Nice lunch menu, beautiful views of the mountains, we always enjoy sitting outside. We were disappointed to see that they're building homes along the golf course though.

What a great view. Tasty food and great service. I love my ice tea and it was fresh and delivered as my glass was empty. We enjoyed lunch outside. Soup was great. I had the salmon burger with garlic fries. Going back again soon. Use open table to get your reservation.

Had delicious salad and scallops (hubby loved his filet mignon). Everything was cooked to perfection - timing was also perfect. Very relaxing, enjoyable evening. Outstanding wait staff! Looking forward to next dinner at The Preserve.

The most romantic dining room in all of Tucson. The Preserve is in Saddlebrooke. We shared prime rib, baked potato and warm spinach salad. Im not a meat eater but made an exception - the Prime melts in your mouth. Extensive wine list. I suggest the Troublemaker if you enjoy red blends. 48$ btl. Worth it. The views can't be better anywhere. It's better than Mountain view in SB1 and The Views. It's intimate with nice music over speakers. The bar is even lovelier.

My favorite for lunch. Good food warm service and a great view. I’m a regular and like the Cobb Salad, sandwiches, fish and chips and particularly the clam chowder. The view is spectacular.

Love this place where we had dinner several weeks ago with friends. The prices were unbelievably low the food was unbelievably delicious and we were just thrilled to be there and wish we could have stayed longer and eating there more often. Highly recommended if you're in the area don't miss it.

The Preserve Restaurant is the best at Saddlebrooke. We eat here 2 to 3 times a week. Chef Peter is a star chef and cares about what his kitchen turns out and has made the Preserve a fine place to go for lunch or dinner.

Jaw dropping views of the mountains and the dining room wraps around the view, we were with friends who had purchased a home at the Preserve. I had the grilled brie and fig sandwich and it was superb!

Food and drink were excellent. Not enough staff to handle crowd. Wish they could give bar better mountain views, the decor meant to divide bar from dining hides view.

Go for the view and make your reservation for seating by the window. Expensive. Food quality varies from good to "take it back". Quick update 2 years later: we often have cocktails and order from the bar menu. Excellent quality and service. Had dinner recemtlt and it was pretty good.

Chef Alex has done a wonderful job revising the menu. His Nicole’s salad and spaghetti a limone are both fantastic. We go often and have not had a bad meal in a very long time

Lovely views and cozy atmosphere, but not a place for foodies. Rolls taste like mass produced frozen. I had the prime rib and it was okay. It came with a meager 3 asparagus spears and a very basic baked potato. I could have done much better at home. The vegetarian plate is probably the best thing on the menu, colorful, flavorful, and even vegan, but still for the price of the food it could be way better.

Went for lunch as dinner is too pricey and everything is Ala carte.

Wednesday nights are Fried Chicken nights at the Preserve in SaddleBrooke. My husband and I treated my sister and her husband to the meal. Three out of the four found the meal lacking. We all liked that the chicken pieces were small in size instead of jumbo sized like from the grocery store. The meat was moist and the skin very crispy. Where the chef went wrong was adding so much sugar to the batter that that was all we could taste. It was very disappointing. The mashed potatoes had a good consistency but the gravy was barely warm and somewhat congealed and had little flavor. Green beans are one of my favorite vegetables and I was delighted that they were the vegetable that night. However, even though the cook on them was good, they had a strange bite to them like they were coated in something waxy. When spending nearly $28.00 for a simple fried chicken plate, high quality is expected. We ended our meal with chocolate cake and Gelato. Dessert was enjoyed by all. As always the atmosphere at the Preserve is lovely and enjoyable. Our server did a great job and was very pleasant.

Went to The Preserve for Date Night last night and it didn't go well. They were very busy and had only one server working the main dining room. It took about twenty minutes to get a drink order and we still hadn't been able to order food after forty-five minutes. We finished our drinks, paid at bar and left. It's a beautiful room and the seafood special looked wonderful as it was being served nearby. We'll give them another chance as it seemed like they were just having a bad night. (BTW: We left The Preserve, going instead to the Mountain View Bar and Grill and had a wonderful meal!)

When you include "Fine Dining" throughout your website and prices for an entree compare to those in a major US city, you expect delicious food. You'd be wrong. After a 30 min+ wait to receive our dinners when the restaurant was mostly empty, the sides on everyone's meals were not fully cooked. Roasted carrots and potatoes are pretty simple foods that can be done deliciously and from scratch in 30 minutes, it's disrespectful to customers to serve them raw. The server noted that it is a consistent issue and provided 5% off the cost of the entrees featuring those sides which is $2.20 off of $44. The fish was not worth $40... I think this restaurant is doing a disservice to its guests just because most of its guests are residents of the community.

Asked for gluten free bun for burger which they said they had. 1st, burger came out with a regular bun, so I sent back. Then it came out on to slices of gluten free bread. I wasn't asked 1st. No apology. I said, "check please". Won't be back.

The service and atmospere are great. The food? Enthusiasm nosedives here. I ordered rack of lamb. I got four pieces that amounted to a bite of meat each. That's s very small portion for the price (spendy). Now, I like my lamb to taste like lamb. This lamb literally had no discernable taste at all. So, overall, an underwhelming experience.

Came in at 2pm the host refused to seat my family. So it was kinda racist? Beware and call ahead to make sure you are welcome here.

Worst meal I’ve ever had. Pasta was way over cooked. Sauce tasted like cheep jar sauce or worse. Sausage was tasteless and gritty. I got an apology from the waitress, but no compensation for a bad meal.
