The pizza was very oily and tasted stale , the puff tasted the same and they did not give any tissue or anything need to upgrade the standards honestly

I went to this store which is located at 218-14 Hempstead Ave. and it is very sad to say that the lady who attended me, because I do not know English, did not want to give me the service and told me that I had to buy a quantity of 3 items because she could not sell me just one, to all this I had to call a friend to translate what she was telling me and she still did not want to give me the service, she insisted that she could not sell me a single quantity so I had to go to the website to be able to place the order with door dash and pay to be able to obtain what I wanted, after placing the order I had to go home and wait to get it, in short, this staff is not suitable to work as customer service. Every company needs all the people to be able to keep its doors open and with people like that I do not think that at least I will return to that place.

Why isnt the food sealed when being delivered through uber eats & other delivery services? That’s disgusting. I dont want nobody picking at my sausage in the car. They said they did it during covid but not anymore. This is very unhygienic. Food is good though when being taken out.

In all honesty do not waste your money here. You can spend it on much better things like buying bread, cheese, tomato sauce, and making your own pizza which will always be better than what you can get here. Ordered ahead of time prepaid using app yet still ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. The service and food was awful. Crust is overcooked on one side and under cooked on the other, barely any sauce or cheese. Absolute garbage. I would not feed this to my enemies just awful. There is no atmosphere unless you like unworthy pizza, an uninviting interior and unfriendly staff. I hope corporate headquarters shuts this Little Caesars down or at least it gets replaced with anything else. Buyer beware you will regret eating here. Save your money and spend it on something that is actually appetizing and good but not here! NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely unprofessional, disastrous & worst pizza franchise I have visited. I placed an order online which was paid for and arrived after 20 min. They didn't even start my pizza nor could they search by my order number. When she finally found it, I had to wait an additional 20 min. I ordered 2 "extramostbestus" which is supposed to have more cheese but just got regular cheese pizza that tasted like cardboard. These Bangladeshi store owners need to realize that this is not the homeland as they are used to subpar service and quality. Absolutely will not return!

ordered for the first time cause the prices looked good. delivery was fast, everything was looking up. then i got the pizza, and the first bite revealed undercooked dough. took another bite thinking maybe I was crazy. nope, undercooked all the way through. customer service line never responds or calls back. disgusting experience, but hey, I know better then to ever order from this chain ever again.
