Opiniones de Miscusi Torino
I wish I had visited this place sooner during my trip to Torino, but I’m glad I did either way because the food was absolutely top-notch! The sight of someone making fresh pasta in the front of the store reassured me that I was getting the real deal. The starter and pasta were both delicious, and the food was filling but not heavy. The tiramisu I had here was probably the best I’ve ever had in Torino. I highly recommend visiting. The only reason I gave it four stars for service is because of the QR Code ordering system. I much prefer talking to a waiter as it feels more traditional! But other then that, the service was perfect!
The pasta here is genuinely delicious and definitely worth trying. However, I’m not a fan of the QR code ordering system—it takes away from the traditional dining experience. I missed the personal touch of having a waiter or waitress take the order. The restaurant also feels quite loud, both from the music and the overall atmosphere, likely due to the limited space. That said, the food really stands out, and I’d still recommend it if you’re in the mood for great pasta. A return to classic customer service would make the experience even better.
Miscusi is a fantastic spot for delicious Italian pasta. We tried the bruschetta, tricolore sbagliato, tricolore normale, tagliatelle al ragù, pesto... all were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered some wine too which complemented the meal perfectly, and finishing with a coffee. It was around 20€ per person Service is quick and efficient with the convenience of self-pay at the table. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend for a laid-back yet quality dining experience!
Was craving Pasta after a long day of wandering around Turin Turned out to be one of the yummiest pastas there 😍 Venue is nice & the outdoor area is in the piazza Orders are through a QR code , still Service was great & helpful 4 stars coz they don’t serve coke or sprite , We had the « Goloso » pasta (pesto sauce) and was amazing 👌 And the Siciliano pasta (a blend of flavours very nice)
My experience at Miscusi was outstanding. I enjoyed a delicious burrata as an appetizer, followed by an amazing pasta dish with mushrooms. The highlight was the tiramisu, which I rated 9.5 out of 10—the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was warm, and the service was excellent. Overall, it's a must-visit for anyone in Turin looking for a great dining experience.
I do not understand why this café has such a high rating. The food was absolutely tasteless. The pasta was so bad that neither I nor my child could eat it. We waited a long time and chose the place based on reviews and ratings, which were mostly very positive, but in reality it felt like fast food and was very disappointing. We could not eat more than a few bites. I cannot really recommend this place. In Italy, eating pasta like this is honestly quite upsetting.
We chose miscusi | pasta fresca - Torino Carlina because my daughter wanted pasta and it was easy to reserve a table online from where we were in the city. Our first impression was that it might be a tourist trap, as we didn't see any locals dining there, but we were drawn in by the restaurant's interior design, especially the back area. Unfortunately, the front of the restaurant had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting. The staff also seemed busy and not very attentive or friendly, which was unusual compared to our other experiences in Italy. The most positive part of the experience was their self-ordering system. It was very easy to order and pay online, and the menu was clear and simple, with many of our favorite pasta options. The food also came out very quickly. However, the pasta itself was just okay—not the best we've had in Italy. We'd say that miscusi is a good option for a quick, straightforward meal, but it's not the kind of place you would go to for a special dinner or to linger over a long meal.
Nothing was open at 5PM so we stopped by this place recommended by Google map. Ordered pasta and drinks from the barcode. 50 minutes later and the food never came. I grabbed one of the staff to ask about my food. She said kitchen forgot about it, but would rush it. Order the pistachio pasta, pasta itself was very hard to chew underdo al dente. Some stuff were nicer than others.
Highly reviewed so we made the stop. However, pasta didn’t come out for 30 minutes and the other one in 40 so by the time I ate mine it was already cold. Mediocre pasta at best, felt like I was eating cardboard. Pasta was flat, sauce was lacking, and meat non-existent. The bread was good, but wow for 15 euro pasta, you’re better off eating somewhere else. Some of the reviews have to be bought, take this one!
So much disappointment. I was looking for a pasta fresca and lured with good opinions I found the hard way that this is not the place. Even with dried pasta the dishes were very basic and plain, pasta sauce seemed ready made without any additions, no veggies, no herbs. The whole experience seemed like dining in a fast food restaurant. Looks like a tourist trap to me.
