Margarita and bbq slice was good. Kind and hospitable atmosphere
Best pizza in the neighborhood hands down. Good enough to give some popular olaces in Manhattan a run for their money.
Best pizza! Best crust! I literally make subconscious happy sounds with every bite!
Been coming here since 1999. Still the same damn good pizza.
the owner cares about his customers like if they were his own family . Kid friendly
I always enjoy my order everything is fresh out the oven
Good pizza. the owner is very nice.
The lasagna is the best, not to greasy, freshly made, taste is very good!!!!
To me it is really good pizza. Should try the pizza.
Great pizza place! Loved it!
Great pizza special and super cool staff
The cheese pizza is super good especially with onions, alright pricing, garlic knots could be better but overall it was great
A true neighborhood institution. Been eating here since I was a kid. Great food. The staff is friendly. The owner always gives drinks and extras with my orders! Glad they’re still around.
Prima pizza has been my favorite pizza shop in the neighborhood. Best pizza, best garlic knots I ever had! Also owner is knowledgeable about his food and you can tell he wants to take care of his customers. Great place!
Amazing flavor. I ordered a Plain pizza just a Regular Pie you would expect. No! Amazing thin crust. Authientic italian marinara. Addicting. Owner is an amazing guy so much hospitality and warm Vibes from him. Place doesnt look like much on the outside but on the inside From the food to the staff is Just Heart warming
The staff is friendly attentive and professional.. the food is always consistently delicious and the portion size is excellent 🙂
There food is really good it is the best pizza place in my opinion so some people need to try it good Service and a lot of things to get here
Great quality pizza and service.
Excellent pizza! Always hot and fresh. The garlic knots are amazing as well. I live right around the corner so I'm always stopping in for a slice or two.
The inside is your standard take out area but we needed to eat there and I'm so glad we did. The guys there were so nice and the food was amazing. The garlic knots were to die for.
My favorite pizza in the whole world. Mayors come and go. City councilmembers change. Braddock ave gets new roads. But prima is always there. The pizza is always good.
I have been coming here for years since I went to the elementary school across the street ps 33. This place is a staple. Never raised the prices. Took care of a regular customer and one of the few places that have been in the neighborhood for decades.
We’ve been coming here for years and the food is always great! Definitely make a stop!

We had some food delivered. It came quickly, was still hot, and the delivery guy was so friendly. I'm very picky about my pizza! I am most recently from Brooklyn and originally from Manhattan. I was desperately seeking a good pizza joint in Queens. It took a year and a few frogs, but I think I finally found my pizza castle. This will be my go-to pizza spot!
great customer service, friendly staff, nice environment, great food, as a visitor from the south the I approve this place. very good eating.
The baked ziti was cheesy, saucy, and baked to perfection, one of the best I've had without the extremely high price point. The pizza has improved a lot compared to a few years ago. It has a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and super fresh toppings. Both were amazing! Can’t wait to come back.
Excellent pizza, pasta, chicken wings. The quality in all the products are amazing 👏 , kudos for all the team there.
Best food ever ❤️ always been nice and welcoming
Very delicious pizza I ordered a special pizza with Garlic Bread 🥯 and my family liked the taste. The base of the pizza is good. Was served by Hardeep, not sure if it’s the correct name. Will definitely come back for another week family Pizza dinner.
Great price, great food, great service Recommend to anyone looking for good pizza and service and great price
The pizza is very good. Never disappointing. Spaghetti and halal meatballs are the best and always well made. The chicken parm is the best you can get. I recommend this place for sure. Been coming here a long time. My wife loves this food as well. 5stars are well deserved.
Amazing food! The heroes, the wings, the dishes, the custom pan slices and of course the PIZZA itself!!! The quality of the food is out of this world and Prima is a real gem of Queens Village. A diamond in the dirt. I recommend this pizzeria to anyone in need of FOOD! The owner is a real humble and welcoming person that does his best to take care of every one who walks in.
This pizza joint gets 5 stars all day everyday!! Excellent pizza and just a mile down the street from me!!
Love Primas! Everything on the menu is good. Best local pizza around! The owner is always friendly and you can't beat the prices. Husband and I order from here every 2 weeks!
Great quality pizza and service.

Quick stop, good service, good stuff. No problems.
Good quality local pizza establishment.
Good icey
Alright pizza
It is great! I come all the time with my daughter and she eats two slices and drinks a Hawaiian punch lol. The owner is friendly and so is his staff.
The pizzas were good but the guy working there seemed a bit rude. The place looked unwelcoming, dark and dirty.
Delicious local spot, both sauce and bread will have you coming back for another yummy slice.
Good pizza the grandmas are pretty awesome, too bad we can't dine in
It's just like, ok pizza. Nothing to write home about.
Ok in a pinch but not the best pizza in the area. The pizzeria itself doesn't seem clean, at least not well maintained. No AC and the workers were being scolded when I walked in. Not somewhere I would visit again.
Recently moved back to the area. Prima isnt what it used to be. Found out the old owners sold the place. Makes sense.

