Este lugar es una experiencia muy linda, ya que es una antigua hacienda. La comida es buena, y puedes tomar tu desayuno tranquilamente. Esta muy cerca de la zona de hospitales y periférico. Ideal para ir entre semana.

10/10 lugar, comida y atención...nos fue muy bien!!! Capuchino rico, pan de muerto deli (ya inicio temporada) y yo pedí huevos al sartén con jocoque y pan pita muy bien logrados!!! El mesero muy atento siempre!!!

One of my favorite places to eat. I think the dishes are perfectly worth it, not only for the flavor but also for the portion. The service is always great, and they have great deals. I highly recommend the terrace area.

Ubicado en una zona boscosa de Tlalpan, comparte estacionamiento con VIPs. Aunque el restaurante retoma la arquitectura de casa antigua, hace falta una remodelación. Grande por fuera, pequeño por dentro. El servicio excelente, la comida regular.

The cuts were delicious, and the food was generally quite tasty. The mixology section was also quite good. I'm here to update my review and rating. I visited them during the week (Monday) and they gave me a cold burger, and the beer was more diluted than water (I didn't drink it).

Pleasant branch of this famous restaurant chain. Located inside the Patio Tlalpan shopping plaza. Suggestion: play ambient music with less reggaeton and the like and turn the volume down, as this is NOT a club; it's a family restaurant. There are plenty of restaurant playlists with more pleasant music so you can enjoy the food and chat.

El lugar es muy bonito, con mucha historia y muy bien conservado, te traslada a otro espacio y no te sientes en la ciudad, es pet friendly y hasta comedor de animalitos hay, el pero que le pongo fueron los sanitarios de la terraza, estaban demasiado sucios y la comida fue muy poca la porción, pedí un pozole verde y traía 2 granos de maíz, 3 rebanadas de rábano y un poco de lechuga. En esta ocasión no me gusto el servicio del restaurante solo vale la pena el espacio.

I know this restaurant chain usually serves good, delicious food, but at Patio Tlalpan the service was cold, they had no salads, and when I ordered my drink, instead of Sprite, it was Tehuacán. They were distracted and slow, and this time it wasn't the same experience I've had at other locations. Patio Tlalpan simply didn't impress me.

The food was awful. The cocktails were "good." The best thing about it was the service from the staff; their determination to keep their jobs and income despite such a terrible restaurant was remarkable. Would I go back? Maybe for a beer, and only if I'm not careful. The dessert was perhaps the only pleasant thing.

I'm a regular at this Chili's and hadn't had any problems until this last visit. Overall, everything was tasty, but what ruined the experience were the Chicken Crispers they served me. At first, they tasted good, however, as I ate, I got a taste of oil that was somewhere between rancid and burnt, which I can't quite describe. It left a very unpleasant aftertaste. Aside from that, everything was delicious. Just pay attention to those details because it really detracts from the flavor and quality of the chain.

El principal atractivo del lugar es el ambiente. Sin embargo, el servicio y los alimentos no son buenos. El servicio si bien es amable es sumamente desorganizado, lo cual afecta la experiencia del comensal. Para nada lo recomiendo para grupos grandes de personas.

I was truly disappointed with the service. They told us they were out of potatoes and offered us "alternatives" (like mashed potatoes). Seriously, in a place where half the menu includes potatoes? Besides, they took ages to bring us our food and they didn't bring it back completely. We had to ask for the sauce because they forgot it.

Servicio suuuper lento. Casi una hora para que nos trajeran un entrante de fruta. Dios mío, creo que aquí trabajan todos los peores y más lentos empleados expulsados de las otras sucursales. Pero el área de juegos infantiles está bonita.

He visitado Toks Huipulco en múltiples ocasiones y aunque soy cliente de la cadena Toks siempre me encuentro con el mismo dilema específicamente en esta sucursal, el lugar es magnífico, pero la comida nunca está a la altura. El ambiente es muy agradable, el servicio también es impecable pero la comida es de baja calidad de manera constante, el sazón es muy pobre y descuidado, los platos carecen del sabor y la calidad que distinguen a la marca. He comido en otras sucursales deToks y sé que la calidad de los alimentos debería ser superior, espero pronto mejoren en ese aspecto

Muy mala atención de las meseras y meseros. El sabor de la comida necesita mejorar urgente!! Es mejor que en esa sucursal nunca paguen a través de la aplicación de comer club. Les van a hacer cargo doble!! Se necesita mucha capacitación en general en ese Toks.

I've ordered hamburgers twice and gotten sick to my stomach twice. The pain and the expense of medicine and doctor visits are horrible. They use raw materials that are already rotten. I didn't notice any abnormal flavor, so I know they mix what's left with the new ingredients and marinate the meat to hide the rotten taste. Quality control and the manager must know this and must be allowing it. Be careful; they're making people sick to save money.

I ordered delivery and was unpleasantly surprised to find the fries were burnt and, on top of that, already tough. The breading on the chicken strips was outrageous. Unfortunately, it was a delivery, so my problem is now virtual; perhaps they wouldn't dare serve such miserable products in person.

I'm giving this location one star only because I can't rate it with less. Terrible and slow service. I've been waiting half an hour for my order, and the last time I came was the same. We ordered a few dishes and they told us they didn't have any, so we ended up ordering our third choice. It seems like they want you to get bored and leave. They set the air conditioning to super hot to make it even more unpleasant, and when they finally took my order, it felt like I was asking the waiters for a favor. I don't recommend this place! All the diners were canceling their orders because they were tired of waiting. It's better to visit Chili's de Huipulco; the place is nicer and has better customer service.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I had the Buffalo chicken salad and was on the toilet 6 hours later with vomiting and diarrhea. Luckily I was the only one who got sick in our group but 12 hours later, I’m barely recovering. I’m guessing it was the chicken or lettuce. Server was attentive and food came out in a normal time.

The order didn't arrive complete. The soup was less than half a portion, the rib sauce didn't come, the fries were raw, the ribs that arrived weren't even served in the restaurant because they'd send them back, the ice cream was melted... everything was wrong with this place. It's a shame they have no respect for their customers from afar.
