The personnel at this location make the whole experience enjoyable. The cashier was soft spoken but knowledgeable, and the managers were friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone that I encountered this evening made the whole dining experience a pleasure.

I haven’t been to Newk’s in a LONG while, I guess I had forgotten about it. A coworker mentioned it and I really wanted some soup. Y’all, let me tell you, that’s the best potato soup I’ve gotten from a restaurant. The sandwich was delicious, too. I got the French dip sandwich. I went to pick up a few orders, mine and my co-worker’s, the ladies were so nice and helpful in the drive through.

I am a regular to eating the Newk’s Q sandwhich, often!!! The food never disappoints and the restaurant is always very clean and inviting! And who can resist those free pickles!!! Soooo good! Highly recommend!

Excellent choices from salads, pizzas & sandwiches in a casual setting. Good sweet tea. Service is professional, friendly, and helpful. Went on a Sunday so it was packed but we still managed to get our food quickly.

Soup and sandwich was really good. The kids Mac and Cheese was good portions. A little more noisy of a place, so good to bring kids. The bar that is set up for the extras and pickles is fantastic idea. Self service drinks, but they do bring the food to the table.

This is the first time I've eaten inside the restaurant. I've had the sandwiches before but always delivered. On this trip, I ordered the Summer Berry salad. It was fabulous!! Everything was so fresh. The lemon dressing that came with it, however, was not tasty to me. It had an overwhelming basil flavor. I ended up getting an Italian vinegarette. It was delicious! The sweet tea made with Splenda is also delicious. Highly recommend the summer salad, but all of their food, no matter the selection, is delicious.

Newk's Eatery on Mall Drive in Texarkana is consistently great. There is a wide variety of menu options....from tiny pizzas for little ones to soups and salads and amazing entrees. It's clean and there are numerous small things that make this restaurant extra special....free cracker-like breadsticks at the condiment station and fresh-cut lemons for your tea and water at the beverage station. The service is also great. The Manager walks around and checks on you to ensure you have everything you need. There is something for everyone at this restaurant and all of it is very tasty and appealing to the eye.

PROs: Great location. Clean establishment. Friendly and warm greeting and service; meal is served to the table. The food is great and this was preferred over greasy fast food places. CONs: Nothing we found displeasing. Thankful the place was open on an early Sunday. Most places in this area are closed. The pizza hit the spot coming through town, it was our 2nd time here but this time we dined in.

Great experience! We grabbed luck here coming back from Texas and it was MONEY!!! I had the Newk’s Que and pasta salad and they were amazing. Great flavor, fresh ingredients and tons of food. Love the place.

We went to eat at Newk’s tonight. The place looked great ! The service was top notch. The food came fairly quickly even with the large crowd. It was hot, fresh and really tasted good. My wife had “The Debra” pizza and it was really wonderful. I had the steak sandwich and the tomato soup. It was also tasty. I would recommend you check this place out.

Pricey but good sandwiches. I like the Italian & my wife likes Chicken salad. Slow at the drive up. Haven’t gone inside. $10+ per sandwich and chips is kinda high.

Cauliflower pizza crust!!!!! Love it! The taste yummie! The toppings fresh! Customer service was on POINT! This will be my go to spot for pizza and salads! Thank you Newk’s for providing a great product and great service! Keep up the great work!

Love this food but the last two times I have driven home only to find my 12 salad unbeatable because it’s covered with Feta Cheese which both times I specifically requested to be left off. I know it’s later at night and they are trying to clean up but the salad should still come out as ordered. Steve Mitchell

This person went to Newk’s in Texarkana to pick up a to-go order. The manager came out and immediately began harassing them, saying awful, unprofessional things. When they tried to leave the restaurant to get away from the situation, the manager followed them outside and continued the verbal assault in public.

The manager Johnathon C. is horrible! He treated one of the customers horribly and literally harassed a young man. Yelling, threatening and using profanity that you wouldn’t want your kids to hear. When the young man was trying to leave the situation, Johnathon followed him out to his car continuing on yelling and harassing him. No one should ever be treated that way, ESPECIALLY when you’re supposedly a “manager” to a business. Very unprofessional and very alarming on what kind of people Newks is hiring these days.
