Salads are best item on the menu. Chinese Chicken Salad in particular is unlike anything out there. Incredible all around. Staff is super friendly. Wear a sweatshirt if you plan to dine in. They keep the AC super cold even in cold weather.

I honestly haven't been to any place like Rascals before. Seems like a mix of cousines. The chicken is very good. Their chicken salad is legendary. This last time I tried the chicken gravy plate. Perfect for a meat loving comfort food type guy like me. And it came with a side of their chicken salad which I destroyed in 30 seconds....yum

I really like dining at Rascals. The staff is great. The food is delicious and There is a lead manager there she is so sweet..She gives me a warm greeting and makes me feel welcome every time I visit. I met the owner he was very kind. The only thing is that the dressing that they use on their Chinese salads is so tasty but they want allow you to buy extra salad dressing unless you purchase the entire salad that's the only downside other than that I really enjoy Rascals..

I walked in 15 minutes before closing time without realizing it and felt bad after finding out they close at 8:30 pm. In spite of it being close to closing time, the cashier was friendly and took our order quickly. The food was fresh and delicious and neatly packaged in a to go box. I ordered the chicken curry plate, which was a lot of food for one person. I would recommend sharing if you are a light eater so it doesn't go to waste. The teriyaki chicken was also delicious and the salad perfect. The menu does have different options, such as hamburgers and hotdogs. Overall, my experience was really good.

A local chain with nicely cooked teriyaki. It's got a heavy and semi-sweet sauce, good rice, and a great Chinese chicken salad dressing. Very reasonably priced, quick service, and friendly staff. Good for dining in, catering, or take-out.

This place has solid food. I would stick to the chicken teriyaki and Chinese chicken salad though. The sandwich had too much bread and very little meat. Regardless, the food was good. The service was also good & the environment was alright. It is nothing out of this world, but a solid place for dinner.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - craving some Chili Cheese Fries so stopped by to grab some on top of other food we had. I have fond memories of Rascals growing up in the South Bay area but my previous experiences were only with their teriyaki dishes and the Chinese chicken salads. The fries felt under-cooked so some pieces didn't have the best mouth feel. While the chili was good, it wasn't enough so there were empty fries at the end of the meal. Service: 5/5 - friendly and super quick service even during the end of lunch rush. Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. Value for price: 3/5 - at just under $9 for a large order of chili cheese fries, the pricing is cheaper than other locations. However, for the amount of toppings and the quality of food, it's mediocre. Would stick with the chicken/beef bowls in the future.

Chinese Chicken Salad and their dressing is addictive 😋. If you are dining in, I suggest asking for extra dressing on the side. The deluxe plate is the way to go. Chicken teriyaki is slightly better than the beef teriyaki. Beef is a little tough but still tasty. They give you a lot of rice so I always ask for extra teriyaki sauce. Before Covid, it was serve yourself teriyaki sauce. Now you have to ask the people at the counter. If you get an order to go and have the Chinese Chinese Salad, they usually charge you for extra salad dressing. Which is a bummer 😕. Self-serve fountain drinks if you're dining in. Gets very crowded around lunch time on weekdays. Definitely something to try if you're in the area. Enjoy!

Good teriyaki for the price. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the interior cleanliness of the restaurant. The restaurant generally looked dirty and there were a lot of flies inside.

For the first time I had a bad experience, we brought the children in for a late night meal. Upon ordering a high school student took our order and asked if I wanted chicken and beef combo in curry. I explained I was unaware they made the mix these days and would gladly try that. After that sentence she just kept smirking and told me they were no longer serving curry tonight. Then continued to smurk in an inappropriate manor. After paying she was very loudly chatting with her co worker about the situation and giggling. The bathrooms were a mess. Just not a pleasant experience for a place I have been eating at for over 20 years

Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together

Got a large chicken salad and a combo teriyaki beef and chicken on 11 29,22 at approximately 8:30 PM. It was disgusting.! The chicken was fat and grizzle, and the beef was so tough. It was like leather you couldn’t even chew it. Top it off I get done eating half of my salad and find a freaking bug in my lettuce. I will never eat there again.! Just gross !
