We did order ahead for pickup for a specific time. It was superbowl Sunday and very busy, but we expected that. My son had a lemon pepper chicken sandwich for the first time amd loved it. Fries were great as always. I had lemon pepper bone-in wings. Unfortunately they were very dry. We would go again and hope next time the wings are better.

Wingstop is great for chicken lovers. The wings are flavorful, sauces are tasty, and portions are generous. The restaurant is clean and service is usually quick. A solid spot for takeout or dine-in, though sometimes it can get busy. Overall, a reliable place for delicious wings.

First off, the service here is excellent. Every time I've had food delivered has been consistently great. Unfortunately, my recent pickup experience wasn't the best. The chicken tenders seemed old & tough to bite through, noticeably smaller than usual. It might have just been an off day though so not a biggie.

Got about a 1/3 of a potato in my fries… it really threw me off but also gave me a giggle… when I went to pick up my food they told me 5 minutes but when I got home (about 2 min away) the wings were hardly warm and the fries (and potato) were almost cold… the flavor was still great as usual though!

I don't know if I have outgrown this place or what? But their wings are just not all that, they are small and overcooked and I wasted half of them.. so greasy and oily too. Not good

I grabbed straws with my drinks.. the white lady grabbed them from me and put them back and said there were straws in the bag.. Against my better judgement, I trusted her and went home. There were NO straws in the bag lol she should have just let me take them...

Food was decent but I am leaving a one star review because this is the only restaurant I've been to in my life that has unsweetened tea, but DOES NOT have any kind of sweetener. No Splenda, no sweet and low, no equal, NOTHING! As a diabetic who loves tea, but can't drink tea with sugar, I found this APPALLING and totally ruined my meal.

I have never had a problem at wingstop. Till I visited the one in the colony, shame on you!!! I'll let the pictures do the talking. I didn't ask for naked wings,??? I guess you guys were short. Cause my wind sure were. If I wouldn't have been so hungry after waiting, almost 40 minutes for them to come out on it weekday at 2 PM. I would have sent them back. This is my absolute favorite place to eat... I visit the wine in Lewisville off 121 anywhere from 3 to 4 times a week. I know that's a lot... But I won't be going back to the colony.

I placed an online order for a 10 piece Louisiana rub and hot honey rub, the fries weren’t seasoned and as you can see no seasoning on the wings, I couldn’t tell the difference with the 2 flavors. I called and spoke with a manager who said I can come back and he’ll replace my order. Today I called back to place an order so it could be ready for pickup and spoke with Lupe, who said he was the general manager. He was extremely rude and said he didn’t see my name written down. I explained everything to him and told him I had a pic and he went on telling me he couldn’t do anything about it. I have an online receipt, pics and call log of me calling back. I won’t be going back to this location!

Every time I go to this Wingstop my order is never right. My wings are never sauced right… I get Louisiana rub (fry butter rub) and this is what my wings look like… let not start with the hot honey… more like just honey mo seasoning.

The fry guy should be promoted to customer. Can’t figure out how to fry fries consistently for over a year? Undercooked even though I ask for extra crispy, hardly seasoned. Chickens just fine though. Ya dig?

We ordered the 30 pack bone in pack and we literally thought it was a joke when we opened the box. Original hot and they were so dry. No flavor and almost no sauce at all. No point of getting wings, might as well have ordered chicken strips 🤦🏻‍♀️
