This pizza shop is in my top 5! their food is amazing.everytime I order my food is perfect.employees are very polite and respectful.the prices are fair do to all the raising prices.

Liberty is our go to pizza spot. Their pizza isn't greasy like most of the other local pizza places. We usually pick up a 24 cut and it's always done quickly and the folks at the shop are always friendly when we pick it up. They have other food options as well. I totally recommend Liberty.

Really good food!! I got a chicken gyro and it was delicious. Im also a huge fan of the popcorn chicken and curly fries. And obviously the pizza is amazing. Also really good service, would definitely recommend!!!

Very delicious food. Wide variety of food besides pizza. They specialize in all sorts of food besides pizza. Check their website out and scroll through the menu as they provide economical prices. My favorite breakfast meal is the sausage egg and cheese sandwich.

Delicious!!! I ordered a large veggie pizza. My brother, visiting from out of town, LOVED it, too. The crust was perfectly cooked and I appreciated that the veggies were not laden with oil or salt. We enjoyed the fresh flavors. Liberty Pizza did a great job! Thank you.

I order from them once a week and have never had a bad experience, but I pick up my food. They are busy so delivery takes a while. They know I teach and always ask about my students. The cooks are so kind, always calling out, Thank you and how are you? The phone operators are always pleasant and I love their food!!! My family does too. Good portion for a great price!!!👍

This is our third time ordering from Liberty Pizza and every single time has been hot, fresh, delicious, and different combinations of pizza you don't find elsewhere! I am picky with garlic knots, because some places burn them, others don't cook them all the way through but I haven't had a bad batch yet- in fact I've eaten almost all of them! Definitely give them a try!

I order out from Liberty sometimes 4 times a week for the last 5 years. I have actually never even visited the business, because they have such awesome door to door service. Girls on phones are always polite, and guys delivering food are always quick and nice to deal with. All around good place. I don't think I will ever order from anywhere else ever again!!

Pizza: 5/5, crust reminds me of Pizza Hut pizza when I was a kid. Garlic Bread w/Cheese: 3/5, $4 for a pretty large one, think that if they used more garlic butter it'd be a lot better. But for $4 I got what I paid for. Boneless Wings: 10/5, great sauce and cooked perfectly.

You can’t beat the prices here. Service is outstanding. The delivery drivers will treat you like a brother from another mother. The cooks always peek out of the kitchen to say hello to customers and the people taking orders are very helpful and respectful.

I'm a fill in mail carrier in Troy and I was recently put on a route with not many options when it comes to lunch (which I rarely pack since I work crazy hours) liberty pizza was one of two options and after getting food poisoning from the first option I decided to try liberty out even though it was a little farther from my route but still within the range I'm allowed to go. So far, I've had maybe 5-6 different things from here and they've all been good and most importantly didn't make me feel sick!!! The service is fast and they're nice, I've enjoyed everything I've had so far :)

My friends and family have been eating pizza, calzones, BBQ and Buffalo boneless wings for a few years and patronize them primarily for the food, but because they will deliver to almost all points in Troy, most other establishments don't. Not designed for eating in, but for delivery, orders arrive at or close to the projected time.

Pizza is usually pretty good but the other items I've had are questionable. Example- the chicken wings I ordered were severely over cooked and poorly seasoned. Could have also been old based on the texture of the chicken. Next time I went with a Philly which was sadly delivered unseasoned. Like not even salt or pepper. I understand being a pizza shop but perhaps make sure your other items are in oar as well

I thoroughly enjoy their food, but one of the women that answers the phone I find rude. She's obviously busy, and I understand that, but she makes me ( and my boyfriend) feel like we are being an inconvenience by asking questions. As a paying customer we should not be made to feel like we can't ask questions, or like we need to hurry up. She just makes us feel uncomfortable.

Not to many complaints.. I like to watch them cook because alot of people claim they don't wash their hands but I haven't had a issue with them at all.. pizza was kinda dry this night but the wings were perfect

Pick up a Pizza from Libertys pizza today the pizza was very good.. But the wings were not good they were not fresh at all.they taste like 3day old meat it was so hard could not eat it.

Not the worst i had but i paid 9 dollars for a steak quesadilla and got a steakum quesadilla that was dripping in grease luke warm and falling apart might order again but never another quesdilla. The fries were good though i could only stomach half of my greaseadilla

Not at all happy with my order. Paid extra for toppings that never made it to the pie. Very disappointed. This is worse than the cheese dog fiasco I had to deal with last time I ordered. The chicken on the pizza is rubbery and dry. Zero flavor on the pizza as a whole. Here’s a hint. Salt and pepper in the Alfredo sauce would go a very long way.

