It's a scam; they ask for an advance payment and never show up. Scammers.
They gave me a quote, but they were asking me to transfer my money. Even though they told me via text that I could pay once the tow truck was here. No one would pay in advance! Because no one guarantees they'll come. Minutes later, they responded that they were already busy. BAD SERVICE
I would give it 0 stars but I don't know, they told me they would arrive in 1 hour, 3 hours passed and I kept calling and calling for follow-up, they are the worst, I wouldn't request them if it weren't for my insurance sending them to me.
Very bad service, terrible from the person who opened the saguan. I was there for an hour and I didn't come out to receive the insurance sheet.
Terrible service, full of irregularities. This company doesn't operate according to the guidelines. They charged me 4100 for one day and refused to give me a receipt or accept my card.
They're thieves. For 45 days at $50.00, it's fine. But because of the towing and the delay in the officers... Total $6,300.00 excluding VAT. Perhaps the abuse was the manager's.
