Food was meh, they gave no cheese, no real meat, piled beans in there and my beefy five layer had one itty bitty squirt of sour cream on one corner. Will never go back, food is just as crappy as i remember. I should of had whataburger at least they're good.

my disabled sister wanted to order a crunchwrap supreme and the guy on the phone told her to “kill yourself” tbh his mother should have cancelled his subscription to breathing, very upset with the service☹️

Absolutely terrible. They "cheat the system" by pulling cars out of the drive thru, just so their drive thru counter seems like cars are being pulled out faster than they really are. No utensils, no sauces, no napkins. Food was barely warm to touch, as if it had sat for a while, yet they had me sitting in line (out of the drive thru, so they could cut their time) for over 30 mins waiting for the food.

every time I’d order a chicken chalupa it be cold. I understand it gets busy but I don’t understand why they’re okay with serving cold food. haven’t been back since.

I had called to ask if I could place in an order if that was fine and allowed. Because me and my partner were very hungry and just wanted something to eat. So I had called and said can I please place an order and pick it up if that is fine and can happen” and the person that I had called just all the sudden hung up. This was our first time calling and we were served with not our food but a full attitude that was very unreasonable. And me and my partner had to call a different place so actually get our food. 1 star, I do NOT recommend.

Last night I went to buy three Crunch Tacos Supreme, and to my surprise, they were all stuck to the wrapper and completely cold. And that's not all—the service was terrible. They closed the window before I even got my drink. These tacos made me sick; I was vomiting all night. I don't think I'll ever buy from this place again.

I eat at this taco bell all the time and I was just recently there tonight. Not too bad but the food took forever. but that’s not the bad part of this review. The bad part is that I found a hair cooked into my chicken! I just finished eating the chicken cantina taco and a piece fell off on my blanket and i picked it up and found a whole hair intertwined with my chicken! and no there was no hair on the bed at all, this single piece of hair is cooked into with my chicken!!! This is so disgusting!!!

Order came out wrong after a 30 minute wait once and I couldn't get any help from the managers who had a HUGE attitude problem. Same attitude problem towards the customers after the AI assistant in the drive through was not working. I would rate zero stars if I could.

$2 for a supreme tacos and I get these soggy fk things. Didn't get a recipe, by design I'm sure. Just purchased them like 10 minutes ago. So whoever is making the food in there needs training. I'll definitely drive the extra miles an take the fam to a taco truck from now on. Thanks TacoBell, for you have destroyed a brand only to make the little man more profitable.

This is the fourth time I've been to this location in succession and the order has been wrong. Went in to get the taco they forgot and got a taco with almost all lettuce. I love Taco Bell when it's made correctly, but the Texas City location is ridiculously low grade compared to what I would expect.