Order with enough time and still waited 10 minutes, the staff is not attentive, they see you waiting and don't come to see what you need.
Had the oddest experience ordering from this place. I recently moved to the area, and this shop is within walking distance. The Google reviews looked great, so I gave it a try. I called ahead to order, but the man on the phone seemed shocked—he even asked twice if I was sure I was calling Prima Pizza. Strange, but I brushed it off. Fifteen minutes later, I picked up my pie and garlic knots. The pizza was small with a hard crust, and the garlic knots tasted like freezer burn. Overall, not a good experience.
**2024 UPDATE** It appears Prima is under new management and the standards have sadly dropped. What used to be delicious pizza is no longer. Tried to call on a Saturday night to schedule a pickup of a regular pie. I ended up having to walk down to place my order. Was told 10 minutes but ended up having to wait 20. Pizza that was served was hot but crust is thin (Prima had thick delicious crust previously!) and told the man behind the counter the phone was off the hook and was given a rather confused look. This is our last visit of this pizzeria unfortunately. **OLD REVIEW BELOW*** This is our go-to spot. Great pizza, great garlic knots, and always tasty and fresh. We usually have a small wait but it’s okay especially when the food is good. Prices are reasonable and affordable, nothing like getting a pie, 6 knots, and a pinwheel for a total of $25 with drinks. Love having this neighborhood spot!

Cierran muy temprano su cocina 5:30pm y no cocinan muy bien ahora
Guys in this pizzeria my Latino brothers in there give attitude and don’t respect there job always seem like stressed and under pressure ask a simple question and they gotta turn around scratch they heads to give you an answer it’s just pizza but the respect and not only that service here is slow when the main guy ain’t there horrible when the boss ain’t there Also waited one whole hour got the call recorded from when I called to when I was here
He was very rude with bad attitude! He claimed himself Italian who refused to answer the Spanish guy. As a customer I was a bystander & observed his behavior which was very rude to that hungry individual. He needs some dose of politeness with his customers. Arrogant man with bad attitude.
The worst pizza ever. Very dry, little sauce, over cooked, overpriced , and small slices.
Made and order and got a BURNED PIZZA... called to make a complaint and get my money's worth and the man on the phone was completely disrespectful and told me i wasnt going to get my money back and hung up the phone on me several times when i tried to call .
Wet pizza? What trash. Took 3 bites and threw 4 slices in the trash. Owner had a bad attitude and the place looked dirty. Take a hard pass on this.
I order two pies. It wasn’t good.
The service is aweful and the person working there is rude. I called to ask question regarding the website on the map. He refused to answer.
I live 500 feet from this place and been eating here for 12 yrs and the food has progressively gotten worse over the years. I spent a 100 bucks a month at this establishment, that is until today(10-17-23)!! The food made me as sick as a dog within 3 hrs and owner even refused to refund the money. If you value the health of your family do not eat here at all. So much for the customer is always right. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!! You have been warned!!!
Awful. Ordered a supreme pizza for pickup. When I arrived the "cook" gave me a pepperoni and sausage pizza. I returned it and asked for a supreme. He had NO IDEA what goes on it. I said mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives. 10 minutes later he says he's out of mushrooms. Then he says he's out of peppers. Why didn't he say that 10 minutes earlier? I asked for tomatoes then. When he finally finished, I could see the pepperoni and tomatoes weren't cooked and thrown on last. The cashier said the real cook didn't show up for work. Ok. If you don't have ANY cooks, you can't be open. The pizza is terrible and inedible. And my stomach hurts. Merry Xmas to me.
Several weeks ago, I ordered from here. I waited nearly 2 hours for them to come with no avail. I was furious. I called and asked where they were and they informed me my pizza was delivered. I then proceeded with letting them know I have cameras and have been at the window since I placed the order. Silence. I won't give them another chance
This placed used to have excellent pizza but lately it's been the worst...barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza, it just feels like I'm biting onto a crust...
Evidently prima pizza ...is under new management ..I ordered Cesar salad lasagna garlic..I recieved day old spinach with slices of mozzarella bits of croutons..lasagna was watery ..garlic knots were hard and dry ..so it is clear that the new managment does not have a good cook..its nasty ..not authentic Italian cooking
I've never experienced a place that has good pizza but poor service and I don't mean the delivery guy or the cook but the owner. This guy has a big head and doesn't know how to talk to people, very bad attitude.
We had food delivered, the pizza was ice cold and they didn’t even send us the right one. They just made a sloppy ugly pizza and didn’t even offer to send a new one. I don’t recommend them because they didn’t care
It is dirty even their seaming….they make pizza with cheap flour…dry and tasteless ….the pizza looks like it’s been sitting for days …..Nasty ….unfortunately the old owners sold it ….they are missed they knew how to make pizza and pasta dishes ….can’t make even make Caesar salad …never will go back I spoke to manager several times ….seem not to care ….dont go to eat hear …health dept should pay them a visit
Love their garlic knots! however I stopped going there because of the owner! The other guys working there are always nice on the phone or in person. Last time I ordered something there for delivery, I waited for over 1 hour for the delivery, and when I called to inquire about it, the owner was really rude like it was my fault - since then I decided that I'll find garlic knots to love somewhere else!
I called for pick up and ordered the Special combo #4 which is a Large Pie, 8 wings & soda. My wife went inside to get the food as i was waiting in the car with our 2 year old. First, the menu has it priced at $21.99 but when we arrived the owner said it was $25 (false advertisement). Second, the owner was very rude to other costumers and scolded his workers. Third, we waited over an HOUR for our pizza even though he said 20 minutes. And lastly the pizza was a Medium pie NOT large, the wings were cold and soda options was very limited. I felt like we got scammed with our food. Never going back. I would not recommend this place.
I will never order from this place again The alleged owner is rude I waited over an our for my order and I'm literally 2 blocks away. I just don't understand nasty attitudes when you're trying to have a professional business. I wasn't going to tip but the delivery guy was nice. Beware people when your attitude is nasty, everything else will follow. Lastly, I asked for flat wings and he replied, he couldn't do that he had to mix them. The order came and all but one was drumsticks. Smh...
