Horrible place, only the location is a saving grace. The food is truly borderline edible (some things aren't even edible). Insane prices: €23 for an aperitif with one drink (a Coke), very little food, and, as mentioned, poor quality. Never go there.

The service was stressful from start to finish: we were never given time to relax or talk to each other, as the staff was constantly coming to the table, talking and arguing even from a short distance away. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The worst moment was when the manager asked us to vacate the table because we hadn't chosen the aperitif menu, but only sweeter drinks, claiming that "the table has a price." No such rule had been communicated in advance. The staff appeared nervous and unprofessional, conveying tension rather than hospitality. The lack of organization and respect for the customer completely ruined the evening. An experience I don't recommend. No welcome, no manners, and a total lack of respect. The worst service I've ever received.

A location with great potential, beautiful spaces, the only positive note of the evening. Unfortunately, my experience was truly disappointing. The owner (new management) was unfriendly from the start, with a cold and unwelcoming attitude. €34 for an aperitif where we ate little to nothing. I won't be returning and I don't recommend it.

If you use TheFork, stop for a moment and read carefully. This is what happened to me on November 21st at this restaurant, and it can happen to anyone. The problem isn't the discount, but the reservation being canceled without the customer's knowledge. That day, from 8:00 PM to midnight, all TheFork reservations had a 50% discount. There was no time slot without a discount. Anyone can verify this, even in their public stories. I arrive, eat, and then they tell me I don't have the 50% discount. This is impossible, because the app only showed discounted options. To be safe, I open the app on another phone and make a second reservation. The 50% discount was also active there. Despite this, they didn't accept it. And here comes the worst part. I discovered that my reservation had been marked as a no-show. But this isn't true. I was seated in the restaurant ten minutes before my reservation time. It's hard to accept someone telling you you "didn't show up" when you're actually there early. I'm writing this to warn others. Those who use TheFork here need to be very careful. Don't let your reservation be canceled or marked as a no-show without reason, because you risk paying for everything even when the discount is guaranteed. A very negative experience.

We visited this restaurant for a birthday party. The value was good, especially considering the DJ was present during the dinner. The children's menu, offered at €18, included a first course and a second course with cutlet and chips. We asked for the child's pasta dish to be served as soon as possible, but it arrived after an hour. The second course, however, was never served, and after another hour's wait, we asked for it to be cancelled. When it came time to get the bill, we pointed out that the child had only received the pasta dish; the lady at the register checked in the kitchen and confirmed that the cutlet had indeed never been served. Despite this, she still charged us €18 plus cover charge! Other guests at the table also experienced similar issues.
