I added one star, but if it were up to me, I wouldn't give them any. They don't give tickets and they charge whatever they want. I don't recommend them.

Terrible place, they don't serve well, their waitresses are useless, the tables are only for 4 people, meaning if you go with the whole family they won't serve you, only 4 people per table, it's absurd.

A traditional place in Tepeaca, sometimes very good, sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. The flour tortilla enchiladas Suizas were strange, and before I could order by phone and they would pick up my food, but now they tell you that it's not possible. I told them to make a transfer to ensure my purchase and they said, "Oh no, it's not possible and we don't have that." And well, they may be old-fashioned, but there are ways to say it.

Terrible service. I went there on the recommendation of the pasta restaurant, but after this experience, I won't go back. I ordered pasta with seafood, and besides taking forever to prepare, it was delivered cold and almost empty of seafood. My drink glass looked dirty, not to mention the stale bread they put on the table. The waitresses' attitude was horrible; one only came over to clear our plate, even though we weren't finished yet, and they never asked if we needed anything. Honestly, such poor service makes me not want to return or recommend it. I hope the owner does something about it because the waste of the location and the place by their despotic employees is regrettable.

The food at this place is terrible; it's bland, some items are served raw, and they don't have everything listed on the menu. For the prices, it's not worth what you're getting. The waiters have a very bad attitude and provide terrible service. I don't recommend it; look for another place.

The guys who served us were friendly. The house salad was delicious! As for the Mongolian beef, they appreciated the effort. The beef Milanese was fried in the same oil as the shrimp, so it had that flavor, and the refried beans that accompanied it were slightly burnt. The worst was a tiramisu whose cream tasted sour, a sign of spoilage. I mentioned it, and they told me that was the recipe. And since it kept cold, it wasn't bad. Clearly, it wasn't. The flan was delicious, and the Americano coffee was also worth it.
