Great spot for lunch; the staff were friendly, helpful, and did all they could to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The molcajete was great, as usual, and the grilled char salad was absolutely amazing.

When seeking out a great tasting Mexican joint Loca Luna off Richmond Road is a great stop. There are an extensive number of options to chose from to include burritos, enchiladas, rancheros, and much more. The serving staff is very friendly and very professional and efficient. I have a seafood allergy and they made all steps to prepare my food to not set off my allergic reaction. It's cozy with a number of seats and we'll kept and clean. The food is wonderful. I got 2 steak and chicken burritos with white queso and their verde sauce. I'm not usually a fan of verse sauces but this has the right heat and tang that truly complimented the white queso and the big haul of meat inside. The rice was spot on. Soft but not mushy. Overall this is an excellent place for Mexican food and worth your time.

Fast and friendly service. Tamale dinner was good and enchiladas were tasty. Not huge portions but not too expensive either. Seems to be a popular spot for takeout too. Will return.

Most of the restaurants of this chain are top tier. Excellent food, and wonderful customer service. They are also pretty fast. The prices are average these days but they give you your moneys worth for sure! 10/10 recommend.

Highway 71 Tire and Suspension

Nicely plated dishes. 2 out of 4 meals were warm but not blow on it to cool it off before you take a bite warm. 2 of the meals were barely over room temperature. The flavor was there, the visual appeal was there, but I like my food hot. Chips and salsa with queso...salsa was tasty, the queso had great texture but lacked a little flavor, the chips were hard with a burnt taste. The server did his job. Nothing noteworthy. The atmosphere was boring. Judging by the restaurant name I expected a little more pizzazz from the decor. However, I have to highly compliment the cleanliness of the restaurant. Would I go back? Probably not by my own choosing.

Customer service was great. They checked on our table every 10 to 15 minutes. The food was good. I had the molcajete and it was HUGE. Yummie and Tasty. I always put my beans in with everything else and just sizzles. This is a great spot for family and friends.

Server seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else but working. He was not friendly and I basically had to stare him down to get a refill. Usually waiters will ask if you want another beer…he simply took it and disappeared until I said I wanted another one. The salsa was good, the ranchero mix was alright. The cheese sauce was not the usual white quest which was a nice change of pace. Once again as is common, this is another average Tex mex place. Nothing was terrible but nothing stood out or made me want to come here again over any other tex mex place. They don’t have tecate either, coupled with the other issues means, no I wouldn’t come back.

I'm so mad about my experience today that Id love to give them just one star... however, I have been here many times and it was really great. However, today I had an odd request and called in to see if they could have my order ready at a table when I got there and the check there so I coukd pay immediately and be ready to head out when I was done because I was in a hurry. They bagged my food up to go... not what I wanted but no biggie. I felt bad for thr waitress when she got my drink order wrong and had to send it back. Then my beans, rice and cheese dip were cool. I was angry. No one wants to eat cold food on their lunch break. I was given a whopping 15% off which didnt even cover the cheese dip I didn't eat. The waitress never returned to check on me, offer me a bag or chips to go so I could heat up my cheese dip at home and eat it.. he offered to heat up my food but I was in a hurry and I didnt know how he planned to do that with it being in to go containers. I think the waitress was mad because I asked for a plate as well. Hard to eat fajitas with no plate. Anyway, I won't be going back on my dime. I loved this place but this experience ruined it. Some people are nice. One waiter there seemed to care even though he wasnt my waiter, but not my waitress. 15% for such a bad mistake wasn't cool. No one likes cold food. There is zero excuse. It had been 7 minutes tops since my order was placed.

Ordered off lunch menu and got charged for dinner price and very small portion for the price. It's just basic food, no seasoning on meat, and the waiter never offered anything. Had to ask for refills on water, chips, salsa, and never got asked if I wanted another margarita. Disappointed! Bonus, they sat a one year old in our section and all he did was cry and scream. That's all I needed to hear on my day off!!! Also my lunch price was supposed to be $10, but got charged dinner price $17. That's a huge difference, so check your receipt! I decided not to fight it and not go back. They don't deserve us!

I’m currently 8 months pregnant. I was craving chicken soup and placed an order to go. I got home and took a few bites of my soup only to notice that there was a small filthy roach in my soup. I immediately called to politely notify the restaurant. After about 5 minutes of being transferred to different people no one seemed to care. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and their aren’t any communication errors here. The restaurant is fully aware of what happened. I told them they need to close the restaurant and clean so that people don’t get sick. The lack of care and effort to do the right thing is concerning. My family and I are new to the area and have been coming to this restaurant almost daily as we unpack and settle in our new home. Accidents happen but this is pure filth and neglect. They don’t appreciate my efforts to allow them to clean and make this better. I didn’t so much as get an apology or refund. I’m beyond disgusted and shocked. I will never return.