Price online for a Alfredo dinner is $12.99 I got charged almost $20 for a small dish with 2 pieces of broccoli, been a customer for over 13 years and this is shocking....... And $6 for 2 slices of cheese pizza, what is going on here......

I recently ordered a large pizza with two toppings, pizza was great excellent sauce but hardly any toppings! Was very disappointed!

Got my food to here I should tip more to find out my not all my food is there to waiting another 30 mins to the driver tell me how hard it is to drive 5 miles when I spent over 50$and tip the level of disrespect never again

I call to order the food for the 1st time and was scared to order because the person that answered the phone sound like she might do something to the food because I ordered I never thought it a problem to ask what all on your order if you mad at your coworkers maybe you should go home don’t take it out on the person that buying your food

Wowww, what just happened to us just blew my mind and mind you this place was one of our favorite hands down..We ordered two calzones and unfortunately one was still cold inside with the mozzarella not even melted thru.. I called and said hey one is awesome but the other one it’s not cooked thru, the gentleman said no problem we will send a new one (neither one was touched just was cutting to be served) Then the cook called us and said that’s impossible and everyone loves his pizza so we’re liars wowww and we waited for them to re-open for this.. never had this ever happened that was embarrassing and in front of company 😡😡😡

I wish i could add a picture of my pizza! I have been going to libertys on and off for years if your foods cold or burnt or your sodas are shaken this is common with them and they dont fix orders in any way ive been a customer for yearsss and they cant replace my cold hard burnt pizza. WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!

I live in a secure apartment building. Liberty Pizza left a bunch of menus in our foyer. Naturally I took one and started to research. WOW!!! There is no way I'm going order from here.

I ordered mild wings, and a couple other things, they messed up the orders I called and the guy started fighting with me. They lost a customer 🤞🤷🏻‍♀️ I ended up getting hot wings.. they forgot a couple things and just pretty much said we’ll screw them

I got a calzone and a can of soda I was told the total came to 11.79 I gave the lady a 50 and she gave me 31.74 back and when I told her it should have been 38.21 she said well I just did what the computer said and didn't even try and fix it I'm never coming back her again 18 something for a calzone and a soda is ridiculous

My friend order a grill chicken wrap onions and ranch only. She made sure they understood that it was only onions and ranch. There is a lot more then onions and ranch on it. They wont replace the food unless come back the same night. Worst service ever.

The reviews here are terrible and rightfully so. Your food is trash. They must be writing thier own reviews because the pizza is dry and rhe sauce tastes like ketchup and the wings are not seasoned well at all. The wings taste like no seasoning just thrown in cheap hot sauce. Only place worse is Rustys in Watervliet. I dont know how this garbage stays open.

Everytime I order here it's been a bad experience for the past year. Used to order here all the time but have only ordered maybe 3 times in the past year for pizza and wings. First I got raw chciken wings. Then the past couple times I asked for extra cheese and have gotten barely any cheese to where I am seeing sauce and bread on a majority of the pizza. I have paid 3.50 per topping and then I called to tell them and the owner says next time you order and say extra cheese I wont charge the 3.50 for the extra cheese. Pizza is over cooked past couple times. Will not be ordering from here againe. I'll pay the extra for Jimmy pizza from now on.

I don't even want to give 1 star but there's no option for 0 stars. Gave my order and also ordered buffalo chicken fries what I got was buffalo chicken pizza called to explain and she kept telling me that's what I ordered... Horrible place to get food. They got my order wrong, would not send the correct pizza even though it was there mistake. Argued with me on the phone for ten minutes telling me I was lying. Also, the soda we ordered was shook up and completely made a mess. We had several people listening to the order being placed, the restaurant screwed up and did not make it right. This place should be taken down.

I ordered pasta and it has a funny vinegar taste chicken in the pasta is just soggy chicken tenders , wasn’t expecting such poor quality. Also there was a little red sauce that got on the noodles but it was a garlic sauce I had ordered with chicken and broccoli dinner..

I was told an hour for delivery. Food arrived an hour and 35 minutes. As expected the food was cold. The veal parm looked not hing like a veal parm and the taste was terrible. I actually threw it away. When I called to let them know it was an hour and 35 minutes, woman said, well I said hour or so. Thats a big difference in delivery time. My food was in delivery for 35 minutes.

