgot part of my food. When I brought this up they said "okay np" and then just never remade my food. I sat with the rest of my meal finished for over 20 minutes and it took me going back twice to actually receive the rest of my food. I like Sonic, I dislike this Sonic.

Honestly, it’s super rare for me to review on a chain restaurant, but good golly this Sonic SUCKS! Every single time we visit this location if we don’t have a mobile order they take 10+ minutes to answer the red button, and even with mobile order expect to wait 20+ minutes for food. I have waited 50 minutes here before waiting on a mobile order because I already paid!!! There’s always some commotion going on (most likely due to it being off Fowler) but they need to get this location under control. Sonic is already ridiculous with having the highest fast food prices, the least this location could do is get it out in a reasonable amount of time.

They weren’t attending people at all, and it was just couple of cars that were there including us, we had to get off our cars to call them since they weren’t answering the speaker, after we got there more people started showing and most of them just left since they the wait time was horrible and closely to an hour, they got our order wrong, twice. In general we just had a bad experience with this location. This store needs a serious overhaul.

Im sitting in your drive thru. For over an hour.... the normal machines are apparently for mobile orders??? Drive thru speaker not working, someone taking an order with no pen and paper. Another hour after that!! Just straight chaos. FINALLY made it to the window and you wouldn't guess.... they did not have my full order... another 30 min! never ever coming here/ bringing my family again.... ZERO STARS Edit: got charged $2 for a cup of water 😭

July 31 at 5:20 PM myself and five other cars attempted to order through the drive-through drive up stations and were left to sit for 20 minutes. Four other vehicles left I walked up to the door where a man told me they were not closed and to go to the drive-through where I sat again pointlessly. There were no other customers, they just decided that no one wanted to work and quite simply didn’t GAF

This was my first time ever eating Sonic and I must say, it was my last time ever eating Sonic. Pull up push the button to order, nothing, sit there for 15 mins, still nothing. Go thru the drive thru, no one comes across the speaker, then an employee walks over to our car and asks if we want to order. Goes back inside, we waited another few mins before we were told to pull forward to place our order. Get to window, no one comes to the window. Finally an employee comes asked us what we ordered, by this time the line is all the way to Folwer. In total we were waiting almost 45 mins for our order and to completely disappointed in every aspect. Worse meal ever and worse employees ever. I'll also mention. While we were waiting at the window, we had a clear view of the inside. If employees put their phones down, work might get done and customers might get their orders in a timely fashion.

The below review is for another Sonic but since this Sonic operates in the exact same way and we had the exact same problems with the exact same meals, I guess it’s still a relevant review for this location. In addition to the below review, at this Sonic, my girlfriend waited at this drive through just to order a shake and was sitting there for about ten minutes with no greeting and no one acknowledging that she was even waiting. This is the third Sonic that we have visited consistently over the past four months that can never get our order right. After the last time that we visited Sonic, before today, we swore that we would never go to Sonic again, even though we had 2 free meals at the Sonic in Tampa on Bearss Ave. But for some odd reason, we decided that we would try once more, give Sonic the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they messed up our order again, twice. We ordered the number 10 grilled with Fries and a Coke, a Number 12 with Fries and a coke and Chicken Toaster that they didn’t offer but decided that they would make it for us anyway. When we got our food, the chicken strips were old, the fries were old and both sandwiches were cooked incorrectly. There was no BBQ sauce in the bag and everything was cold. We got out and went up to the door to explain to them that our order was incorrect and stale. They offered to remake it for us, as usual but when they remade it, it was still wrong. Twenty-four dollars later, plus all the other monies that we’d spend in the past on incorrect orders must add up to more than $100 in dissatisfied lunches and dinners that I probably will never see again. The funny thing is, I was actually craving Sonic chicken tenders and toast today and to my demise, I hated it!!! Being that this doesn’t only happen at one location, Sonic as a whole needs to sit down with the people that man their stores and do some retraining on what customer service is really all about.

I waited on my order for over 1 HOUR. All I ordered was 2 sonic blasts. They weren't busy. Extremely slow service. I waited 30minutes to just to order and another 40minutes to receive my two blasts. I'd honestly give half a star if I could. Worst service I've ever experienced. I won't be recommending anyone I know to visit this sonic.

45 minutes to get our order. Mom's food was cold. Server asked 3 times what we ordered trying to figure out where our order was, no apology or explanation other than the food is made fresh. So is every other sonic, but never takes 45 minutes.

Spent an hour at the drive through. There was ONE car ahead of us. While ordering we asked to have the order read back to be sure everything was correct, we were ignored. Pull to the window, and the order is wrong, things added, things missing. The burger was missing a patty, and the chicken was barely sauced. Somehow, a combo was added and as were trying to find out about resolving it the person closes the window while we're trying to ask questions. When they finally return, we asked to have this fixed and the price went up. We're told that's why it was made a combo, fine that makes sense but maybe let people know before making the change especially when nothing that was ordered actually made a combo so things were added to make it a combo. We ask to change it back and now it's $3 more than the first correction. Our supposed to be corrected order comes out and it's also wrong but we're tired and frustrated so forget it head home. Get home to eat and the chilli cheese tots are so overcooked they're inedible. Beyond disappointed.

