La temática va muy acorde al deporte, se siente un buen ambiente, es muy cómodo e ideal para una reunión ya sea con familia o amigos

Si quieres ver un partido de la Liga MX, puedes ir al Boston’s. Estábamos de vacaciones y coincidió que jugaba nuestro equipo; casi no hay bares donde transmitan los partidos, pero el gerente, muy amable, nos puso el juego de Tigres 🐅. Excelente atención 👏

AtlasAdventured recommends eating here and watching sports. During our time living in Tulum we came here a few times and never had a bad experience. Some food was great while other items wete decent but never awful. If youre looking for a place to watch sports, this is the spot. Glad they had american football coverage to watch the games. They also have most other major sports coverage shown on TV. Kids playground is a great addition to keep them entertained while parents watch sports or socialize. Servers were always nice. Did get our order wrong a couple of times and then had to do a back and forth with receipt fixing the item but they were apologetic and eventuallybgot it fixed. This place definitely has a familiar feel about it if your from Canada or the U.S.A. Pizzas were good. Not Italy good but good for a chain restaurant. The mini taster trio of pizzas is probably the only thing i wouldn't recommend. We got this to sample a few of the specialty pizzas that sounded good so we would no which to order next time but they were so small that it was hard put a decent amount of the ingredients on it to get the full taste profile of the pizza. Pepperoni specialty pizza with multiple types of pepperoni was our favorite. Our daughter loved the chicken Alfredo pasta. Pepperoni feta thin crust was good too but not very filling so probably good for 1 person. Drink specials vary by day. Overall a good spot to visit, watch sports and bring your family.

If you are in tulum this is the affordable place with decent prices. Comparetively the chepest food place with ah good ambience. Better than lot of places located on Hotels lane.

The food was tasty. Large portions. A great spot to watch sports/F1 or eat with your family. Both areas are separate from one another. There is parking spots out front. The entrance alsohas a wheelchair accessible ramp.

Best pizza in Tulum and sounds like it's starting to disrupt the businesses who have been resting on their pizza laurels and they might have to start adding more toppings onto their mediocre pizzas! Service was great, mama meata pizza and potato skins were awesome. Price may be more than some want to pay for quality, but you can always go somewhere else for cheap tasteless food, which Tulum has plenty of! Also...... it's a Canadian chain ....not American. Another reason it's so good..... cause Canucks know what pizza should be like!

I was VERY impressed with this restaurant. Very big selection of different foods. I went with a few friends and we all tried diffent meals and I personally tasted everything and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was really good and tasty. And prices were reasonable for American standards, a little high for Mexico but still reasonable. We tried the pizza which was pretty decent, chicken Parm was great, bacon cheese burger was very good, chicken wings were excellent, Cesar salad was good, etc . Everything was overall very good and reminded me of being back in the states.

La pizza está buena, sabe rica pero no es de las mejores que he probado. 8 de 10. Por el precio, me dejan mucho que desear. Se lleva en 10 en cuanto a combinaciones.

Les comento del área de bar, exclente ambiente para ir a cenar, si prefieren algo mas tranquilo y familiar elijan el área de restaurante.

Nada fuera de lo común, tardaron en tomarnos nuestro pedido (había poca gente, 3 mesas y nosotros 4) después de mucho tiempo se acercó un mesero a tomarnos el pedido para pedir bebidas....en fin. La comida no es nada WOW, yo pedí una pasta Alfredo con camarones y solo tenía 6 camarones super pequeños, tuve que pedir una orden extra para poder disfrutar mi comida, al momento de pedir la cuenta nuevamente tardaron muchísimo... En fin, no volvería, no me dieron ganas de volver.

We stopped by for lunch. We didn’t expect much, so we weren’t disappointed. The pizza was quite tasty, I would rate it 3.5/5, and the chicken wings were 3/5. The staff was very polite and friendly. The loud music in the empty restaurant was a bit annoying, though.

We have come here quite a few times over the past few months. The food is always good but the service is consistently slow, even when they’re not busy. It takes awhile to get drinks and we are always having to wait for our check. It’s hard to get in and out. We like the bar side but wish the music weren’t blasting.

We went there to grab a quick bite…staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered a burger, 1/2 order of pasta, a cauliflower buffalo app (sauce in the side) a water and 2 limeades. The app was my wife’s meal, she only ate 1 as the batter was not cooked in the middle. She didn’t want to send it back. We told the waitress that she “didn’t like it” manager came over to ask (which we thought it was great) told him about the problem with the dish, he said thank you for the info. Got the check…nothing was changed. So,as it was great to check in on the table, not great that nothing was done about it. Won’t come back…nothing because of that, because the food is below average.

No tenían prendido el Aire Acondicionado o marcaba 28°C en dos y el tercero estaba apagado de plano en el calor de Tulum, encerrado sin ventanas con ventilación natural, el wifi lentísimo la pizza estuvo bien pero la lasagna sabía a salsa hunts sin condimento extra no nada, la cerveza estaba rara como quemada o diluida quizá ese fue mi percepción personal pero noe supo como otros días.

Vómito y diarrea después de cenar aquí 😢 El 1ro de Enero del 2025 como a las 3pm comimos en este lugar y lo elegimos por su apariencia. Todos muy amables, nos dieron mesa y nos tomaron la orden. Pedimos la Pizza Mamma Meat mediana y una orden botanera (pedazos de pizza, pollo, papas con queso, chips, y adereza). El servicio fue normal para un restaurante. A la hora de pagar les dije que agregaran 12% en vez de 10% de servicio y la mesera puso 15% 😒 2 horas después ya en el hotel empezamos a sentir mal estar estomacal. Pasamos toda la noche vomitando y diarrea. La peor noche en muchos años. Nota. Antes de cenar desayunamos a las 9am. Las fotos del los platos son del menú del lugar para que tengan idea.

Hoy fue mi segunda vez yendo a comer todo excelente hasta que mi familia escucho y vio que de manera prepotente le hablo a los chicos de la barra yo entiendo es mucha gente pero esas no son manera de hablar ni dirigirse al personal. Si en un momento regresamos esperamos no ver ese tipo de escena ya que no quita esas ganas de regresar

The waitress was not attentive to the table and kept disappearing throughout the night. Several of her colleagues had to come assist with my table and it was only two of us. I ordered a margarita that had no taste so I asked for some strawberry simple syrup to make it taste better and it didn’t help. We ordered another cocktail that was good but my margarita simply didn’t taste good. We had to chase our waiter down to get our ticket and my boyfriend asked to remove the drink because I didn’t drink any of it. The waitress refused to take it because the drink was comprised. Then a team of 5 people came over like we were not going to pay. Horrible customer service and business practices

Didn't bring the food we ordered. They then charged us for full orders when we stated half, pointed to half on the menu and asked again when the food came. It was cold. Didn't bring 1 drink correctly. Waiter spent all time at large table and didn't work with us at all. We were watching the replay of f1, they switched all TVs to the pregame show for football. This is a Canadian chain. Would have been nice to see 1 hockey game. Poor choice on our part.

I have lived in Mexico for 15 years, and was so happy when I heard Boston Pizza was going to be in Tulum. The food quality compare to playa del Carmen is not the same, the cleanliness is less to be desired the restaurant is dirty, bathrooms filthy with no toilet paper and at times no water to flush or even wash your hands the restaurant has really decline in both service, professionalism and cleanliness. One of the girl at the reception Genesis slam the door in my face when I arrived at the restaurant, no acknowledgment nothing it was as if I was disturbing her. They are many nicer and respectful places in tulum where the place is clean and where customers are a valued. Boston tulum not a good choice.
