Ordered via the app as we were driving. We both had #13 customized to our respective likings. Both of our sandwiches were PERFECT! An awesome sandwich from Jersey Mike's!!! I went into store location to pick up our order. Both gentlemen at the counter area were courteous and helpful. I asked for extra napkins since we were driving, and they gladly filled my request. Thank you to the employees on Tuesday December 7, 2021 at about 145 pm. An excellent visit to Jersey Mike's and a delightful meal!

I like Jersey Mike's. I got an Italian with some banana peppers and I absolutely destroyed it. It's also right next to the sports clips so I was able to snag a haircut right after.

I had the roast beef and provolone. Absolutely the best roast beef I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. May never eat Arby’s again. My only wish is that they had a French Dip sandwich with that roast beef

Best jersey mikes in DFW. The customer service is impeccable, after just three visits the staff knew my name. Jacob made my sub and also made my day after a great conversation about growing up on the west coast like I did. If the owner is reading this, you got a great group of young men running this place for you!

Workers were very nice and accommodating as I asked to not have any ham on it as I didn't like the after taste and they just increased other options to match. Pretty delicious sandwich too. Can’t say enough good things about this Jersey Mike’s location. The manager Gabriel is extremely attentive, and there is excellent communication between him and his staff! Gabriel made an excellent sandwich and I will be back!

The Big Kahuna is great. The cashier handled a confrontation with a customer while I was eating in the dining room tonight. The customer was loud and belligerent, she handled it professionally. The customer kept asking for her name and telling the employee she was rude, I did not get that impression. The customer raised his voice, he was out of line. You did good, girl!! Shake it off #safetyvest

Great place to enjoy a nice sub sandwich. Prices are very reasonable especially with current economy and inflation. The staff is always pleasant, efficient and informative. Located in the shopping mall area closer to target store. They offer professional deals online amd also mailers you recieve in mail. They only have one or two items for vegan and vegetarians. Would be better to increase more options in the future. Nice size sandwiches that are filling. They offer a free sub through app on your birthday. Once a year they offer a non profit day where all proceeds from sales goes 100% to their sponsored non profit. Enjoy!

Being from NewJersey, but living in Texas for 30 years now. When your stores started opening in our region of Texas, we were ecstatic. We’re retired now and it fits in our budget. We order on line and arrange for pick up in an hour. My favorite is the portobello/ Cheesesteak sandwich. We couldn’t find it on the website. Ordered something else. When picking up I asked the associate if it was discontinued. She said “no it’s still available “. Informed her about it missing online. Another associate said they were out of mushrooms, that’s why. Two weeks later. It happened again. What’s up with that? I really like that hot sub.

We went to this location because it is closest to our house. I have always enjoyed JM since my first time in WA state, and I enjoy the sub in a tub since I don't eat bread. This was our first visit since moving to Texas and I was excited because I love living here and the people are amazing. We walked into an empty store and took a minute to look at the menu. I ordered my sub in a tub while my sons found what they wanted, and my husband was disappointed to not see a meatball sub. The three employees were polite, but very quiet and made us feel rather uncomfortable. We won't be back to this location.

Took my whole lunch away starting at others being catered too after my order was placed 30 minutes prior to entering the establishment. The fake "general" manager claimed he owned the store and wouldn't assist me any further (no customer service, no apologies, no fixing, no nothing) just a refund and good luck -> also refused to give me any contact information for anyone above him.. like he owns Jersey Mikes and his first name is Mike I wouldn't order my food at any time you are in a crunch from here especially when you can't even get the right attitude on mistakes Ever since Covid these places have went to the trash... I can make my own sandwich with my own attitudes

Very little meat on sandwich. Huge rip off. Will never eat here again. Try another location. Thank you for your reply. That was my second try and the same store served us. I showed him the Jersey Mike's picture of sandwich #6 -Roast Beef- and requested the same amount of roast beef. He said he would and once again he didn't even come close. The manager isn't ethical and places profit over quality customer service. I hope others read this review and choose another location to do business with.

I placed in order online and arrived after the 20 minutes given for pickup. My order was not ready and they said they would get on it. The workers went through 8 walk in customers that arrived after me, and they still hadn't even started my sandwich yet. There were 7 workers on staff at that time. The service at this store is pathetic at best. I walked out and won't be back. I had also used Jersey Mike points which I will never see again and also tipped the meal. They should have paid me money. Disgraceful!!!

I hate to leave a bad review for my favorite sub spot but, when I go to get my online order and its not done they said their working on it. Fine I get it, place could have been busy before I got there. The part that irritated me was the fact that the crew there was more interested in goofing and chatting the whole time, which wouldn't normally be a problem but in that process they messed up my order almost entirely, only 1 sub was correct. And I sat in the lobby for 10-15 minutes before I'm asked if I'm waiting on an order. I give my name again and that's when they pull my order off a shelf where it had just been sitting for who knows how long.

TLDR - This is yet another Jersey Mike’s location that does not use single use gloves properly and it is unsanitary. I drove from Frisco to a different location because the one in Frisco has yet to learn how to use gloves properly. It started off great as the person who greeted me first properly changed their gloves immediately after making their last order even though I didn’t see them touch anything. It was nice that they still changed their gloves. The next gentleman was helping other customers at the register and had just wrapped another sandwich. However, the register itself is disgusting and full of filth (picture attached). This person continues to finish making my sandwiches which included placing lettuce and all other items on the sandwich, as well as wrapping it up and bagging it while still using the same pair of gloves and touching the same disgusting register that he had been touching for the last five customers that were in line ahead of me and I have no idea if he handled cash before that but it’s extremely possible that he did. Jersey Mike’s has a very bad problem of not directing employees to use single use gloves properly. It should be a standard practice, even for just simple allergy purposes that you change your gloves. This gentleman should have changed their gloves every single time that they had touched that register so once you finish off a sandwich, ring it up, use the register, and the customer takes the sandwich, you should take off those gloves and put on new ones. Why is this so hard to understand? Unless you’re going to replace my order and show your employees how to use gloves properly, please do not bother with the copy paste response that I see from every other location. I do not recommend this location.