I got grub hub order super late over an hr later after they said was on the way they changed driver & that it was being prrsoe. The small slushie cabe melte thanks God shake not the fries cold & almost rubberike cheesse cuz of it which I can heat up in mucy maybe on paper not enough napkins & for inside the fried with cheese on it they ow me that & a water no sugar for the coffee & I thought it was hot but okay. The breakfast sandwich was warm only barely but it's for morning I'll just heat it up. Wish was toaster over. Better

the wait times here are never below 30 minutes and the employees are never nice. the cherry on top was to tonight when i came to pick up an order, i started at the stalls but after 10 minutes of waiting for an employee to acknowledge my existence, i scurried myself right over to the drive thru i waited there about 20 minutes to even get to the box. there it took another 10 minutes to get a quick be with you in a moment, then another 10 before they asked me what i wanted, in this time 3 cars were serviced. i told them i was there for a doordash and they let me through. another 5 minutes to get to the window where im told i have a doordash. he tells me that i have to be in a stall for doordashes (which i know is not true, because every time ive been here i had to resort to the drive through because i couldnt get service at the stalls) so i explained to him how i had already waited 10 minutes at the stall and in the middle of me talking he turns around (with the dramatic flair of a toddler throwing a tantrum) to get who i assume is his manager and said “can you deal with this?” manager comes over, i once again have to explain myself and she apologizes and says theyll be out shortly… a good 5 minutes shortly. moral of the story, if you want to wait close to an hour for food that is sub par please waste your time!

We arrived at the sonic at 11PM, and pulled up to one of the drive up menus, we pushed the button and waited 15 minutes with no response. Then after 15 minutes someone pulled up next to us and immediately after pushing the button a woman came on the intercom to tell him that it was drive through only. At this point we still have not had anyone talk to us. Hearing this we get in the drive through, and then after waiting another 15 minutes (it is now 11:30PM when the store is supposed to close at 12:00) the woman on the drive through tells us that they were closed, we got to this location an HOUR before closing, and then waited half an hour only to be told that they were closed. I understand that they may be understaffed, but they should have communicated to us at 11:00 when we arrived that they could not take our order so we didn’t wait half and hour to be told to leave. This isn’t actually the first time we’ve had horrible service, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just short staffed last time, but I’ll never be coming back to this location if this is considered adequate customer service.

Could barely hear to order, told them I needed extra sauce and they charged for it and brought me the wrong thing, parking spaces are so tight youre practically running your mirrors into the menu boards, will not be coming again

I pulled into the drive thru. The women was very rude. She wouldn't let me finishing placing my order and kept interrupting, asking me if I was done. After I told her no, she told me to pull up to the next window even though I wasn't done ordering. She wouldn't reply back on the speaker. So I left. Last time I come to this location

The service was incredibly slow. We waited for over 30 min in total at 11pm. Not many other cars were there so I don’t know what the hold up was. We pressed the red button to ask what was going on and free five minutes they pick up and say it’ll be right out. After that we waited more and more.

Today August 1 I visited this location. I sat at the ordering mic for 10 minutes before someone decided to tell me to pull to the window once pull into the window. No one still took my order or acknowledge me after waiting a total of 15 minutes. But one worker had enough time to tell a homeless person to go get free food next door because she did as well. The worse experience me and my daughter has ever dealt with.

Can’t expect much from fast food but this worker said they were only accepting cash we said that’s fine and she told us one moment and left us waiting for 5+ minutes and then we pulled up to the window and there was nobody even in the building. Staff definitely needs to look into their closing shift.

For years I used to love this location because the vibe was positive. Idk if they changed staffing but for the past 3 months I've ordered food and drinks from them to be over charged and not receiving what I ordered. If they no longer sale rt 44 slushies they need to take it off the menu. But to charge me for that and I receive a large ain't right. Do better yall!

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. The services here is horrible. The employees don’t do their jobs properly and some can’t even do basic math. I tend to order through the app majority’ of the time because of the discounts. I ordered in the app and checked in at the stall. Waited for it to show up on the screen but nothing happened. Once I pushed the red button a gentleman was on the intercom. As I explained that I had a mobile order he explained that it would be out soon. Approximately 10 minutes had gone and my order still hadn’t come out. I only ordered drinks so I didn’t understand why it was taking so long. As far as I’m concerned I will NEVER come back to this location. In my opinion this is the absolute worst Sonic throughout Tampa and even surrounding areas.

Bad experiences at this restaurant on multiple visits. Today was the last time I visit this particular location. I was told at the drive-thru speaker that I had to wait 15 minutes in an empty drive-thru before my order could be taken. mean while there are 4 cars behind me waiting and asking me whats going on. The girl working said over the speaker that "The store was backed up and you (Me) didn't know how busy they were". People in the drive-thru should have a little priority over people hanging out in stalls. My previous visit to this location my order was taken and given wrong.

Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes waiting on two limeades. There only ever was ONE car in front of us who was already at the pickup window before we ordered. Walked around to the actual door that was propped open to see the foulest looking kitchen that had a stench to match. Was greeted by a rude and belligerent employee who when I asked why they did not politely ask the front car to pull forward so they could continue to service other guests, I was met with nasty employee with a poor attitude. Left without waiting my drinks as this location does not deserve anyone’s business. The owner of this location should seriously look at who he has working there.

The order was messed up 3 times.The onion rings were not cooked well at all. The hotdogs were great! Shake was ordered without cherry or whip cream, both shakes had both on them. Definitely the worse sonic I've ever visited sadly because it's the closest to where I moved 😞

Last two times I want to this location. Smh I pull up to the speaker to place my order and the lady says to please hold. I sit there for 22 whole minutes and now all the cars in front of me are gone. I pull up to the window and she tells me that she didn't kno I was out there. Wow Went there today and I was the only one there. I pulled to the speaker and the lady says to pull to the window, I pulled to the window and no one came to take my order. I sat there for about 4 minutes and blew my horn still no one came to the window. I ended up leaving without placing my order. I don't k o what's going on at this location but they don't have to ever worry about me going there again.

Waited over an hour for our food, after 30 minutes went to the drive thru to ask if it was still coming to us but had to wait another 30 just to handle the situation. when we explained the problem they said they did not have some of the items we ordered in stock. they did not come out to us at all to tell us that, they had let us wait in the stall until we made the decision to go through the drive thru. after stating their lack of product, all they said through the speaker was “you can pull forward”. once we arrived at the window both employees were rude (which obviously they could be low staffed and tired) but the thing that was the most frustrating was the fact they had a very judgmental look on their face. we are currently back in a stall awaiting for our order.

My chili cheese coney bun was very moldy...I can send a picture. I called the 800 nbr and no one seems to care. They act like I'm looking for a free cheeseburger...if the staff doesn't check for mold on food, why would I want to eat there AGAIN? If I sound mad, it's because I am...I've owned restaurants...this was uncool.***UPDATE*** if you read my original review, I DID call thr 800 nbr and was offered a free cheeseburger. Did I also mention that I even sent an ail through the website and got zero response? I'll attach proof of that email as well.

Horrible service, waited for 30 minutes total for a slushie! They wouldn’t say anything so I went to drive thru and same for 3-4 minutes. I honked and finally someone said something. Drive thru line wasn’t moving at all until people started just driving off because no one was coming out and when they did they brought 1 item at a time. Like a drink or a small bag and kept going back in for a long time

yall get one star for the AUDACITY. if i could give zero i promise you i would. i ordered doordash, the drink i wanted was a lemonade with cherry syrup, lemon, cherry and strawberry chunks. they didn’t have lemonade so my dasher texted and asked what else i wanted instead. i ended up substituting it with root beer. now this is where it gets BAD…. TELL ME WHY? yall put the add ins from my lemonade into my fricken root beer? did you think it was gonna be funny? what was your thought process… i just wanna know who in their right mind would make such a concoction… or think it was a great idea to put the lemonade add ins into my fricken root beer. btw, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The men's bathroom was disgusting someone pissed all over floor and wall after he seen that we couldn't eat the food . Employees should check restrooms through our the day . We went around 11 never again but we also don't go to Tampa maybe once a year. But unexceptionable just disgusting. .

I first need to say that management really need to look at the schedule before only having 2 people work a fast food place that is known to be busy on weekends! I went and waited 30 mins before giving up and leaving. This poor girl was running out to handout orders and trying to take drive through orders until she finally closed the pull ups and told everyone to do drive through which still took 15 mins before she could answer anyone. I blame management for their poor decision of not coming into assist!!! HORRIBLE!

My first experience with this location consisted of ordering online, getting there when it wasn’t busy, being told “sorry a DoorDash driver took your order” and not being given a refund despite the fact we didn’t get a single bit of our food. My boss who paid for our order called them immediately after we told him this, and the manager said that “they’re currently super busy” and to call back later, despite there being basically no one else there mere minutes ago. Never dreaming of ever going anywhere near this location again. I’d highly recommend going to literally any other sonic location.

When receiving the food seemed like the chicken tenders were overcooked multiple times, my milkshake was only whipped cream 😞 almost chipped a tooth trying to eat a piece of chicken 🤢 my burger did not have anything I requested on it and the burger seem so old that was chewy like rubber was not crowded nightcrew was extremely rude but fast now I know why plz don't eat there unless its during the day😩😡

I'm beyond irritated. I hurt my mouth biting this burger! How are you okay with serving your customers an over cooked OLD burger patty? The fact that y'all served me an old patty and had the nerve to put it on top of a new patty blows my mind. This is unacceptable!
