I really like their pizza; it's crispy, and I think the price is fair. However, the service didn't impress me. The cashier was very friendly, but compared to other places like Domino's, it falls short. The area where I went to eat was very dark, but comfortable since there weren't many people around.

Just as it has great promotions like 2 puzzas plus 3 different appetizers for 300 pesos, it has medium pizzas for 259 pesos, yes, there is something for everyone, it is a small place and is usually confused with the KFC that is next to it, that is why it has been necessary for the cashier to ask you which location you are going to, eating there is a bit difficult since being a small place there are only 3 or 4 tables so you can only eat there if there are no more people waiting for it, so take your precautions and if you were planning to eat there, think of a plan B just in case.

Like any other franchise, it's the same as the rest: the food is good (obviously it's Fast Food), the price is the usual, the service is good, and the place is clean. There are a few details like the game in the photo or the tapestry, but nothing more. Well, the children in the tapestry are supposed to represent three different human races, but whatever.

The pizzas are good, they're really good. The problem is the customer service. If they improved this service, the place would be a favorite. Especially since Little Caesar is across the street, and their pizzas are cheap but bad... Many of us prefer to pay a little more for a better product. They've lost their way here. They need to improve. They also tell you your order will be ready in 12-15 minutes... It took 25. A lot of room for improvement.

The food is good. The wait time is excessive. The employees themselves get stressed from so many orders and don't know how to solve them. People come in asking for service, and there's no one to provide information, they just make them wait, and then they're finally told. The service is over!

Terrible service! You ask what promotions they have, and they tell you, "Whatever you see!" I ask about the offer that includes a family-size soda, and they tell me the pizza is only pepperoni. I ask to change the toppings for a certain price, and they say it's not possible, that it's only with that pizza. When I check the promotion, I see that you can change the toppings, and yet they cynically tell me that only the crust can be changed.

Perhaps the specialty we ordered wasn't the best. I'd tried other doughs and ingredients at other locations and liked them. The place is dirty and neglected, and the cashier was only wearing his mask halfway. I wouldn't go back.

Place with no accessibility, they took a long time to prepare the order, cold and poor fries for the price, the melts are decent and the manager doesn't have a plastic or paper bag, bad service.
