They need to replace the plates, make them more hygienic (preferably white porcelain). The clay ones are very common. Good food, but a bit pricey due to the service using old utensils.

They claim to provide invoices, but it's a lie. I've been trying to get my invoice for three weeks, and they don't answer the phone number displayed outside their store. The woman who was helping me was incredibly slow, even though there weren't any other customers. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I will never go back.

The service leaves much to be desired, from an unfriendly waiter to someone completely inattentive to our requests. The food is tasty, but beware of the guacamole; it's not good and the portion is ridiculously small for what you pay. My only recommendation is to not come hungry and to bring your own avocados.

No menú illustration, no info of what the dishes are until you go online. Super upset when they brought the dish to me just a plate filled with beans and sporadic very little to no protein.

Hello... My experience at the restaurant was terrible, for several reasons. The main issue was that the waitresses didn't wear their masks properly, the place was poorly cleaned, and the floor where they prepared the food was completely black. I recommend they clean it with a pressure washer. The cloth they used to clean the tables was dirty and smelled bad. They never washed their hands while serving the food, they handled the money without any hygiene, they handed out utensils with dirty hands, and to top it all off, they reused plastic spoons. I'm never going back to that place; it was truly disgusting. But it's like everything else: the more people who go there, the less attention they pay to their restaurant.

Terrible service. It took forever to bring even simple quesadillas to the table. They didn't have napkins. The waiter came asking what we wanted to drink. "We only have Coke," he said. The menu said they had aguas frescas (fruit-flavored drinks), we asked for horchata and they didn't have it, nor did they have hibiscus water. The waitress said, "We're out of it," so we had to go buy another type of soda at the OXXO convenience store nearby. I asked for jericalla (a type of custard) and they didn't have that either... all of this was on the menu. The food was very good, but the service was incredibly slow, they had very little stock, and it was only 4 pm. How can a restaurant run out of sodas, aguas frescas, and jericallas? Besides, they didn't come around to ask if we needed anything, nothing. We had to go looking for the waitresses. Don't waste your time; you'll leave there angry.
