Country Pride

We always like breakfast at Country Pride and this location was good. Food is always consistent and service is always pretty good. Our server Maxie was a bit rough around the edges at first but smoothed out after a bit. She appears to be grumpy at first but she really is a nice person deep down. At 81 years young I'm sure she has experienced her share of crazy/rude unappreciative travelers at this location. We just kept saying we appreciated her service and she did a good job. The restaurant is pretty clean and has a nice quite atmosphere. Prices are fair for quality and quantity. We will stop in again when back this way on our travels.

If it weren't for Teresa and Ginger (and the mini-pot of coffee you get)...I'd probably get breakfast somewhere closer, but these two make it worth it. Food is good and cost is on par with portions. Pretty decent menu variety and if you're there after 11am...it looks like the salad bar is pretty popular. Good place to stop and grab a bite for most anyone.

Went there with the family just to have dinner....the food is good and the coffee too....waitress was nice but could've been better.

The food was delicious but the service was almost non-existent... We had to wait about 10 minutes to even get asked what we wanted to drink then we had to get our own silverware. I had to flag down the waitress to get more water, had to ask twice for lemon... The waitress only seemed to give service to lone men of a certain color. Even a couple of her chosen color had bad service. We we not the only ones who had to wait on ourselves. She couldn't even be bothered to come back to remove plates... There were only a handful of people in the whole place and ours was not the only waitress on duty. I seen the someone come to hand out more than 2 gift certificates... I didn't think jobs were for finding a "mate".... The leaf lettuce around the salad bar was a few days past prime as well. Good Food, Horrible Service... I will be contacting the management

At 6:45 a.m. on Saturday morning the parking lot was empty save 1 car. That should have been our first clue. We were waited on right away but then sat there for another 40 minutes waiting for our breakfast. The pancakes were more like over-cooked crepes. The bisquits and gravy were cold in spots and the bisquits rubbery like they had been microwaved. I did tell the waitress how disappointing the meal was AND the wait. We will never stop there again. And I will be letting others know about the bad experience.

Breakfast buffet is terrible,gravy was so watery, you can't even call it a gravy,fruits are old and.... I wouldn't recommend this place to annyone!

Sat down & waited 10 mins before a waitress acknowledged me. A different waitress walked pass me 3xs & looked me in the eyes but I assume I wasn't in her area so she didn't bother. Finally placed my order & after waiting 45 min for my steak I cancelled my order. I asked for a manager but was informed there wasn't one on duty. I will never return here again.

I don’t remember such bad service when I met. When you come here, you feel that no one is seeing you (invisible), and when they nevertheless accept the order, try to execute it as long as possible. (Where to rush? They do not deliver urgent cargo).

VERY POOR SERVICE !!!! We sat for over 40mims waiting for our dinner to arrive. Once it did had to ask for the fixings as well as drink refill, we actually asked for that 3 times before we got. Not sure what the problem is but we won’t be eating here again..we will happily do Subway or Pizza Hut.
