Fresh and tasty! Like sushi but better, with a choice of brown or white rice, chips, salad or a mix of any two. They have a ton of fish choices, too. Salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, seared tuna, etc. Then you do the toppings. You can pick from all kinds of veg, seaweed salad, fried garlic, all types of sauces and avocado for an extra buck. They have Hawaiian juices to pick from. It was very delicious and the staff was so nice!

The staff was friendly and quick, and he kept the place clean and inviting.

Flavor and freshness, top notch! Variety as well. Chairs were a little uncomfortable, though, and very small, like children's chairs. Otherwise, a really great experience

Excellent customer service first and foremost. I used to love going to this place but recently the food isn’t as enjoyable. They put barely any sauce and even less if you get two. Hope that this is something they fix.

Mediocre experience sadly. I ordered a regular bowl, half salad and half rice base, just salmon as my protein. The fish was of a good color and tasted clean, but the rice and salad portion was wanting. There were two young ladies working there today and one was impatient with me but the other was polite and helpful. Due to the first lady, I chose not to eat in the restaurant. I probably won't come back as the quality was good but nothing exceptional.

Don't be racist, you only smile when you see American that they didn't even tip you. Learn to respect asian who gives you tip and it was my first time coming here. Hope when I come back you learn how to greet atleast. I'll edit this and see how it goes next time.

I been to other poki poki places but the food was not fresh at all, the fish tasted old and they barley put any sauce, I felt sick to my stomach the salmon smells super fishy as if it's old, I know what salmon smells like I been to other poki places like I said.

I placed an order with Uber Eats for pickup. When I arrived after 10 min of placing the order I checked in and let them know I was there for my order in which they said it wasn’t ready. I waited 10 min and they still hadn’t started it. I then asked if I had to get in line in order for them to get my order started and they said no they would start it. I waited another 3 min and was close to canceling when they told me that walk in customers have priority. How does that make sense? I placed an online order to get there and pick up. My food was paid for, all they had to do was put it together. Horrible customer service. Just because of this I will not be back. If they had told me that from the beginning I would have stood in line from the start.

One kid was eating chips and didn't wash her hands and rolled her eyes. The other kid turned around and then she laughed. Then they laughed again as I left. So rude and unprofessional. This was my second time coming and and I won't be coming back. They weren't helpful, were impatient with me and just all around unsatisfying experience. It's a hole in the wall for sure, just that.
