I recently had breakfast to go at this place and tried the chilaquiles platter which came with one egg, beans, and potatoes. The chilaquiles were delicious, and I've tried different salsas on separate occasions - the poblano and mole. Both salsas were great, but be aware that they are a bit spicy. The overall food quality was good, and the prices were great. The service was also quick and efficient, which is always appreciated during busy breakfast hours. I really enjoyed my meal here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good breakfast spot. If you're a fan of Mexican breakfast dishes, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Les dije sin crema - me dan con crema. Le pregunte si tenia tenedores la bolsa - no tenia tenedores. Tampoco dan serviettas. Aparte no es mucho “expres” 25 minutos de espera. Pero si tenian buen sabor y la señora muy amable.

I placed my order through Uber Eats, and when I received it, it was the wrong order. They brought me an egg burrito with lettuce instead of the sandwich I had ordered. I called the restaurant directly to report the error, to which they responded that it was because they had the same name. They offered to pick it up and make the change, but it would take a while. It wasn't a good first experience with this restaurant.

I went for the first time on the recommendation of a content creator (badly). My service was takeout and honestly, I was NOT happy with anything. At first, a guy took my order, which I can say is the only redeeming feature there. Later, a girl charged us, which was a bit annoying since my total had been $355 and I paid with $400. She was demanding the $5 pesos or, alternatively, change, to which I got annoyed and replied that if I had it, I would have gladly given it to her, but in my case, I didn't have any change and, well... she didn't seem to like that. Anyway, they had my order in approximately 10-15 minutes, which I consider to be rather quick. Upon receiving my order, I only received a little sour cream and pickled red onion. My chilaquiles were under a bed of melted cheese. For chilaquiles made with masa and cheese, the melted cheese was excessive, when chilaquiles usually have dry or fresh cheese and vegetables, cilantro, or onion. And to top it all off, they were chipotle, so the masa absorbed everything and tasted like nothing. Anyway, don't waste your money on trying to get chilaquiles; there are better ones in the area that are just as expensive, if not better.

First time I visited this place and last time. The girl who greeted and served us was fine; she was kind and helpful, I have no complaints. But things didn't go well for me when the dishes arrived. To begin with, they forgot to put my egg on it (which didn't really bother me much) since they added it almost immediately. But what was truly upsetting was how they started treating the staff. I don't know if it was their boss, their manager, or whoever was in charge of the kitchen team, but there are times and places to reprimand or teach your employees what they should and shouldn't do. Honestly, she made herself look worse by doing that. I found it in very poor taste and even humiliating. She didn't respect the fact that there were customers outside and created an uncomfortable moment for my boyfriend and me. My recommendation to whoever runs this business is that, just as they educate their employees, they should educate their managers. Or, if you're the one reading this who reprimanded your coworkers, remember: EDUCATION BEGINS WITH ONESELF. So I recommend... Doing so, thanks for making us have such an uncomfortable time, we won't be back!

Terrible delivery service at the Cacho branch. The driver must be mentally unstable; he arrived arguing with everyone, swearing at us because we asked him to move from the disabled parking space, and even daring us to call his bosses. It was the same person three times we ordered from there. A terrible experience; we'll never order from them again.

I've been eating at this place for a long time. At first (about two years ago), everything was excellent. A few months ago, I was already disappointed, but now they've delivered the final blow. For about eight months now, the service has been declining significantly, to the point that every time I called, they sent me a different order than what I had ordered, even though they asked me to hang up and send it to them via WhatsApp. It's very difficult to forget an order if you have it written down; it's more a lack of attention! This time, the problem was that the food didn't have a good consistency, and the beans were served cold, not even lukewarm, completely cold! And this time I even chose to pick it up myself because delivery takes forever. Also, when they brought out the new chilaquiles made with masa, the masa was awful. Besides being tasteless, it was very watery, like glue. I wish the owners would pay more attention because it used to be a good place to eat, but now I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

I ordered through Uber and didn't receive my complete order. It's not what the menu says. Plus, there are no cutlery or napkins... I don't know who's taking orders. But it seems they'd rather lose customers than lose bad items. Be careful with that.

Very poor service from the person answering the phone. They've been sending me my order incorrectly several times. And I see I'm not alone. If you care about your image, do something about it with the people who deal with your business because it seems really incompetent to me.

The food was in poor condition, and I ended up sick. If you want to avoid disappointment, discomfort, and wasting your money, I don't recommend this place. Besides the illness and the cost of the food, there's also the cost of the doctor and the medication for vomiting and diarrhea.

We visited the place for the second time, but sadly this will be the last. ​The service at the checkout was disappointing; the interaction with the employee was very curt and distant. However, the worst part was the food. Both my husband and I experienced severe stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting hours after eating. It was the only meal we ate all day, so it's clear something was wrong. ​It's very concerning, and given this negative experience and the serious health problem it caused us, we will not be returning.

The worst service ever don't believe people that make good food and post their service and attitude sucks .... So I don't recommend it 😞 1 hour 30 minutes later they still count find my address when I gave them my location 4 times and we tried telling the driver how to get to my house and nothing he just don't get it

This is the first time something like this has happened to me! I ordered two orders of chilaquiles through the Uber platform. The first problem was that I only received one order, which I reported on the platform. The second problem was that a fingernail was found in the only chilaquiles they sent, which I consider serious. This suggests they don't have adequate hygiene in the kitchen and among their staff. It was a very unpleasant experience.
