We had some food delivered. It came quickly, was still hot, and the delivery guy was so friendly. I'm very picky about my pizza! I am most recently from Brooklyn and originally from Manhattan. I was desperately seeking a good pizza joint in Queens. It took a year and a few frogs, but I think I finally found my pizza castle. This will be my go-to pizza spot!

The baked ziti was cheesy, saucy, and baked to perfection, one of the best I've had without the extremely high price point. The pizza has improved a lot compared to a few years ago. It has a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and super fresh toppings. Both were amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

Very delicious pizza I ordered a special pizza with Garlic Bread 🥯 and my family liked the taste. The base of the pizza is good. Was served by Hardeep, not sure if it’s the correct name. Will definitely come back for another week family Pizza dinner.

The pizza is very good. Never disappointing. Spaghetti and halal meatballs are the best and always well made. The chicken parm is the best you can get. I recommend this place for sure. Been coming here a long time. My wife loves this food as well. 5stars are well deserved.

Amazing food! The heroes, the wings, the dishes, the custom pan slices and of course the PIZZA itself!!! The quality of the food is out of this world and Prima is a real gem of Queens Village. A diamond in the dirt. I recommend this pizzeria to anyone in need of FOOD! The owner is a real humble and welcoming person that does his best to take care of every one who walks in.

Recently moved back to the area. Prima isnt what it used to be. Found out the old owners sold the place. Makes sense.

Had the oddest experience ordering from this place. I recently moved to the area, and this shop is within walking distance. The Google reviews looked great, so I gave it a try. I called ahead to order, but the man on the phone seemed shocked—he even asked twice if I was sure I was calling Prima Pizza. Strange, but I brushed it off. Fifteen minutes later, I picked up my pie and garlic knots. The pizza was small with a hard crust, and the garlic knots tasted like freezer burn. Overall, not a good experience.

**2024 UPDATE** It appears Prima is under new management and the standards have sadly dropped. What used to be delicious pizza is no longer. Tried to call on a Saturday night to schedule a pickup of a regular pie. I ended up having to walk down to place my order. Was told 10 minutes but ended up having to wait 20. Pizza that was served was hot but crust is thin (Prima had thick delicious crust previously!) and told the man behind the counter the phone was off the hook and was given a rather confused look. This is our last visit of this pizzeria unfortunately. **OLD REVIEW BELOW*** This is our go-to spot. Great pizza, great garlic knots, and always tasty and fresh. We usually have a small wait but it’s okay especially when the food is good. Prices are reasonable and affordable, nothing like getting a pie, 6 knots, and a pinwheel for a total of $25 with drinks. Love having this neighborhood spot!

We had food delivered, the pizza was ice cold and they didn’t even send us the right one. They just made a sloppy ugly pizza and didn’t even offer to send a new one. I don’t recommend them because they didn’t care

It is dirty even their seaming….they make pizza with cheap flour…dry and tasteless ….the pizza looks like it’s been sitting for days …..Nasty ….unfortunately the old owners sold it ….they are missed they knew how to make pizza and pasta dishes ….can’t make even make Caesar salad …never will go back I spoke to manager several times ….seem not to care ….dont go to eat hear …health dept should pay them a visit

Love their garlic knots! however I stopped going there because of the owner! The other guys working there are always nice on the phone or in person. Last time I ordered something there for delivery, I waited for over 1 hour for the delivery, and when I called to inquire about it, the owner was really rude like it was my fault - since then I decided that I'll find garlic knots to love somewhere else!

I called for pick up and ordered the Special combo #4 which is a Large Pie, 8 wings & soda. My wife went inside to get the food as i was waiting in the car with our 2 year old. First, the menu has it priced at $21.99 but when we arrived the owner said it was $25 (false advertisement). Second, the owner was very rude to other costumers and scolded his workers. Third, we waited over an HOUR for our pizza even though he said 20 minutes. And lastly the pizza was a Medium pie NOT large, the wings were cold and soda options was very limited. I felt like we got scammed with our food. Never going back. I would not recommend this place.

I will never order from this place again The alleged owner is rude I waited over an our for my order and I'm literally 2 blocks away. I just don't understand nasty attitudes when you're trying to have a professional business. I wasn't going to tip but the delivery guy was nice. Beware people when your attitude is nasty, everything else will follow. Lastly, I asked for flat wings and he replied, he couldn't do that he had to mix them. The order came and all but one was drumsticks. Smh...