Last night I ordered delivery. My 1st complaint would have to be the women answering the phone. She was so miserable and short she actually made me so anxious that when the food was taking so long I made my boyfriend call back because I didn't want to talk to that woman again. 2nd complaint would be that the delivery for 2 sandwiches and mozzarella sticks took an hour and a half to arrive and was not edible. Third the delivery guy was expecting us to come outside to meet him. Point of delivery would be to bring it to the door. Extremely disappointed and will not be giving Liberty Pizza my business again.

I would think twice before ordering from this place. The customer service is terrible. When asked for a refund for a order they messed up on they just out right said NO. I kindly explained to the manager that the person on the phone said I could order the pizza the way I did. I usually order from here frequently not anymore. There loss!!!

Recently ordered food from here asked for it to be crispy well done, none of my food was cooked all the way blue cheese was watery and they blamed it on the delivery ride. Asked for a refund was told they couldn’t do that I have 3 kids I jus ordered food for which I not can’t feed because the food wasn’t cooked explained this to the manage and was told not to order here again I jus wanted my refund and they won’t give it too me and blocked my number that is bad customer service I been goin here for 10 + years they deff jus lost a customer

5 stars if you enjoy food poisoning. I thought it was just their chicken but after 3 cases of sickness it’s all their food. Cheese, chicken and Probaly the shop itself will make you sick.

Horrible! Horrible! Don’t order from these thieves. This place has terrible customer service. I ordered 4 slices with wings and a soda. I was quoted a lower price to pay cash, and a higher price paying with a card. I paid with cash. When my food came, I only got 2 slices, not 4, and I was not charged the price I was given by phone. When I called to ask for my food and ask about the price difference, not only was the man extremely rude, confrontational and unprofessional, his solution was for me to either buy more food, or send my food delivered back with the driver. I wouldn’t ever order again from here and I also would never recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered disco fries with extra shredded cheese and mozzarella cheese. When I went to eat the food the mozzarella sticks were empty no cheese inside and the fries were covered in chunky nacho cheese sauce. I called to get corrected order but the girl Lydia who answered the phone said not their problem because they buy the mozzarella sticks frozen somewhere else and they have no shredded cheese. I requested to speak with the manager but she said they cans deal with this now and call back and hung up.

Never ordering from liberties again.... I haven't ordered in a while because I was constantly having mess ups on my orders and not simple ones but lazy ones like for example I just called and ordered buffalo chicken cheese fries and I thought hey that's great first time I got my food in less than 20 mins but then I go to eat it and once again they literally put all the toppings on top of old fries the fries are cold and so is the cheese only thing hot about the food is the Buffalo sauce smh

We canceled our order over the phone after waiting 2 hours. 15 minutes later it promptly arrived. I told the driver we canceled it and refused the food and he left with the food. Then they went ahead and charged us with our card on record for the order that we canceled. Avoid this business.

Four hours ago the sent me an uneatable large pizza pooling in oil. They said they would replace my pizza or give me store credit. The delivery guy took my $20.00 in the form of two ten dollar bills. They told me that I would have to wait two more hours for my pizza to be replaced. In 6 hours they said they would return my pizza. Im sitting here STILL WAITING! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.

First off make what the customer orders and not throw more stuff on their wrap when it wasnts asked for . They wouldn't refunded half of the money back from their messed up . Food was cold and the driver didn't know where to go but it says on the slip! Best bet is go redfront they are awesome people with great food and not cold food!

Called to complain and the guy said there was no manager present at that time after having to call back a second time because he hung up on my boyfriend. Will never order from there again. My niece order pizza from Them yesterday. The cheese on the pizza was moldy and there was a hair on the garlic knot. When she called to tell them the issue they did nothing to resolve it. The health depart can inspect them and then they can wake up to there unsanitary work ethics. Plus the person who answered the phone did nothing for customer satisfaction. What kind of shady food establishment are they running. If I called up Jimmy’s pizza in Troy they would of apologized and made me a fresh pizza. Next time I will trust the poor reviews I see in google.

Order from this restaurant every week sometimes 2x a week tonight there was a hair in my chicken wings the owner or whoever argued with me and said he don't know but maybe it was our hair it was wrapped in the chicken wing not our hair happy new year they lost a customer spending at least $70 each time I'm disgusted and so angry I would not lie and always tip well and not the 1st time something has happened last time was burnt pasta they were plain out rude

The tater tots were greasy and undercooked, and when I called about it, the owner refused to replace them and argued with me instead. Very poor customer service for such a long-time customer.
