Absolutely incredible service by their manager, Aaron! I unfortunately had an uber eats order get messed up and he not only fixed it but he personally delivered it to my house for my kids since I was out of town! As someone who’s been in customer service and the restaurant industry for 20+ years…THAT is top notch customer service!! Thank you so much Aaron!

Amazing. It's my first time and the food was excellent, the service of the cashier is extraordinary. She have a lot of energy, give options of orders, help you on anything and is kindly. The fingers was cook perfect, hot and wait just only 3 minutes.

Pretty good but when you order online they don’t get you all your items. I ordered catering and they didn’t even add the famous sauce… that’s the whole point of canes

This location should stop charging for extra cane's sauce. On at least 3 occasions I asked for 1 extra sauce, got charged for it, but didn't receive it. Fortunately, 45 cents isn't a big deal, but I can't be the only person this has happened to.

Yooo what happen to this place they first open healthy full portions BIG strips awesome sauce just got home haven’t been in about 4 months little baby strips more like dove strips than chicken, an infants portion of fries and the bread is only half toasted honestly I could send this with my 8 year old for lunch and she’d still be hungry and on top of that now everyone loves their chicken raise the prices lmao last stop at canes for me

Disappointed in my 3 finger combo, more like a 1 finger combo. Last time coming here, meals just seem to be getting smaller and smaller

This people don’t know how to give a good customer service, I came to buy an order of chicken and when I got home this person didn’t put any ketchup and cane sauce in my 15 peace’s of tailgate chicken. I had to drive back because my girls won’t eat the chicken dry with no cane sauce and ketchup. To the owner please talk to your employees it is not nice to drive back just because your employees don’t do there job right. 😡😡😡😡
