While visiting with relatives in Tijuana we decided to get a check up at the Clinica Nikte. We were seen by Dr. Luis Fernando Medina Chucuan. Dr. Medina provided a very professional service. He was clear and very open about our conditions. He provided excellent advise and ordered some lab tests. Dr. Medina went the extra mile with us and responded to every question we had. Above all, he was very respectful to us. I know there are some other professionals in that clinic and that is the only reason I am giving a 4 star as I didn’t have the chance to meet the other doctors. I highly recommend a visit to this clinic, they will provide you with a thorough exam and service that is not easy to find in the US.

I have no complaints about the medical service. However, patient care definitely needs to improve. They should also update their electronic means, i.e., use WhatsApp and accept card payments. I don't see the need to print the receipt when you make a transfer and bring it to show that you've already paid (they're reluctant to receive it by mail). I totally dislike their appointment scheduling procedure. Let me explain: first, you call to schedule an appointment, and once you have a date, then on the same day of your appointment, you must call at exactly 1:00 p.m. to confirm attendance and receive your appointment number (I don't understand why they don't schedule every half hour; that's approximately how long it takes a patient to be seen). Oh, and you have until 4:30 p.m. to arrive and wait for your turn (you have to guess to get to "x" time when you have appointment number 7 so you don't waste so much time waiting). With so much bureaucracy, they seem like Social Security, but here they charge you $700 pesos for the consultation. 😥 They also offer laboratory services.

The appointment service with the gynecologists is terrible. You have to call and confirm to get your appointment number, but they don't respect you at all until you get angry with both doctors. They answer. It's as if you're on their insurance, as if you were asking them for a favor. They're late, and the receptionist isn't very attentive. She's a bit of a jerk. She has a bad temper and is bad at organizing appointments. She answers reluctantly. !!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Terrible treatment from the afternoon receptionist. Besides the fact that you're supposed to have an appointment and have to arrive early to confirm attendance and wait in the waiting room, they take too long to see you. It's more like the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) than a private clinic.

La atención es muy buena,no quedo inconforme más que con que siempre toman la decisión de un parto por cesárea por lo monetario aun así cuando hay más opciones y que las citas las manejan de una manera muy lenta,desorganizada y te hacen esperar mucho,literal parece el seguro y se supone que estás pagando,te hacen esperar horas para poder atenderte ya que no son citas programadas o seguras,si no como vayas llegando

La recepcionista es super grosera, nada profesional te piden que llames a las 8am y no responden cero puntual

This clinic is terrible. Honestly, I've never had trouble making an appointment before. I had one scheduled for last Thursday, and every time the gynecologist is sick, they rescheduled it for today, Tuesday. They told me I had to call to get an appointment, as if I were a department store or a bank. Now, supposedly, you're already scheduled, so why don't they want to talk? It's like their hands hurt. It wouldn't take them five minutes to say yes, I'll be there today. It wouldn't cost them anything. What a terrible receptionist, and the gynecologist too, because when I called, they were both lazy. I'll never schedule an appointment with them again. Honestly, what a horrible clinic.

Terrible service. From the moment I went to inquire about the appointment, I noticed the receptionist was rude and unenthusiastic. Even so, I decided to schedule an appointment because it was urgent, but to my surprise, when the day of the appointment arrived, I called to confirm the time and was told that the doctor couldn't see me because of a problem. I asked to reschedule the appointment for the following week, and the same thing happened again: "The doctor had another problem and can't see you today either. We can schedule you for another day to see if she can see you then."

Today, while looking for a clinic for my daughters, I came across this one. When I arrived and asked, the receptionist looked at us in a very rude manner and immediately told me the consultation cost 700 pesos, even though I only asked if she had any appointments available for today. I asked again, and she replied that she wouldn't have any appointments until the 28th. SUGGESTION: CHANGE YOUR STAFF!!

The truth is that the treatment at this place is horrible. Dr. Veronica was treating me in December and in a very cruel and unempathetic way, she told me that my baby had lost a heartbeat and told me that she would bring me in to perform a curettage. She saw that I was in crisis and only told me it would be 15,000 pesos. That same day I went to another doctor and my baby was still alive. I would never go back, much less recommend this place.

Terrible service, I asked for a blood test to find out if I was pregnant and they told me they wouldn't give me the result until the next morning. I called to find out the result and they told me to call at two and I called at two and they told me to call at four. I don't recommend the place, honestly.

Good morning. I made an appointment by phone and was assigned one for a month from now. I had to reschedule a few days before, and they put me in for another month. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone for just over 15 minutes, and even though she'd put me at the counter, she completely ignored me. When she hung up, she told me very politely that she couldn't see me because I should have called ahead to confirm (something they didn't tell me when I made the appointment the two previous times). She told me that they had indeed told me that, and that for that day, they wouldn't see me. She told me I could reschedule, whether I wanted to or not. She also reminded me to confirm ahead of time and that they would see us as we confirmed, but it wasn't certain. I hope my experience discourages you from visiting the clinic. Thank you very much.

It's a lot of trouble at the consultations, they charge you well but they treat you for your appointment with if because of social security, you arrive at 3 to confirm the appointment and you spend until 7 and everyone is crowded in the room, because of this contingency... how little... conscience they have... 🤯🤯🤬🤬😱😱😡😡
